I have been purchasing supplements and nutritional items from this company for the past 10 months and have had great experiences. After reading these other reviews I can't help but think that they must be referring to some other company. I have referred others to the site for the best prices and delivery time. Order placed Saturday 6/8 received Monday 6/10.

“Horrible customer service - never received products”

Waited 2 weeks for my order and it still said "in process". I called and was rushed off the phone after they said they didn't know what happened to it. They said they'd call back. But no. Called again to cancel the order and when I asked to receive a confirmation of the cancellation and refund, the guy hung up on me. Never again. I'll probably have to go through the credit card company to challenge the charge. What a hassle.

Had I seen all the bad reviews, I'd never have placed an order. They didn't ship, after two weeks I called. They never gave me more info, the guy kept emailing his answer "check the links". There were no links that gave any info! I did a chargeback from the credit card eventually, but he's just hoping you'll forget and are past the time limit to chargeback. Con artists.

Ordered 6 bottles of a vitamin supplement totaling $148 and the company shipped an alternate product in a much smaller quantity and charged my credit card $37. VitaGlow ignored my emails, was rude and belligerent and hung up on my telephone calls. Eventually VitaGlo indicated they would send a return shipping label for me to return the incorrect product, but they did not. Very poor customer service. Avoid VitaGlo.

Wow, what to say... I'm 57 years old and conducted more business than most. I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of rude. Oddly, I gave VitaGlo 3 orders but I needed a product until I can find an alternative. So, I rate 3 male employess a negative 5 stars, and 1 female employee 2 stars (she tried to help, but hates her job).

I will have to wait and see if my order is given a credit -

I order decided to order from VitaGlo because the price for the product I wanted was low. However, the shipping and handling was $10.00 for one small tube - far higher than any other vendor I have ordered from.
The product never arrived. When I e-mailed the company after two weeks, I received a response saying they would get back to me in two days.
I never received a response, so I called the company.
The phone was answered by an individual who was very abrupt and informed me that the product was out of stock and my credit card had been refunded. I started to suggest that it would have been nice to know the product would never ship, but the customer "service" representative hung up on me in mid sentence.
I caution anyone against ordering from this vendor.

Fraud. Scam! Do not buy from them they just steal your money, never ship anything. They are rude.
They just hang up on you if you call. I cut the personal data from the proof of order. I regret trusting them.

I've used this seller for years solely because of prices. However, the one-man-show is RUDE and has horrid customer service and no people skills. The items I ordered were paid for on 8/29/13, but evidently on back order (which he doesn't communicate.) I called on 9/13/13 and he told me the item was mailed out that day. TEN days later, and still not here. Called him and he interrupts you constantly, doesn't listen and lies. Now he says one bottle was mailed last Friday (I ordered 2.) Which means he flat out LIED on 9/13. I told him to stop talking and listen to me and confronted him. He told ME I was abusing him and playing games, and then hung up on me. Today he has flushed six years of business down the toilet.

Ordered product and after over weeks called to check on it. Guy who answered was not very friendly. Said they were out of my flavor, but they never called to tell me lol it hadn't shipped. Terrible experience and will not order from this company again.

My check for $341.80 for order ******* was mailed Oct 14,2014 to Vitaglo/Discount Natural Foods. When I did not receive my order in the usual time, I e-mailed Vitaglo on Oct 29 asking if they received my order and check. After a second e-mail Oct 31(this company does not do e-mails), I was favored with a one word reply; after all, I would shortly discover that my checking account had been debited for $341.80 on Oct. 20,2014. I waited patiently for 4 months, after which I decided that no pre-paid customer should still be waiting for 4 months without any explanation whatsoever. On March 2,2015, I e-mailed Vitaglo cancelling my order and asking them to return my $341.80. It is now 9 months and counting and in all this time I have not heard a single peep out of these people. Needless to say, my $341.80 had not been returned. The only word is THEFT -- unconscionable, egregious THEFT.

Worst and rude customer service. I received my 2 pouches hemp seeds today (10/13/14) but they will expiry in a couple months (dated 10/17/14). When I called, a rude and inconsiderate man picked up my phone and said if I don't want them I can return them but we don't pay for the return shipping and the date doesn't man anything, and He hung up on me.

I placed an order with Vitaglo.com (Aka Discount Natural Foods. Received an order confirmation promptly. Over 3 weeks later, no updates at all. Email requests for order status went unanswered. Called the "customer service" number and asked for order status. I was asked for my zip code. When I went to explain the reason for my call, the person barked "stop talking". I told him to "be nice" and he hung up the phone. I called back and asked why he barked at me and he told me he hates it when people keep talking when he is looking up orders. Not the person you want to assist you.
Anyway they never had the item in stock but I never got any updates stating that. The order was then cancelled. When I asked about the lack of communication, I was told "don't know.
Save the hassle & avoid this company.

Tip for consumers:
This company sells items they don’t have. Customer service is very rude. Avoid at all costs!

After attempting to get a credit on a defective product, I was responded to by E-mail with unhelpful, brusque responses. When I called on the phone, "Mike" answered and was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back, he accused me of "yelling at him" and was abusive and, again, unhelpful. I will not buy from this company again. Now that I read all of these negative reviews with people with similar experiences, I'm surprised this company is still in business.

I placed and paid for an order for almost $1,000.00 in raw meal which I did receive, but in 1/2 quantity increments so I got 64 of these little containers rather than the 32 that I ordered. One of the containers was not sealed and powder was leaking out- after removing the plastic outer coating, there was powder everywhere and the inner seal was not sealed. I called the company and the RUDE and ABRUPT guy on the other end told me to mail it back for replacement. I questioned this because it will cost me more to ship it than to just buy another one. He was very rude and told me he didn't care and to do what I want with it. I attempted to reason with him two more times and told him I spent almost $1,000.00 on this order and the shipping would cost more than buying a new one. He got very hostile and told me not to start with him among other things. I will NEVER do business with this company again, I don't care how much better their prices may be, it is not worth that kind of abuse.

I recommend you do not get a sample because they will debit your account each month and send nothing! You can never get anyone on the phone that will resolve any issues. I had to close my debit card to stop the charges.
Now my bank will not give me my money back.

I ordered a simple hair care product for $7.19 with an estimated shipping cost of $2.75, which is reasonable. When I hit the CONFIRM sale button, it shot up to $10! I IMMEDIATELY called and was answered by "Vigo" who rudely interrupted me several times and stated he would drop it down to $5 that it was already processed. In the middle of my argument that I literally just hit the confirm button, he hung up on me. What? I called back. Same thing but this time RUDER. Called two more times and he hung up on me after he told me to stop calling him "sir". My jaw is still dropped and I had to call my Credit Union to dispute the transaction. I have NEVER had an experience like this by a company that is still in business. Please Please Please go elsewhere.

That is about the worst company I have ever done business with. They send me an email confirming my order. Then apparently were out of the product and cancelled. However, they never send me an email about the cancellation. A week later when I called them about the order the guy told me that "there is no reason to get testy about that" and hung up on me, after I asked why I had not been notified about the cancellation.

Do not order from this site. I placed an order, was charged, and never received the merchandise. I contacted "Mike" who said he would check out the situation, and despite my further inquiries, he has not responded. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company and will be reporting this site to the authorities.

Order ******* placed on Jul 3,2019 arrived with product code gol******* (a glass bottle) shattered and unusable. I called *******542. In answer a voice blurted the company name (kind of). I was immediately put on hold for maybe 20 minutes. Eventually, the guy picked up again but continued to interrupt me to talk to other people wherever he was in the middle of my call WITH NO APOLOGIES. He was terse, rude, and that's being kind. He hung up on me. I called back. He told ME that I should apologize TO HIM! He hung up again when I told him not to. A third time he hung up yet again. I emailed a response to the order's email. We'll see what happens.

Please stay away from this website, i made an order of some vitamins, they never send me any confirmation email, but they got my money right away from my credit card, then it takes 2 weeks to received just 2 bottles, so i i decide to call them and i was trying to ask about where is the rest of my product and then He just said what was my zip code after i told him he said we send it already it will be there on Thursday, i just open my mouth to try to formulated a question and he just hang up... wtf... he was so rude as hell! Horrible website, never buy again at this company!

I was trying to find a product that I guess was discontinued but I really wanted it. So like many of the stories here I found it and thought I hit a jackpot. I was wrong, called up aaked a few questions about my order, was yelled at and hung up on! Never had that kind of experience before with any company on any level. Now I have call my bank and all of that up on. Pretty horrible, just trying to help someone else at this point!

The RUDE guy that answers the phone is a total jerk. I ordered in October, they billed me $59.00 on October 15th never received product called in November was told "oh we don't have that anymore" will credit you... never received credit called again today (long distance no 800 number that should tell you something right there) told the same jerk I want my credit today and that they should not bill before shipping... he hung up on me... called back and said do not hang up on me said "write a letter or whatever"... wow nice business practice won't be surprised when the go out of business. Wish I would have looked at the reviews first!

I order a 12lb bag of fibers. They accept the order with the $5 bucks fixed shipping (I'm in California).
The status of the order page never changed and I sent an email asking information. After 10 days from the order, not having any news I called. Somebody answered the phone and he told me the the shipping was to high for them, so they cancelled the order (without any communication). When I started to ask explanation, he simply hang on me.
Morale: scammers, stay away from them!

The customer service I experienced last week was by far one of the worst. I spoke with a customer service rep last week about an order I had placed. Apparently it was out of order. I waited two weeks to find out where my order was. I never received any notification whatsoever. The lady wound up hanging up in my ear before I can finish asking about the product. She was very inconsiderate and rude. I will never do business with them ever again.

I've been buying from these folks for over 10 years, and have never, ever, had a problem. If I forget something after I click send order on their site, I just email them with the order number and they tack it on. Sometimes things aren't where they should be on the web site, but a quick search will find it. They have the best prices on the products we buy.

What a flaky Company. I wish I read the FB review before I tried to buy from them. What a waste of time.
While prices may seem good, they NEVER deliver. Screwed around with me
20 2 weeks before they figured out the never had the product in the
First place.

This was the most rude terrible customer service I have ever experienced my whole life! Absolutely Disgusting! I made an order and called in to inquire about it, a guy answered Like he was answering his house phone I asked hi is this vita glo he yells yes! Then I asked ok I just made an order he completely cut me off asked for my order number and yelled it is canceled this is not in stock. Then I said ok I'm sorry but you didn't have to yell he yells again and says well its canceled so do whatever you want and hangs up the phone. I was in total shock! What kind of people are running this business so trashy and unprofessional and terrible attitudes! Unreal will never ever even look at this site again! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
