I have been purchasing supplements and nutritional items from this company for the past 10 months and have had great experiences. After reading these other reviews I can't help but think that they must be referring to some other company. I have referred others to the site for the best prices and delivery time. Order placed Saturday 6/8 received Monday 6/10.
Waited 2 weeks for my order and it still said "in process". I called and was rushed off the phone after they said they didn't know what happened to it. They said they'd call back. But no. Called again to cancel the order and when I asked to receive a confirmation of the cancellation and refund, the guy hung up on me. Never again. I'll probably have to go through the credit card company to challenge the charge. What a hassle.
I have found VitaWrap to be a good product but recently I have had to discontinue use of the roll because of the incredible stickiness of the film on the material. I would presume being a petroleum based product the components are breaking down with time. To bad it was a good product!
These people ARE RUDE AS HELL! 8 days after ordering I had zero responses to my emails, no tracking number, nothing under order status... so I called them. They interrupted me on numerous occasions, were short with me AND hung up on me! They carried this bubble bath my grandma used to get for us when we were kids and I was SO excited I had found them hust to get screwed over by these losers. Wish I would have seen some of these awful reviews!
When I called to ask a question regarding my order, (3rd call), the man would not allow me to speak, told me that he didn't care if I ever ordered again and told me that he would not listen to complaints (I did not have a complaint) and that he would not be "threatened"!

The Vitaglo site says that they ship by UPS, they do not, they ship USPS. The site says that they ship quickly, they do not. It took they a full week to print a shipping label. The tracking number says that it was delivered on the same date that the shipping label was created! Was not delivered.

I have in the past never encountered such a disgusting human being as the person that holds charge of their costumer care line (male). Save your time and dont shop here. The "owner" is the definition of garbage. Tried to explain my situation and he would cut me off and say, WHAT DO YOU WANT? While screaming and hanging up the phone, Several times. This is absolutely apalling. Gave me the wrong order, said that he basisically didnt care and that he was not going to give me my money back. Please shop somewhere else, because if they mess up your oder, be ready to speak to a roach-like human being.
After I placed and paid for my order on May 28, I foolishly googled reviews and found this site which scared the hell out of me. Reading these reviews made me think I was in the midst of an internet rip off. Instead it is May 31 and my box just arrived with the five bottles of NATURE'S GATE HERBAL DAILY CONDITIONER that I ordered. Even with the cost of shipping this came out to be $2.00 per bottle cheaper than I can ever get it for. And I received emails all the way through the process showing me exactly where we were from payment to arrival of the package.

I ordered products and was sent a confirmation. After 12 days I checked back to see if there had been any communication in my email. When I went to check the status of my order there was a banner that stated "Your order was cancelled". No explanation at all.
I called to find out why the very rude person (male) found my order and mumbled that they don't make it anymore. And when I tried to inquire about it and tell him that it would have been nice to get an email he starting YELLING at me and asked me that if I called to harass him and ranting on and on about the order was cancelled and there was nothing he could do about it all the while YELLING at me. And then he hung up. This company needs to be reported to the attorney general and SHUTDOWN!
This company vitaglo.com is rediculous rude, order something from this website and couldn't find the order status, and then called the phone number listed on the website, and a very rude man answered the phone, and told me I will get the email with the tracking information included in the email that day. But one day later, i didn't get anything, then I called back again next day, and this rude man answered the phone and hung up in 3 sec and told me to email *******@vitaglo.com. This rude man didn't even try to explain what is going on, then I called back again after hanging up by him, and he said at least 15 times *******@vitaglo.com. This is a very bad bad shopping experience. And I never have such experience before. Have no clue why this kind of website still alive and get more people hurt... Dont' shopping at this website. This is a scam website... if you don't want to spend your money and didn't get nothing, and get so irritated by this rude MAN!

STAY AWAY! If they send you the wrong product you will have to pay for shipping to return it, AND they will deduct what it cost them to ship the product to you from your refund. We bought a product that was inaccurately advertised on their website and received horrible customer service by being hung-up on twice.
After waiting nearly 3 weeks for an order, I sent an email To which there was no reply. Several days later I sent a follow-up email, to which there was no reply. I then called and the man was flat out rude. He said he would ship a comparable product. After we hung up and I process what he said, I am mediately sent an email to cancel the order. Several hours later I received a tracking number and called to tell him I canceled via email immediately following our conversation. Again, he was incredibly rude and hung up on me.
Prices are good. But is it worth the horrible customer service. I don't think so.
This isn't the first problem I've had with them. I ordered sunflower oil. Two bottles leaked all over everthing. I asked them to send two new bottles. The owner's response: "many of the oil bottles leak we dont send new ones out. Thanks mike"

RUDE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed a large order to get free shipping. I received the package on time, but it only had half my order. There was a note on the packing slip that said "back order". I waited several weeks and never heard anything from the company, so I sent an email. They never replied. A week later, I called and explained the problem. I was told someone would call me back that day and nobody did. I called the next day, and the guy that answered put me on hold before I could say a word. I hung up and called back. This time the guy answered the phone yelling at me that he told me to hold. I started to tell him why I was calling and he yelled at me to send an email. I told him they ignored my email and he hung up on me. So I opened a claim with Paypal.
I have used this site (based in Syracuse, NY) almost exclusively for all my oils, vitamins and food sups since I checked them out over a decade ago.
Mike clearly does everything himself, so if you want homeboy to chat-up, he aint your guy (no time for social malarky).

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY". I placed an order for the first time from VitaGlo a couple of weeks ago. The product was stale when I received it, so I called the Company to inform them. The man who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. He hung up on me twice. I have never encountered such a discourteous Customer Service agent.
After getting Paypal involved receive a refund. Then product shows up at the door. No seller communication and super slow shipping. Will not use this seller again.

I have read the reviews below and completely understood the sentiment of other customers. Service was trash, dude on phone was nasty. Order above $100 would qualify you for free shipping - HUGE SCAM, they will try to squeeze more money from you by asking for another $20 shipping payment (reason being the package is too heavy?!). It's been more than month without receiving what I have ordered. Legal actions must be taken: THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET SUED, put these people in jail after having them refund all the losses.

Awful company, very short and rude over phone. This after several attempts via email (advised from email confirmation of order) to get response. I ordered several things and one was missing. When I finally go someone on the phone, he said "Oh yeah, we don't have that one". SO WHY HAVE IT AVAILABLE TO ORDER?
They never sent me a confirmation email, after 3 wks I called and was treated abruptly and promised the items (Including Manuka honey) would reach me that Sat. Nope. I got a notification from UPS that some shipment from Discount Natural Foods should be delivered 5/29/18 So I called again and a lady checked and came back from putting me on hold and said someone would have to track the package and call me. Verified number, but when I asked if I should have gotten some email in the first place she said "we send you an email when it's shipped." I said all I got was a UPS notification and she said "I have to go" and hung up.

This company is to be avoided at all costs. Just look at the string of one-star ratings and that should convince you. It is obvious that they only want your money, apparently under dubious circumstances, and that "customer service" is not in their vocabulary. Seriously, Yahoo Stores should drop them.
I placed a large order for some shower gel, and it never arrived. After around a month, I e-mailed them about it using the "Reply" to my order confirmation and never received a response. After two more weeks, I e-mailed them again at *******@vitaglo.com and never received a response. In trying to track my shipment, I also found that the order had been "cancelled", although I had never been notified of this. After two more weeks, I telephoned and reached someone who was incredibly rude and just shouted "Your order was cancelled" and hung up.
In the meantime, I have been unable to take a shower for nearly two months. Okay, I made that part up, but the rest is completely true and equally as smelly. I will never click their website again, let alone order anything.
