I have been purchasing supplements and nutritional items from this company for the past 10 months and have had great experiences. After reading these other reviews I can't help but think that they must be referring to some other company. I have referred others to the site for the best prices and delivery time. Order placed Saturday 6/8 received Monday 6/10.
Waited 2 weeks for my order and it still said "in process". I called and was rushed off the phone after they said they didn't know what happened to it. They said they'd call back. But no. Called again to cancel the order and when I asked to receive a confirmation of the cancellation and refund, the guy hung up on me. Never again. I'll probably have to go through the credit card company to challenge the charge. What a hassle.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. They sold me defective vitamins that was growing mold and my order took 2 weeks for delivery. I called Vitaglo and spoke with Micheal who yelled at me, told me to call the manufacturer then hung up the phone on me. After calling the manufacturer who was polite and helpful I found out Vitaglo is NOT an authorized dealer of there products. I will be purchasing from Vitacost from now on.
I ordered an item Feb 2 and still hadn't received a tracking update. I emailed to enquire and the company owner wrote back all in caps the rudest response I have ever received from a business. No hello, just "YOU WERENT CHARGED ITS out of stock" and that was the whole email. Ok... well good to know now that I asked a whole month later. Was I going to get a notification? It was an item I was depending on. If I had known it was out of stock I could have bought it from another place sooner instead of waiting this long and if I hadn't of reached out, would I ever have been told? And my email enquiry wasn't rude either. So strange.

I've read the many negative reviews on the net, and yes, sometimes things fall through the cracks at Vitaglo, but I am happy with my dealings with them. Clearly, they could be a bit better when communicating with customers when products are out of stock, but generally they are decent honest folks that will treat folks fairly if treated fairly to start. I think the issues are when a customer expects to be treated like a prima-donna, they just won't treat you like one. If you act like a jerk, you'll get treated like one. Being close to their Syracuse warehouse (an hour drive), I've gone and picked up my order there, and I find Mike Schwartz (the owner) a pleasure to deal with. He laughs and jokes and smiles, just like a real person.
So, give them a try. Be nice. Be patient, and you'll find things will go just fine. And a side note. Each time I put together an order, I check their prices against the other discount online supplement companies and find Mike's prices most always beat theirs.
I just remembered to say that many times after submitting an order, I then remembered there were a few things I needed but forgot to add, so I've called them and they always have accommodated me, saying just put the new items through as a new order on the net and they will refund the 10 dollar shipping for those added items and combine all the items as one order. Not many companies will do this.
They shipped me 4 bottles of a supplement that expired in 2017. It is unethical for any company to sell such product. They said the product was discontinued (not true) but I could return (any my own expense) for a refund. So it cost me to return outdated products that they should have never shipped. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. It was the first and last time. Too bad I had not checked the reviews first.
Worse customer service. I was hung up on after them telling me an item was out of stock. I had to call an inquire about the product after waiting for weeks. Do not use this company.

Would not give me a refund when they told me they no longer sell the products I ordered. The order was for over $100. My credit card company is calling them.

Customer service rep was rude, hung up, Threatened me and said he had my name and address, and refused to refund my money on something I never ordered! They need to go under! Horrible company!
I ordered multivitamins from this company and after 10 days of no status I called them. The person I spoke to said he'd check in to it and call me back. Four hours later I called again and the same person told me the vitamins were out of stock and they had credited my account. I asked him why I wasn't notified and he rudely said he didn't know why and that's the best he can do and he hung up. I'll have to see if I get my money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They are scammers! Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

This guy will rip you off. Do not buy from vitaglo. I only recieved part of my order and then never heard from the company again. Worst customer service ever.
First I had to call and inquire about my Bio Nutrition order. Which I had placed a week prior to calling. Only to find out that the item was out of stock. When I called the "owner" said "oh we don't have it. You won't be charged." Then hung up in my face. I called back letting him know that that was unacceptable. He then began YELLING saying "not to accuse him of hanging up on me and that's the end of the story!" He hung up again. I called back to ask if i would receive a cancellation email. He was RUDE again and said "no" HE IS A SCAM. NEVER ORDER THROUGH THEM. I WOULD RATE -0 BUT ITS NOT AN OPTION

Within VitaGlo's stated 14-day policy and several days before the order had shipped, I canceled my order via email due to some new medical information. When I received no confirmation, I tried repeatedly to reach "Customer Service" by phone and email; I finally spoke to Mike, who very rudely and abruptly told me to just refuse the package when it arrived. I did so, but Vitaglo refuses to issue a credit, and now Visa has closed my dispute, since I have no written proof that VitaGlo agreed to issue me a credit. I have ordered products from vitaglo.com in the past without any problems. However, I will not be patronizing this site in the future, as this merchant is NOT acting in good faith! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

Ordered Agave that totaled $175.10 days later I reached out asking where my product was. They told me that I had to pay $20 shipping. When it clicked, and I asked, "Wait, you haven't even shipped it?", they lost their minds. Ended up refusing to talk on the phone, only email. When I told them this was terrible customer service, she replied " there is no customer service"
A week later, I found an email in my spam folder, telling me it was going to cost them $59 to ship my product, and that they would split the shipping with me. This was sent to me a day or so after I placed my order, but I never saw it. So instead of them calling me, and explaining, they apparently intended on keeping my money, and just seeing if I ever reached out.
Hands down, worst customer service I have seen in 20 years. They jumped to the defense so quickly, and seemed so agitated, as if they were the ones not receiving something they had ordered, that it leads me to believe that this is an ongoing problem.
Domestic orders over $100 receive free shipping. False. You guys need to up your game, because my review will simply get lost in the long line of disappointed customers.

I have called Vitaglo three times with various questions. The first two times, I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt, thinking he was just having a rough day or was so slammed he was frustrated. My second call was to inquire as to how the company would know what color blender bottle I wanted to order. The one who answered the phone (I found out on my call today was the owner) is the one that gave me the instruction to just "specific a color in the note section" when I was ordering to a blender bottle. When I called today to let the company know that they did not send the color I had requested, today he said they never know what color will be available so you just get what you get basically. Then he told me he's "not going to argue with me," to just send it back and was hanging up although I was able to catch him to ask him if he was the only one there. He rudely said "yeah I'm the owner, just send it back," rushing to get off the phone. The company has good prices so it's really sad that he doesn't seem to care about his customers. I'd rather give my business to somebody who appreciates those who keep them in business! Poor guy!

I have no issues with Vitaglo. Mike has always responded to my questions and if I had any concerns. I have bought from Mike going on 7.5 years now. Would not even consider going anywhere else.
I've ordered from Vitaglo for many years doing so online. For some reason the website does not seem to be working properly for the past few days because a search by product comes up with nothing, a search by brand only shows empty boxes on the screen with captions like Source Naturals - C. There are no pictures of products. I finally called the office number and asked if they were aware the website wasn't working correctly and the male voice that answered said "it's working fine, it must be your website". When I said I don't understand what that is supposed to mean because I don't have a website, he said have you ordered from us before and I said yes, many times using the online ordering. "Give me your zip code", I did, and then he said "we don't have anything in the system". Then he said 'go to vitaglo.com and try that and I told him that is precisely where I am right now and the website isn't working. Then he said "have a nice day" and hung up! Well, fortunately for me there a LOT of other companies that have working websites and courteous people answering the phone. I see a lot of other reviews of Vitaglo that are in the same vein, really poor customer service and rude staff. This is the first time I've encountered it and it is also the last time. I will spend my money elsewhere. You've lost another customer Vitaglo, and like some of the other reviewers I have to wonder how you are still in business.
There prices are the best and I receive my shipment in a week. Five stars! A customer since 2012. Thank you!

I have used this company many times, and 98% of the time everything is perfect and at amazingly low prices! Not out of date stuff either, good fresh items. There was one order that I had a problem with in the beginning though. I received only part of my order with no mention of a delay of the other part. I called Vitaglo to discuss this with them and got the rude, RUDE, guy mentioned in the other reviews. He said hello, I said, "Hello, I have a problem with my order." he said, "Hold on" and left me on hold for several minutes, and then he hung up the phone! I called back, it rang and rang, finally he answered and I told him how rude it was to put a customer on hold after they state they have a problem with their order. He hung up on me again!
I called back, no answer... then finally he answered after several attempts and he listened. He doubled the order of the items I didn't receive and sent me twice as much at no additional charge. Well, that suited me fine. I was HAPPY.
Since then, (that was almost two years ago) I've used them many times and always receive my order very quick, very well packed, very low prices, and no problems at all. I ACTUALLY LOVE VITAGLO!
Seriously, do not shop from this website. The guy was a phucking a$$hole when I had a simple question about returns. Basically, hung up on me. Do not give this place your hard earned money.
