“Scam”
November 11th, 2024

Ordered birth certificate after paying $59. Never got application they promised. Called them. They emailed an obsolete application form. Called them to complain and tell them I was going to report them. Immediately the agent offered to refund my money. 4 days later the $59 was credited to my Visa card. I asked rep where he was located. He said "I don't know. I think the Pacific East". Big ripoff.

Tip for consumers:
Big scam. Agent could not tell me where he was located. Unnecessary step to get my birth certificate
