Closure poor quality. I have no idea what is really going on here. The "wig cap" no guys! I think this business must just shut down. This packaging is not even sexy. Me never going back ngi sharp ngi Grand! Entlek I think I must get a refund.

What I order and what came. At least they refund me $10. Don't waste your money girls...

I bought 4 wigs from this site and they never delivered. They have been giving me false tracking numbers. Imagine, its almost a month now since I paid for tye order, if you email them they don't respond.

So I ordered 2 natural wigs and had two of the worst looking synthetic wigs delivered. Was charged fast shipping which was an extra fee and it took about 20 days.
Have sent email requesting refund still waiting for response

I saw an attractive wig advertisement that advertised glueless wigs. I ordered it was delivered yto find out that I got reject inferior wigs. They aren't what was advertised. They are taking people's money for reject wigs that aren't even glueless. They're nothing like what is seen in the advertisement.

I ordered a dark brown, medium length, human hair wig and they sent me long length, synthetic, red wig.

I tried to return it but they would never reply to my 5 emails.

I asked my credit card company (Capital One) to reverse the charge and they did but added back to the account because the merchant replied to them. Guess why? The merchant sent the a picture of what of a medium length, human hair wig, brown wig. It still was not the wig that I ordered, but my credit card company sided with the merchant and added the charge back on the account, and advised me to work it out with the merchant. Well, I verified the email with the credit card company and emailed the merchant 3 times. I still did not get a reply.

This company is most definitely a scam!

I have been deceived, I ordered 2 wigs with high shipping cost and received ugly synthetic wigs. What they show and sell is different. Please don't buy from them.

Dont buy from them. This is a scam. I ordered and they give fake tracking number never deliver and they tell you your address is non existent. Well planned scam. Don't fall for it.

They gave me a synthetic wig, supposed there were two wigs but nooo they gave me one, secondly there's no closure,I can't wear this, scammed me a lot of money $72

I ordered weave 5 months ago I never recieved it. And my friend recieved a disaster plastic weave,, you real don't meet our expectations guys

They deceived me and I bought plastic wigs thinking it's genuine hair

These are the worst wigs I have ever seen in my life, The pictures and the footage on their website is fake, pinched from other legitimate sites no doubt.
If you request a refund they will claim that you have to ship back to China, and the cost to return there is much higher than what they charge for the wig so you are in a lose lose situation. I suspect they have a UK base as why would they give such big discounts and pay such high shipping charges, its not very business savvy, so they are conning us int believing they are solely in China.
I paid via PayPal and when I lodged a request for a refund this companies customer service team were practically begging me not to escalate to PayPal, I wonder why that was!
I also received 3 unexpected items in my order, what I can only consider to be a cheap bribe to entice me into keeping the wigs. It didn't work.

Loook out for this address on any sites you use. Especially on Amazon, Instagram and Facebook. It seems they are everywhere selling dodgy goods:

Also, check the label on your package. Ther is a UK returns address on it, so if the claim you have to return to China they are lying!
