This product was purchased from instagram. The shoes are horrible looking and they look like something you would see in a custom store. The merchandise is not remotely close to the items pictured on the website. Save yourself the disappointment and trouble of returning once received and don't buy from these people. Plastic shoes are for clowns!

Well, I was sure I won't ever see my order. But after 53 days, I actually got the clothes. Poor to medium quality clothes with a real problem with size(see picture; the pants should be the same size). The company clearly went to market unprepared - no confirmation order, some of the pages are unresponsive, they don't answer to mails and the tracking order page I got is probably a fake.
I though it was a scam and was really surprised to get my order. Still... better to order elsewhere.

I guess I am out $43 and learned a lesson. Never again...I ordered shoes in April and it is now mid July. Shipment Tracker has said they are in San Francisco for almost a week now? Why? I am not expecting to receive the correct shoes anyway based on every other review. I probably wont receive them at all. I feel stupid.

I ordered shoes which I felt looked nothing like the photo. Very cheap in appearance. I should have guessed this from the cost. I was told by email I would get a refund but the company would need to receive the shoes back first. So I paid the custom charge etc and guess what no refund and no further response from Vogue Taps to any of my emails. Stay well away from this scam.

My shoes are cute in style but the quality of the shoe is very poor. I can see the glue in every place they put the shoe together. The picture shows the shoe material looking like rubber but when I got it, it is plastic. There is a large gap between my heel and the back of the shoe making a "C" shape where the shoe zips.
I contacted customer service and asked how to return it. They asked my concerns and said the shipping fee to return is over 30 USD so they want me to keep it and give me back 10%. It's not worth it because that's almost the cost of the shoe. I don't believe any of this is on their website (the material of the shoe, return policy).

The shoes looked great online and I was a little apprehensive about them and worried if I did not like them the return would be next to impossible. When the arrived I opened the box and what I saw was a terrible version of an Italian Loafer that looked so cheap I actually laughed. Knowing I would have an impossible time returning them I have to mark this as a loss and never purchase online from one of these unknown companies ever again.

A one star rating is far too generous. This is a poor excuse for a company. It is not reputable, period. Once you place an order, it never arrives and your bank or credit card Co gives you the hardest time for a refund.

They charge your credit card right away and I did not get the product within their time frame. It took much longer. Then I ordered the size I ALWAYS take and the shoes are too big. Now if I return them, I have to pay shipping to China and there are no guarantees as to when I'll get a new product. I will toss this up to never ordering things through FaceBook!

I purchased two pair of shoes over thirty days ago. The tracker says that the order was placed but no further update. I reached out via email and it wasn't until I mentioned refund/cancel my order that I got a response and very quickly within a matter of minutes and I had reached out several times prior to that. The responder brushed me off so I threatened to cancel my order via PayPal and my bank. Now they have said they will cancel but I will only receive $40 back of my total amount paid if I choose to cancel. The customer service or lack there of is laughable. After reading these reviews, I will admit that I feel stupid. These unprofessional rinky dink companies make it hard to trust online purchases. I won't let this one bad apple ruin it for the bunch but if you are considering buying ANYTHING from this company, please reconsider.

Girls i'm going to say this again and again never don't buy from any site clothes or shoes that you can't see the models face because it's fake and your taking a big risk with this and it's garbage, they copy a real one but they make it very cheap. Don't take a risk it looks nice but it's not real from my expireonse don't do this. They steal the design from real sites that's why there not allowed to show the models face

I purchased these plastic shoes that were nothing like the snake skin shoes that I ordered. They were very evasive with me emails but fortunately, PayPal was able to intervene and demanded that I was fully refunded.

Same for me. I ordered shoes and they sent me socks. When I finally received a reply to my email, they said they could either give me a full refund if I returned the merchandise to them (in China, at my cost, with no guarantee that they would ever receive it) or receive a partial (33%) refund if I kept the wrong merchandise. After numerous emails, I agreed to the refund but it never happened. They kept saying that they processed the refund but it never appeared. They kept promising to check with their finance department but, as of this date, still no refund and they no longer respond to my emails. Thankfully, my credit card company was able to give me the same % refund because I was able to supply them with the order number, item name and number, and proof of payment. Good thing I kept everything and documented all correspondence.

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding and when I received them I was VERY unsatisfied. The quality of the shoes were so poor that the flea market prob has better shoes, and that is not a fabrication. The jewels were glued on by superglue and you can see it, more then just a few jewels have already fallen off (and I haven't worn them) the peep is cut back on the toe not up, the top of the peep toe is creased and and won't lay flat, where the tap on the heel meets the fabric is fraied and coming out, and the sole of the shoe is peeling up. Needless to say you do not want them! Ive emailed the company and sent pictures, but they won't take them back. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are going me my money back. Such a hassel that you don't need when planning a wedding!

I made an order for 2 dresses on June 16th 2021. From their sister company or other scam site they have called safevogue. I have been emailing since and have requested a refund for months now. Never have received my order or my refund.

DON'T BOTHER ORDERING the only you'll get is frustration!

I ordered on May 15th a pair of shoes. After contacting the company on May 27th, I was put off for 7-10 days before they would ship from the warehouse. I tried to cancel the order which they could not do as per their cancellation policy. I received notification on June 23rd that my shoes were shipped and would arrive in 10-20 days via Fedex. I assumed when I ordered, they had the shoes in stock. I did not receive the shoes until July 3rd --49 days later delivered by the Post Office. Now I cannot get my foot through the opening into the shoe. If I return the shoes to China, it costs just short of the cost of the shoes. With their refund policy I feel no one can be guaranteed a complete refund. I was forced to accept a 15% refund. If you order from this company READ their return policy first. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I order $99 worth of merchandise May 2019. Still no show. They cashed my check, kept the money and never answers my inquiries. Stay away. Terrible to do business with.

All the shoes that i received from you all were very cheap looking and made out of cheap materials not the same ones from the website and on Facebook. I wouldn't recommend you'll to anyone.

I have ordered 2 Months now never send my orders or refund my money. I send them emails each day, they send fake emails back to me saying that they have refund me back to my account, is lies. To now 17/04/21 I never hear back from them all refund me back. My bank account departments take the cases seriously to fraud department to register the company on data based fraud and scam advertising shops scam in uk. Please don't trust any positive reviews on this website is not reals or true. Is to brainwashed you to orders and steal your details on your money. In March 2010, we purchased a pair of shoes online and when we received our pair of shoes paid for they were the wrong shoe. We have sent numerous emails complaining about this but they are now avoiding and not replying to our emails. We have told them via email numerous times that they sent us the wrong pair of shoe but have not been able to settle this dispute because they will not take responsibility for their mistake. They advertise on their website that 100% money back guarantee if not happy with the purchase. All we are asking for is the correct pair of shoe or if not our money back. What type of business does this? Avoiding our emails and not responding to a customer complaint. They are not taking responsability for sending the wrong pair of shoes. I would like to let everyone that to be extra careful when purchasing anything from this website. vogue-shoes.com. Please i would not purchase anything from them. If they would take responsibility for sending us the wrong pair of shoes well then i would have positive feedback to say but 4 months later and still no reply to reslove this dispute.
