I'm relatively new to Voices.com, but so far I'm very impressed with their customer service, as they seem to really be trying to help me get the most of out of the site. I had a good 45-minute conversation with a Talent Success Specialist today, where I got a lot of good advice. So far I'd say it's been a worthwhile investment.

I've been working in broadcasting for over 15 years, and in voice-over for more than 5. I've worked with multiple online voice agencies and Voices.com is by far the best. In addition to their vast library of podcasts and articles for reference, they also have a handy quote generator, exceptional customer service and an easy-to-use system for auditioning and uploading files. Their Sure Pay escrow service is truly appreciated, as it makes sure the talent is taken care of. I highly recommend Voices.com to both aspiring and experience voice over artists.

At a time when it's rare to get good customer support, I've been pleasantly surprised to get just that from Voices.com. As someone who was new to the website, if not the VO biz, I can tell you that Ashely and a couple other of her support reps have saved my bacon and my projects a couple of times with prompt advice and help. I have only great things to say about the customer service at Voices.com. When I first joined, I contacted them frequently for help establishing my profile, increasing my Voice Match, uploading my demo and more. I always got an immediate and professional response.
When I booked my first gig, I did not know how to accept a contract or perform some of the other necessary steps. One short call to their offices cleared everything up and the process went smoothly. Both I and the client were very happy.
My previous career required that I employ excellent customer service and I can easily recognize it in companies that I have to deal with. I am so appreciative to have it with Vvoices.com.

My consultation with Cameron was brilliant, i wasn't sure what to expect. I went in thinking he would help me with the sound quality aspect of my recordings only. But Cameron was able to explain the site, how your profile and demos drive the algorithms and what I should be aiming for in terms of listen and like rates. Auditioning for this job was so easy and smooth. I read the sample script which ended up being the final manuscript, but ultimately left out a couple of words at the end. The Client loved the read just as is. So I just recorded the last two words and project was completed. Wow!

Voices.com gives anyone who wants to hire a voiceover artist a free platform on which to do so. At the same time, voice over artists have direct access to the people who want to hire them. I've been working with many different members of the Voices.com team over the past two years, and they've helped me build my business as a voice over artist into a successful one. They answer my questions immediately (or close to it!), they have resolved challenges in professional and respectful manners, they have recommended me to clients for work. I've been working with them on a gigantic project that has lasted for at least 6 months, and I think both the end client and I would agree to the same perception: these are good guys to work with. They not only get the job done, they get it done well, fast, and efficiently.

Don't be afraid to pick up the phone and call rather than just send messages. They're Canadian, so they're super nice!

I was having an issue where I wasn't receiving many auditions that matched my profile more than 70%, where as fellow actor friends were consistently receiving 20-30 at 90% to 100% a week. Matt assessed my profile and use of SEO's, and found a few errors and made numerous suggestions that might have been negatively affecting my matches.
