How do you want to me place an order when that product which I chosen is gone out of stock after waiting of your confirm delivery a 15 days ago.

I ordered for 2 shirts on 1st october on an offer and it automatically got cancelled on 12 October without any intimation or email or phone call. My friend also experienced same problem wherein product was not delivered even after 15 days and order got cancelled automatically. This site is fraud and they do not have good customer service. Please refrain from this VOONIK.com site.

Why don't u ask the sellers of the product to send photos of the original dress/clothes along with your catalog photos on the website so that customers like us can compare both the photos and then order it. It will be very convenient for us... as i have read many reviews regarding the same that the photo showed in website is very different from the delivered product(clothes) and has poor quality issues. I think all shopping websites for clothing who have such problems with quality and difference in their actual product should do the same to avoid negative remarks of customer and unsatisfactory... pls think about it i'm sure other customers will agree to this..

They will allow seller to send damaged and unfit disqualified products when customer makes exchange for new one or refund of amount. The shipping charges will not to be given back, this is new way to cheat customer and make money without any service. Dont go for this F*** site

I had ordered one green polo t shirt from voonik that was unfitted to me i returned it on same way but the have refunded me 50 percent amount when i made a call to their customer services they said that i wont get the left 50% refund. Very very bad i have launched the complaint against them in consumer court.

I ordered Red colour chiffon designer party wear saree with unstiched blouse piece (Code: *******). I paid Rs. 639/- for that. The product delivered to me is not at all matching to the picture posted in the website and the quality of the material is very very cheap. Please stop cheating people

Voonik.com is a fake website. They stealing money from customer and sellers also. They never give proper reply to customer and seller when any issue accrued. And if your money stuck in voonik then forgot it. They never refund and give proper answer to you. So that's batter to be away from voonik. There is many other good site on market place to do onlineshopping so why this full of scam site. I am speaking my own experience. And any one can search for voonik on the web to know scam of voonik.

Have bought a saree which is not even 1% of what they show you in pictures. And when you want to speak with any one on their given number they never respond to you. I am so sick and tired of this website and it's a humble request to everyone that plzz do not buy it from this website they just fool people around.

The item that is sent is of such low quality that it cannot be worn by anyone, and when i am trying to return we are not able to return the goods, please do not buy any products from this site. Cannot be believed.

Initially I did find VOONIK quite good... but off late they are not good...
I received a piece of a rag torn all around instead of a saree I had ordered...
I would like to ensure such acts don't happen to you too!

I have bought 2 or 3 times saree from voonik they r different as displayed on screen and very bad in quality just waste of money tha product they send u is easyli anek able in local market on down price compare to voonik so please don't buy any product from this way

Ordered a product. Received the worst quality ever seen. Product costs RS 560/-, similar product available in RS 60/- in local markets
Company founders are very intelligent as they do not allow the return or exchange.
Product is cheap.

I ordered two dresses on the 4th of July and I have not heard anything back from Voonik as to when my dresses will be delivered. I've sent a couple of emails but I keep on getting the same message which is irrelevant based on my query. The response from voonik says "yes we deliver to UK/US" but my query is when will I get my order delivered. I was hoping to get them this week so I can wear them at a wedding this weekend. The service is very inconsistent. I would really like them to deliver the dresses on time or at least communicate to me when I should expect them.

I have ordered 4 items on voonik. Items were delivered on time but quality of the product is so bad and when I tried to return one of the product I got a message after 2 min that they have tried to multiple attempts for pick up but I was not available how can it be possible that within 2 minutes they sent a person for pick uo multiple times. I must say that I am regular online customer and I have never faced this kind of problem. Well I am not gonna use this site again for online purchase. I just hope that they give my money back. Such cheaters and fraud people.

I ordered a yellow dress, and when it arrived it was entirely different a red and black from what i have ordered that too a small sized one. How can they be so careless and send something which is entirely different.

I have ordered a product from voonik store but 9 days got over still I didn't get product as well as any reply from them...
Seller should reply to their customers but voonik isn't replying...

Voonik is a such a cheat website they deliver all wrong and substandard material. The pricing is not worth for such low quality materials. They are big cheats coz they display something else on website and deliver something else.

I have placed 02 dresses order online, first of all they delivered their product very late as per there mention time. Below are the discrepancy of that product.

1. Unstich dresses even they havn't mention about this thing anywhere on that particular page.

2. Delivered very late.

3. Not only lower (Salwar) of that unstich dress was also missing which we havn't received.

The above gmail was active till receiving the money (Rs. 300/- for a designer saree) but once received my money, the above address became nonexistent and all subsequent mail sent repeatedlyare thrown out. The following is latest vent of my ire ---

Lapsed, yet not received my order?. You have cheated our trust, swindled my hard earned money, you have misused online deal to amass money hiding in a place.
