I had the most appalling experience with VVS Jewelry, and I feel absolutely compelled to warn others about this company. I tried to cancel my order after a change of heart, and their response was not only dismissive but outright rude.
I emailed them requesting a simple cancellation, but what I got back was beyond unprofessional. They replied, "Hey Karen, no one forced you to place the order and we don't work for you, so you need to wait till we get to your email. Cancelling your order now. Make sure never to visit our site again." This was the response I received when I asked them to cancel my order, which was within a reasonable time frame. Karen? Really? The lack of respect for customers is just baffling.
The whole interaction made me feel like they couldn't care less about customer service, and their rude, condescending tone was completely uncalled for. I get that orders are busy, but there's no excuse for treating customers this way, especially when all I asked was a simple cancellation request.
It's bad enough to have a bad shopping experience, but to be disrespected like this makes it even worse. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable businesses out there that treat their customers with respect and professionalism. VVS Jewelry is not one of them.
