We have ordered two sarees from vynam and only one saree is received. Despite chasing multiple times for the other saree, there is no response from customer service. Upon contacting on their whatsapp number, the person promised to provide the DHL tracking by evening. He never comes back and don't attend calls or respond to emails again. Beware - Don't be lured looking at the prices and amazing collection they put up. You don't know what you are getting into until you realise how painful chasing these guys is. The website is dodgy. Order tracking option doesn't work and their contact email is useless as no one responds. You only get one confirmation email after the money is paid and no further details on the shipment. Truly a bunch of unprofessional people running the business who miserably fail to keep up the trust of their customers.
I placed an order on their Website and Ordered a saree and they took the money the next day but they dont respond after that. I feel like we should place a complaint against them for taking the money and not delivering the product. I would give 0 stars... but this review requires atleast 1star.
Orderd a kids lehanga for my 8 year old daughter. Initially disppointed by the stock availability information given by customer care. Later i got full information from the vynam designer. Finally quality was good. Ends with a happy shopping.

They are big time cheaters. They have the worst service. Order a saree online and they came back after two weeks saying that the saree is unavailable and when we asked for refund they stopped responding us. They spam our posts and deleted our comments and reviews on their site. The owner is one irresponsible person who doesnt even care to respond to her customers. Plz plz beware of these fraud people and dont buy. We paid approximately 25k for a nothing. They are big time fraud people.
I ordered kuppada silk, initially I got a intimation that colour I selected is not available. Later I selected one more and which is wonderful and loved the fabric. Also I received it as promised before 13th. Only suggestion is you need to upgrade your website to track the orders and should avoid the orders more than the stock availability.
I ordered 3 sarees on Vynam online a month back. Still I have not received my order. They said they don't have one item in stock - so I emailed them my alternative choice. They didn't even respond to my email. I am just keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully I get my orders soon. But I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed. I ordred abt Rs12,000 worth of sarees and paid abt Rs 4000 towards shipping. Inspite of that I didn't get my order in the expected time frame.

I ordered my saree on October 27 2018. Still I didn't get it either saree or money back. What's app number I am chatting about my saree they are still dragging it that choose some other saree from our face book page same thing after you choose not in stock. At last I choose in stock item from their webpage. They always says we will check with vender and update you. But it never happens. But still not in stock they from 5 days they telling to refund money but we will coordinating with accounts department, accounts department is on leave like these dnt ever buy saree from this website or WhatsApp..

I paid 10,000 for 3 sarees, they delivered only 2. With continuous follow-up, they never delivered remaining order/refunded the balance. Stay away, it's a fraud company. Wish to give -ve stars.

Please dont order anything from them. I did order for 2 sarees. I received only one. The customer care service is very poor and they r not responding for any calls.
Very unprofessional and non responsive, with no tracking details even after 13 days of my booking 2 high end sarees and pathetic with their one word answers on whatsapp no.

They sell crap. Online they show extraordinary sarees but deliver crap. They don't even respond well if we have problem with the saree. I ordered a Banarasi saree worth of 7900 Rs but when in reality u will know it will not even cost 2000Rs.
They never accept returns nor refund money. I received a damaged saree to which they say its weaving. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDULENT.
This is online fraud site, they never delivered the product and they will say it's problem from shipment. After that they wont respond on phone / what's app or emails.
They wont return money also.

It's my first online shopping for sarees, Until the product delievered to me I'm not sure about quality. But the products I received was awsome with same appearance.

Terrible service. Wrong items and unfinished items are received. Takes more than two months but their website says delivers within 10-12days. They seem to be fraud

Remaining all items were shipped within around of 20 days time as Customization blouses taken time and we have already intimated you the same before you proceeding the order. After delivering the all items you have raised a issue of not doing Fall and Pico for 2 blouses which cost around 250/-Rs. As a result you have raised charge back on your transaction for the total order value of 54925/-Rs which is very unethical. Our team has contacted you several times regarding this matter and they offered you some great discount on your order for the inconvenience caused to you. Yes, there has been a delay in shipping your order. Trust us, neither the same has been intentional nor we believe in such kind of service levels. We too are disappointed and have taken necessary corrective actions to avoid such scenarios in future.
We are not fraud. We are into this business for over 15 years now. Though our intent is always to be at our best, but yes because of some unforeseen scenarios, 2 to 3% of our orders get impacted. We will continuously strive to better our services to avoid such disappointments.
We would also like to mention that at any point in time, in case, any of our customers have reservations, we do have a friendly cancellation and refund policy in place.

I ordered 2silk sarees but they sent cotton ones now they are not responding through emails or phone calls, I will try to sue this company after a while.

Though we are apologetic for not being able to make you happy, however, we would like to mention that Quality assessment depends on individual's perception at times. We are into this business for over 15 years and we always have 50000+ items on our website. All items are checked thoroughly before being uploaded and also before being shipped out. Hence it is not possible for us to accept that we sell fake copies.
We ship 12000+ items every month and less than 2% of the customers are disappointed because of quality issues. This would not have been the case if we were in a business to sell defective items. However, basis perception or in case there is an error from our side, we do have a friendly return policy in place.

I have placed an order for a Saree on 16 Jan to gift it to my mother-in-law for her upcoming birthday. After ten days, since I didn't receive any update, I contacted them only to find some strange details that the package is missing in transit and that they were unable to fetch any update from the courier service. Also they ran out of stock for the item I had purchased and were unable to replace it with the same. As it was a birthday gift and I was keen on not missing the date, I agreed to their suggestion of choosing a different saree. However the ordeal didn't end there and it is not delivered till date. For the past two days, their response was that the package is out of delivery. And now they have stopped responding to calls and WhatsApp. I feel duped since I lost my money, went through so much hassle to finally not receive the saree and also highly disappointed to be unable to gift my MIL on her special day. They have shown complete lack of integrity and I would highly warn anyone from shopping here.
Ordered a Pure uppada Saree last week. Very good quality. Vynam having nice collections. Superb. Delivery is also good but communication is not that great. I recommend shopping here. Thank You vynam
