Walmart misadvertised a sofa as a sleeper when it wasn't one. They then said 3 times over the phone that they'd offer a refund. It's now been over a month, we've provided photos and videos of the sofa, called tons of times, and we still haven't received a refund. This is unacceptably terrible - I won't be shopping there again!

This arrived on Friday Aug. 5th. I had ordered it in July. It was a 24 can case of salmon cat food. It arrived in a box which was damp. Sadly - I opened the box to discover that several cans of cat food had opened and there were flies inside the box. It smelled like death. Reeked. I started an online return - later decided I did not want a REPLACEMENT of the same putrid mess. No packing material or label were inside the box. I taped it up and put it in my garage. Took it to my nearest FedEx return place which happened to be inside a Dollar General store. I showed her the QR code on my phone - she said it was invalid. I had nothing else to provide her. She put it in their dumpster at my request. I am out over $18 for a product I not only paid for - but could not return in the condition I had received it. I am beyond pissed off - thanks for nothing WM. I did receive the other items I had ordered and paid for - over a $300 order. I will not be ordering ANY cat food items from WM again - despite the fact that it is extremely hard to come by locally since the Covid pandemic. Don't know why. Anyway - SHAME ON YOU and myself and other customers deserve better. BTW... I saw the shipping manifesto online - that case of cat food traveled through more states than I have recently - Cali, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, and finally Illinois. Seriously?

Ordered items from Walmart.com. July 18,2022. Submitted the order but the wrong address was on the order. Cancelled the order within 30 minutes while, according to the website, it was only in processing and not shipped. Walmart did not confirm the cancellation so I called a WM rep. Rep stated I would get a note of cancellation and refund. FedEx driver called on the 19th stating he could not find the address. I refused the item and informed him it was to go back to the sender. Still no refund. Called WM again and was told I would receive the refund on 7-22. No refund on 7-22. Called and spoke to a supervisor. Supervisor stated I would receive a refund on Monday 7-25. No refund. Spoke to another WM rep 7-25. Was told I would receive a refund later that same day. No refund. Received an email stating the items were delivered and I should take them to a Walmart store for a refund. Replied to the email they should check with FedEx and that I did not receive the items. On 7-26 I received another email stating it was being reviewed. I replied with a copy from FedEx showing the items were returned to WM on 7-19. Was told it would be sent to processing for a refund 24-48 hours. Its two weeks later and I've just received yet another email from a rep passing it on to yet another department telling me to be patient for another 48 hours. At this point it seems intentional. If people give up they profit. I'll not stop till I'm repaid $227.90, and possibly then some.

On August 1st I placed an order online to pickup in store. I was given a pickup time of 11am 8/2. At exactly 11 am I received a message stating there was a delay. Then later on I was messaged saying it was out of stock, but could be shipped to me for free and I would receive it August 4th. August 3rd was my kids birthday and the gift would be a day late but I said ok. Well August 3rd I chatted with customer service to check the status and get tracking number. I was told it does not have one it's coming from the store. With in min I'm told oh it's out of stock at the other stores too. Long story short we can cancel the order. Now I'm Soo extremely frustrated I can't sleep. My money won't be on refunded to my account for almost a week. Walmart has failed at delivery of accurate information and poor communication. I will never shop here again. I had a similar experience on June 28 of this year.

I was helping a stranded motorist with replacing a flat tire, I got the new tire at the WalMart in North Irving, T Xmas, the employee said there was a 1 1/2 he waiting time (they were short of staff on Tire Technitions. So I went to Discount Tire in Valley Ranch of North Irving, and they would mount the tire for more than $30. I will NEVER do business with that franchise again. So took the Tire to the WalMart at SH 183 near Beltline. The Sales lady said the Tire Tech has two more cars to do and he is leaving. So I went outside to speak with the Tire Tech Guy, and pleaded with him, in the Name of God, to reconsider my desperate situation with helping this stranded motorist, and mount the new tire on the rim. He really wanted to but was reluctant because the lady employee walked away upset that he would even consider it. I will NEVER buy anything from WalMart for the remainder of my life. I went to a tire store (Cowboys tire and wheel) on Irving Blvd., and they mounted and balanced the tire right there for $15. I got the tire back to the stranded vehicle and the motorist offered me a Job on the spot. I refused to take any money for my good deed, and even spent $10 of my own money to get the tire mounted. God is good, but NOT Walmart or Discount Tire. That's my Rant.

I knew the lines would be long on a Saturday. I try to avoid going to any Walmart on a weekend or around holidays but my daughter wanted some fun school supplies and they usually have a good selection at a good price. When finally getting to the register I asked where the screen was so I could see what was being scanned and the price. The Walmart employee said there isn't one, it is broken and they say they will fix it but they never do. I asked if I could have a receipt to look at before paying and she said yes so I went with that. (no... the little credit card reader screen wasn't showing the items being scanned either). When I found an error of quantity not price, she said that is the way it rings up. I said but there is only one not two, this needs to be fixed. Finally she agreed. However, when it came to ringing up produce the scale wasn't balanced. It was at. 07 not 0 to start. The Walmart Employee said yeah it is always that way. Normally I would have just walked out but I didn't want to disappoint my daughter and the ac was barely on so we were hot and tired at this point and didn't have the energy to go elsewhere so I heald my tounge and over paid a bit and left. I won't be doing that again. It isn't a lot of money but it is the principal of it all... I just feel filthy from the experience. No customer service, a register with known issues and nobody cares. This store used to be clean and bright and well stocked and good employees. I wish it would go back to that. BUYER BEWARE

On Friday July 29,2022 I attempted to purchase a Frigidaire portable ice maker. Utilized your online availability and the Urbana, IL store listed 3 available. After looking for one of these for 30 minutes without being able to locate 1 on the shelves, I approached the Customer Service desk. They also verified that there were 3 STILL in the store inventory. When a department associate was called, she stated "It's time for me to leave" so she didn't go look. Another associate was called and stated "We don't know where they are so you will just have to buy the more expensive one". I left a full shopping cart of unpaid for merchandise at the Customer Service desk!

Oh get this

Ok i just got a email from walmart saying they deactived my account. Here is why. Once again they were suppose to deliver our food. They guy got lost. Never showed up then the lies started. Saying we weren't waiting outside we both were. Then walmart customer sevice said oh my mistake brought the food bk to walmart and was bring new food the other was no good anymore of course thats 2 hours ina trunk in 100 degree heat. All was ruined they never brought it bk to store the driver even stole some of the food., then i called walmart bk again they said it was corporate, it wasn't was customer service again. And he siad they were here. We took food up all melted digusted broken prducts. Worst ever. So i called bk again 3rd time finally i said i want to speak to the president of walmart. ( this been going on a year) well they gave me the 4th number saying its corperate wasn't customer service again. I spent 3 hours getting no where till the last guy said he was embarrassed and would give us refunds. And gave me the real corperate number. Of course it was closed then. So right now i got a email saying we messed up. Im like omfg. How we were the one getting the worse treatment ever... man if someone knows a lawyer. Send them my way. My wife heath is so bad i need to get her food. I mean she relly did die 2 times last year and they brought her bk. So im trying to keep her alive. We have no car its to hot to go out and were in our 60's now. So if you go to walmart this is what you can expect if theyyyyyy mess up to much. Maybe the nes could help. Lol i don't know.

I have been shopping online and having everything delivered from Walmart for over a year now so it's been a long time since I actually stepped into the store. I can not believe how horrible the store looks today. It's very obvious that the employees don't take an ounce of pride in their work and don't care what the store looks like. You can never find anyone to get help even at the service desk and everything and I mean everything is always out of stock. We have one main grocery store where I live and that's walmart. You would think seeing how they cover soany counties they would have a better stock of products but they have nothing.

Online returns

First, Walmart thinks I am in Sacramento. I have never been to Sacramento So I have to log on over and over. I purchased special batteries from Walmart. They decided where they were going to order them. The batteries di not fit my application so I asked if I could return them. They said that I would get a full credit. I was told to take them to the nearest Walmart store. When I did Walmart said I had to get a label from their supplier to return them. When I contacted their supplier they said I had to get the return from Walmart. This is a game of whose got the potato. Never again, Walmart! You are a total customer service failure.

I am so disappointed I ordered 4 lions sport 255/50/19 and I received 2 lions sport 255/60/19. Not only did the order arrive a one day late (7/16/*******, but they also sent the wrong tires and only half the order. Are you kidding me? HORRIBLE service. NO check out available, for the umpteenth time this summer.

Asked staff, who were doing absolutely NOTHING near self check out, about a "real" checkout and was effectively flipped off, as they went back to their phones. Disgusting.

I left my full shopping cart for them to restock. Encourage others to do the same.

Went to a local Brooks, got personal attention, a real checkout, and paid a few cents more.

It is as if Walmart is PUSHING me to more and more Amazon online.

Walmart.com Rude Customer Service

Over the years, Walmart.com became my last resort for online purchases. I learned to expect something would go wrong because it usually did. From changing delivery date AFTER committing to the purchase to their useless and rude customer support. If you are lucky enough to receive your order, then that's fine. If there are issues and you must deal with Walmart's customer support, that's when the headaches begin. My last and final episode with Walmart.com involves a lawn mower received with a missing part. (Reviews indicate others received the item with the same missing part.) I completed the return process and FedEX picked up the item as instructed. After some confusion over the shipping label, the item was returned, accepted and signed for by a Walmart employee. However, Walmart.com refuses to acknowledge receipt of the item. Through a thread of ten back-and-forth emails, their main thrust was to harvest my phone number, which I refused to provide. (It became very obvious that their outsourced customer service sells personal data.) They claimed that they needed to set up a three-way conversation with FedEx which was baloney because FedEx had already delivered the item as indicated by the tracking number. So, blaming the lack of my phone number, Walmart.com's customer service closed the case. Walmart.com kept the $230 for the lawn mower. This is only an example of the long list is issues I have encountered with Walmart.com. If you feel lucky, buy from this place. But, do not expect the caliber of service you get from Amazon, or from Zappos.

I tried Walmart.com yesterday. I work at Walmart and we're supposed to get free delivery with an order of $35 or more. So, I placed an order for $35. $7 is about the price for the delivery fee, but it's supposed to be waived for employees. I was not alerted that I would be tipping $7 as a required tip and Walmart.com applied a $7 tip to my order without my approval. Therefore, my total came up to $41 and change. In additikn to that, they also charged me an additional $7 which I can assume is the delivery fee. I guess free delivery isn't free. Will not be using walmart plus again!

Checkout Lanes

Yesterday I had to pick up an Rx at Wal Mart in Allen exchange drive west, the only lane available were self-checkout lanes. I ask the employee supervising the lanes if a manual lane could be opened, she said she would check me out using a self-checkout lane. However, she assigned the task to a young man who apparently did not know how to run the lane. After several false starts and about 10 minutes she helps him get started. After about 15 minutes we are done so I give him three coupons which immediately confused him, with the supervisors help we got thru the check-out after about 20 minutes. I had to go back today as one of my Rx was not in stock, I also picked up a few items again nothing, but SELF-CHECK was open. We have always shopped Wal-Mart but do not and will not use self-check lanes and will begin to look for facilities that offer manuel check-out lanes.

I had another fraud charge to my account on Wam.com. The incompetence below my mind. You recognized it was fraud but still sent half the items. Walmart you have shown countless times that you are irresponsible in this area, you are also accountable.

Walmart has now hit bottom in my opinion. When they sent me two of an item, I smelled "scam". When they sent me a refurbished product (Router) I will no longer buy from them online ever. First two times... Shame on Walmart. There won't be a third time. The refurbished sticker was on the inner of two boxes, so that the package had been opened by the time I saw it. Pass it on.
