Ruined Christmas

Sent packages through shifty ontrac and it was lost 3 times and they refuse to replace or refund and want me to reorder at a higher price!

I place an order for a tax software delivered via download, and within minutes after I placed the order I realized the item was H&R Block instead of Turbo Tax, my mistake. Immediately I contacted Walmart thru chat, and cancelled the order. The service rep told me a refund was ordered, and told me my credit card would be credited in a few days. About 3 days later I followed up, and was told refund credits take about 5 days. I again followed up in 9 days, and am told I have to file a dispute with my credit card. Buyers beware that when shopping online they will BS you hoping you just go away, I never downloaded the tax software, and had to initiated a dispute with my credit card bank.

Walmart doesn't honor what they say

I received a damaged item and had to return it. I was assured the new one would be on time for my son's birthday and It was very late. I was told If I called back 1 day later I would receive a full refund promo code. So I called back the next day and they refused to give it to me. Not only did my son not get a birthday gift on time, Walmart won't do anything about it. They don't honor what they say so therefore I will not use their online service again.

Online buyer beware

Walmart is taking online orders for items shown to be in stock. After taking the money for those items they cancel the order with no explanation. Then they keep that money tied up for 7 days from the time THEY cancel the order. Who know when the money will be returned. They told me this is standard policy.

I've tried the Walmart delivery three times now and I give up! Most of the times, items are missing, it never comes on time, and the delivery driver sometimes decides to cancel last minute and return the order! AND…you have to wait FIVE days to get your money back and you have no groceries delivered. It's terrible! Especially for those of us who don't have a lot of money and are unable to drive! Walmart delivery is the worst! I do not recommend!

Promises not kept

I ordered a globe for my granddaughters birthday. Walmart emailed saying it would arrive in 2 days. Then they emailed again saying it would arrive the same day from a local store. The next day they emailed yet again saying the delivery was delayed one day. The globe never arrived. I called customer service they said they would issue a refund. THEY DID NOT. I would not trust Walmart to deliver anything I really needed. Ever.

Fraud

My granddaughter saved her money from working to buy a Dell desk computer for over 600.00 it was sold as being new after 4 months of use it shut down her parents took it in to be fixed and was told that it was a piece of junk that they she was sold and certainly not worth the money she had paid for it and that the problem is not fixable she then contact the warranty place only to find out it was a refurbish computer without an warranty mind you it was sold as new after she çotacted Walmart she was told to contact the third party who kept hanging up on her went back to Walmart they were hung up on also they then ask her to give them 24- 48 hrs. To refund her this is going into the third week and they contacted Walmart today only to be told to give them 24-48 hrs to resolve the issue. In the meantime she is having to share computer with her younger sister and they are both avid students that require extra work and is interfering with their sleep. Never buy electronics from Walmart once they cannot honor their third party merchant.!

Order cancelled

Order was cancelled due to low stock, despite having stock at the store used for pickup, and many other stores in the area. The same item was in stock at the same store and many others in the area the next day. However, when I went to place another order at another store, the price had jumped by $100, and the customer service representative refused to adjust the price to the previous price as purchased. Very shady practices from a retail giant.

What a ripper

Ordered grandson a slide and rock climber. Sent one wall, i sent back, low and behold same wall returns to me... called wanting money back... unfortunately for me. Can't give me my money back because they say they never received it back... what a joke. Two days of my life is gone. Don't sound like a big deal. But when you have cirrhosis stage 4. Every minute counts. I shopped walmart for years, now I'm a target papa. Screw you walmart :)

Literally every item I ordered is running beyond late, some items with no expected ship date. These are items that should have already been delivered and have either not shipped or will show up over a week late. Sure makes Christmas stressful when you thought you took care of things plenty early. I don't see why they even do online Black Friday if they can't keep up with the shipments. Why give us a delivery date only to continually delay it once they have payment and you can no longer purchase the items in store. I will never order from them again. I should have known better

Never received my online order

I bought something online from Walmart which was sold by a third party. Estimated delivery was October 30th. Delivery was delayed which happens and I understand that. However its been a month now and there is absolutely no update on where the package is. All it has said for a month is "shipped". I contacted Walmart they had me contact the seller "buy buy buy". The seller doesn't know any other words except "be patient". I contacted Walmart again to try and cancel the order or atleast find out an estimated delivery date but apparently they can't do either. I dont know how they can be a parent company of the seller without being the able to help the customer in any way. I dont mind waiting if all I could get is an estimated delivery date but all I have from the few emails from the seller is "be patient". Dont buy anything from Walmart online because you won't get any help from them if your item has issues

Walmart plus SCAM!

Walmart some CRAP and they raping the poor people out of there hard earned money with this Walmart plus scam. Purchased Walmart plus on the 22nd just to order Christmas early and get it out of the way. Purchased a gaming laptop for $499 and a onn. 70 inch smart t. V. for $398 on November 22nd, this is a whole 5 days prior to black Friday and I had early access because of the scam (Walmart plus). They canceled my order and told me there was an error in the system. Purchased the same laptop again last night for cyber monday@ the price of $499 again and they canceled again saying there was an error... you all need to steer clear of Walmart because they are definitely not the company that they used to be

I order a VERY specific vent part for my new tankless hot water heater. What I received was entirely wrong! The part they sent also sold for far less than what I paid for my order. Now, they won't process the order for the replacement until they actually receive the incorrect item. They sent me the return label and it uses SurePost which is taking over a week to go just 161 miles! Based on the original order timeline, I won't receive my replacement part for about 2 weeks. Other vendors process the replacement part when the return label is scanned by the shipper. I will NEVER do business with Walmart.com again.

Returned product, no refund
November 23, 2021

Bought online and returned a product at a store 25 days ago. I have the ticket proving that I did, plus the Fedex tracking. But still the Walmart site says I have to return it - it's like they have two different systems. No refund of course. I have literally chatted SIX times with them and they say "I deeply apologize, you will receive a refund email in 24 hours" and of course nothing happens. Order# **************, all this trouble for $36. Customer service is a joke.

Garbage company lies.to customers and they get caught and use excuses to try and cover. Lazy employees and managers in customer care lie and tell you they will fix it and send false adds pics and you do and it's not even to right department. And then you get excuse they are years old adds but they did not show up a few months ago violates.the truth in advertising laws and click bate laws for adds as well and excuses lies and the we are so sorry bit to bad.

Grocery Delivery Sucks!

Don't use their delivery service. I've had only 1 order correct. The guy said I was his first one. The other 4 different orders were missing a great deal of my orders. One of my orders didn't come, and the guy (Robert) marked it as delivered. I think they're running a scam! I wish I could give a negative score! The delivery sucks!

Horrible Customer Service

Spent 3 months on an issue along consisting of 20+ emails and 8+ hours on the phone. So many unknowledgeable people were involved, lies, bribes, and false hopes. Dealing with the Customer Service and Customer Resolutions teams was beyond frustrating. After the 3 months of waiting for my device, which came in stock multiple times during my wait, they decided to just cancel my order without resolving. Stick to Amazon, their customer service is much more reliable.
I have also reported this to the BBB with hopes to shed light on the terrible Customer Service -case number *******. I
