There are too many fraudulent activities and the people that are supposed to help in the chat only try to waste your time and take 5 minutes to answer simple questions. I cannot shop here anymore because it is not safe. I have had my account broken into many times and no one cares to assist with these issues. I give you as much information as you need but they still choose to side with hackers. This is bad reflection on the company.

This is a joke

I ordered two 12 piece outfits for my grandsons for Christmas the order did not arrive I was told it was lost in transit and given a refund on the third of December it clearly shows the order had been returned to the store I wake up this morning my account is now in the negative for 84.27 not only do I have all the proof they screwed everything up my grandsons did not even get there Christmas gifts they gave me my refund then charge my card three weeks later for the amount of the outfits even though they was not received

My review is going to focus on Walmart's returns lately. I don't like to do returns to retail stores at all but the other day I did a return to Walmart because well quite frankly I just didn't want what I bought. I had the receipts I had the item in perfect condition. When I went to the customer service I finish it up at the Walmart by my house, they told me I had to take it back to another store because they don't carry it at that store! This has got to be the most ridiculous policy I've ever heard! I was returning something that they would carry at any store as as generic as a regular box of Cheerios, I had to drive across town to return an item just because customer service statedthat one store didn't carry it. An item just because that one store didn't carry it. I think that customer service is just being lazy!

Moberly Missouri Walmart needs more cashiers there's like two lanes open plus self checkout I don't get paid to check out my own groceries so I did not use the checkout Walmart is a multi-million dollar business and it should have more than two to three lanes open especially around Christmas time and other holidays back when I was growing up they used to have 24 lanes open at once don't tell me Walmart can't afford workers to pay them to run a cash register ridiculous

Half Truth All Lies

I have been trying to cancel an order for 5 days. The order has said delayed arriving today since the 19th and it's the 22nd. Was told after the original delay that they would be arriving by 2pm, the next day, and not at all. Was told people didn't cancel it, been told they did. I was told to reorder mattress which I did and already received. It has just been a run around I have called your help line twice. I have messaged several times. If product isn't received or cancel and money returned, my bank said to file a dispute on the money already withdrawn. I have had so many issues with walmart this year, got to the point I canceled my walmart+ and stopped buying groceries at your locations. After this experience I am completely done with shopping at Walmart all together. I get more reliability from Wish.com

Bad experience

It was Saturday December 18 2021 and I was doing some Christmas shopping around 9pm. As I was getting into the line I had 3 items that were different prices ON THE WALMART APP so candied tells me he can only do 3 price changes which was perfect he calls the night manager to over ride it, she then tells me I cannot get 2 of the same things for there ONLINE PRICE. I then said fine my husband handed me another card to get in line to do a separate transaction, she then tells me she cannot do that for me cause we are IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD. I was in shock 6 months pregnant tired exhausted I just wanted the price and she said that was the policy she couldn't give me the price. I was so upset I started crying. I ended up leaving with only one of the gifts I had plan on getting she was so unprofessional the words coming out her mouth I could t believe. So I go the next morning and the manager patty says she will take care of it which I hope she does enforce something because I would hate for her to do this to anyone else during the holidays.

Walmart stinks!

I bought a Nintendo switch from walmart pn black friday, was suppose to be delivered dec 2nd. It is dec. 21 and i still do not have it. You see they put stuff they do not have in stock on sale. Give u a fake delivery date. I will never buy from Wal-Mart agian. This is going to ruien Christmas for some kids. Shame on you Wal-Mart.

Unethical scam artist

So this is how Walmart Canada conducts business we ordered a loft bed for my daughter back in November it was supposed to be delivered December 6 because of the flooding we got a notice saying it would be late which is understandable. Two days after it was supposed to be delivered we got a notice saying that the bed was not available and that the order was cancelled.
I checked on the Walmart website and sure enough it said not available so we ordered a different bed not the one she wanted but a different one. The very next day I go to the Walmart website and magically the original bed we'd ordered is available but now it's $100 more in price and of course Walmart Canada will not honour the original price. This is such a scam it's so unethical, it just disgusts me I don't shop at Walmart usually this was a choice we made because it was the bed Madie wanted but I will never spend another cent in a Walmart Canada again. Walmarts greed has consumed them to where they are giving less than satisfactory customer service. They have way too many vendors that aren't helping maintain their slogan as the friendly neighborhood store. I ordered products for Christmas this year and they have been incompetent in providing good customer care. My shipping address has changed to a po box and they are still shipping packages to my old address that I used last year. HOW CAN YOU BE THIS STUPID WALMART? What if I no longer lived at the address they just decided on their own to ship my stuff too? And then when I call customer support there's always someone that answers that isn't from the US. How's that for showing how much they are concerned about their customers? Kiss my you know what. How do we change where we shop when it dominates the market? I can't wait til something comes along that will puy rhem out of business. What if Amazon opened a store chain, bye-bye Walmart. Speak up my fellow people, we have to stand up for ourselves

In general I would have to say that Walmart does have good prices, but like most every place now a little overpriced these days.

Some of their parking lots are extremely crowded. As I drove around searching for a parking place someone pulled out of a handicap spot which I was able to grab. In the handicap parking spot next to me was a woman sitting in her car smoking a cigarette. After a bit of time she got out and went in. She was an employee, suited up in her Walmart smock and everything. Why in the world are employees parking in the handicap spots when there aren't nearly enough of them already? Truly bad form Walmart!

Was at a Walmart store in Modesto CA to buy several items. Oh my god! I needed some razor blades. All of the razors at the store were locked up in a cabinet. Have you ever had to wait at Walmart for somebody to show up with keys to unlock a cabin are? After walking around the store for about 3 minutes I finally found an employee and I asked for help getting the cabinet opened for the razor blades. 10 minutes waiting, nobody shows up to help me. I find another employee and asked for help. I mentioned I have already waited 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, waiting for help, and after requesting help 2 more additional times. I demanded to see a manager. 5 minutes later a manager shows up. I explained that I do not like it when Walmart wastes my time, waiting more than 30 minutes for an item that probably does not need to be locked up. Especially after making 4 requests for help and hearing the announcements made 4 times over the speaker system. The manager was friendly and apologized for the wait. I have experienced the same ignorance at Walmart several times before trying to buy spray paint. I can understand why paint is locked up. But razors? Anyway, good luck if you need an item that is locked up and there are no employees in the department to help you. Unless you like waiting a long time. My recommendation for shoppers at Walmart. "If it's locked up in a locker and nobody is in that department, don't bother". Unless you like being ignored and waiting forever! The sad part of this story is, waiting more than 30 minute for help. I saw a lot of people working at Walmart. But nobody had a key for the cabinet with razors. I guess you need special qualifications and on the job experience to carry the razor cabinet keys. UNBELIEVABLE!

Walmart is unreliable

I placed an order through Walmart for a Christmas pillow for my wife. My account was charged but the order never made it on record an I never got the item. Royally pissed off with them right now. Don't ever buy from Walmart, they are crooks.

Horrible

I order stuff online and either it gets "lost" "delayed" or canceled. I'm so upset because I tried to use walmart.com to buy all my holiday gifts. I am very upset also because when calling customer service they either act rude or like you don't know what you're talking about. Only time I actually get my items is when I order from the store close to my house!

I can't count the number of times that I selected a grocery item because of the shelf price only to get to the checkout and find it's incorrect. I asked an associate about this and was told that prices are going up faster than they change them. What kind of answer is that? I find comparable grocery items at local grocery stores are generally much more expensive but they do an excellent job with shelf prices! No unwanted surprises at the checkout!
