Now to reveal the number one store in Middletown Oh. For low prices. Walmart. Next, the number one place for items laying in the isles, empty spaces on the shelves, no one around to help if you need assistance and the worst customer service ever. Walmart wins again. Now how many businesses in a small city have the honor of ranking #1 in all categories? This is why the Meijer parking lot usually has more vehicles, even though their prices are higher.

Ordered a 5 piece patio furniture set. After checkout, I see it will arrive in two separate boxes and shows up as two separate items on the invoice. Chairs got here, table was a week out. Got an emai today saying that box 2 of 2(the table) was cancelled because it was out of stock. There is no way to buy the table separately, so now I'm stuck with trying to find something that matches these chairs.

Today, 1/26/15, I went to Wal-Mart with no gas hoping to pick up my paycheck sent to me from one of my employers in Ohio. I'm at the Jacksonville, Fl ******* store waiting 8 hours and they still don't have their computers on line yet. Their Walmart 2 Walmart money transfer system sucks! Make sure you ask for a MoneyGram instead. You can pick that money up at several different kinds of stores--not just Wal-Fart! The salaried idiot managers don't even know what is wrong. I found out after spending an hour on the phone with the people in charge of those systems. Why couldn't the idiot wal-mart managers do what I did. I still have to wait until tomorrow to see if their computers are back on line. Don't ever expect good customer service and cheap prices at the same time. It never happens. Cheap means cheap all around. Customer service at Wal-Fart is the worst in the country. It's time to boycott China anyway.

Very impressed

I recently had an injury and wasn't able to get around that good. Instead of attempting to fight over one of those buggies in the store and being in pain during the whole process, I decided to order three things online. I received free shipping. One item was from an outside store. They were delivered separately on different days. Everything was on time, which can be rare when ordering in maine. Everything was as expected. I will definitely use this service again!

Amazon has nothing to worry about regarding Walmart.com. Can't return an item as it was supplied by a marketplace merchant. No info to contact merchant came with the product. Return Policy wasn't clearly communicated at time of order. Order shipment was delayed.

Horrendous customer service experience. Walmart.com has lost me as a customer for life.

You guys have really botched things up. Rookies!

I absolutely love Walmart. Their prices are great! Fast Shipping! Packaging is great! I never had a problem with their return policy. I just wish they would bring layaway back all year long. In-store and online. Not just from Sept-Dec. That would help a lot of people because some can't afford to pay full price at one time. So layaway would be great.

Went on website to compare prices between different brands. Makes it kinda hard when the price either isn't shown AT ALL, or they list the price as "Our Every Day Low Price". And just what is that "Every Day Low Price"? $1.00? $3.00? $10?

Regarding case **************

The merchant for the item I purchased through walmart.com cancelled the birthday present I purchased 5 days after order placement. After receiving a cancellation email and a lengthy phone call, the walmart.com agent committed to send a $10 electronic gift certificate to cover the additional cost of buying the same product elsewhere at a higher price with rushed delivery.

Finding the electronic gift card did not arrive a month later, I spoke to a very friendly first-line support person who connected me with a supervisor (Chandra) then a tier-2 manager (Ada), who took absolutely no accountability for their team member's previous commitment or rectifying the situation. It is appalling who little walmart cares about customers or taking accountability. I won't be purchasing the phone I was about to buy when I couldn't find the certificate. Such poor management, and I was hoping someone would be able to challenge Amazon. It certainly won't be walmart.com.

Walmart used to be my go to store for everything but in last couple years they have really gone way down hill. The in-store customer service is terrible. Their employees are so rude and unknowledgeable about everything, including the managers. Also the shelves are never stocked. Instead of paying people to stand at the door and hand out carts and mask, why don't you have them stocking shelves? I will go to any other store now just to avoid Walmart. Don't even care if I have to drive an extra 1/2 hour because Walmart has gone way down hill

I was already fed up with the Walmart corporation but I was still buying most of my local necessities from them to support local jobs. Next week they have decided to go no mask no service. I will never set foot in that store again or support any endeavor by the parent corporation. I hope they go out of business.

They have everything but service is not good in my opinion. My last order, the order came a week late and the box was absolutely destroyed. All in all, it took 3 weeks to get my merchandise. I prefer Amazon to Walmart any day.

Corrects Their Errors
August 26, 2017

Wal Mart is trying to really get into the ship to home business and my first few orders were messy but they not only corrected them but gave me gift cards that I used on my next orders. I was using Jet.com but when Wal Mart bought them the price of bottled luxury waters rose on Jet.com and went down on Wal Mart so I naturally went to then. The shipping is free, it comes quickly and they are cordial and will right any mistake and AlWAYS send out a survey to see how you felt about your delivery. They care in my opinion. I personally am surprised because I am NOT a huge Wal Mart fan due to the way they treat customers in their stores. As far as online ordering goes I will continue to order my water from Wal Mart. We spend almost $150 a month so I expect some degree of happiness and no worries after I order it. I appreciate the good customer service I get.

You can find a lot of things online that you cant find in stores. However their shipping is another story. Orders come in multiple packages. The new $50 fee for speedy shipping doesn't cover everything you can order online. Not sure its worth it

I have been using Walmart. Com 2 day home shipping since it started. To me it's the best convenient thing they ever came up with. First of all buying the products online you save a little more, plus you save your own time and money and shipping is free. It allows me to stock up on household items that I wouldn't normally go to the store and buy more than one of each due to having to load and unload them all. The postal delivery delivering them to you and for free is awesome. And even if it says 2 day delivery, a lot of times I get a courtesy email stating it's on its way & it's early. Everyone should try this service once and you will be so pleased

I am not impressed with Christmas Deals they are offering on this Christmas. Last year, they offered flat discount on various items but I don't know what happened to them this year. Overall, Walmart is my favorite Supermarket and prefer to do shopping there.

Almost great

Love ordering from there as it saves me a trip. The only problems: 1) Packaging is either too good or terrible. Don't order anything glass, believe me. No candy cause it will melt. 2) I have not received one item and I had to call. It was credited, no problem. I was sent one item that I never ordered. I couldn't return it because there was no record of it (a girl's t-shirt) so I gave it away. ALL-IN-ALL, a good situation but keep your eyes open for missing or broken items.

Wal-Mart in Dunn, N. C. has the longest wait time to check out. There pharmacy has charged me a different price for the same medicine 3 times from 65.00 to 36.00. When I asked why they said it must be a different company that they got their medicine from humm whatever they charge what they want to seems like. I had my oil changed there while shopping got almost home and the oil light came on. Checked my oil and it was empty. Now my car knocks thanks Wal-Mart for over charging me for my medicine, wasting my time standing in long lines with only 4 people running a register and lastly for blowing up my car!

First off walmart customer service sucks. They have people following you around the store which made me very uncomfrontable. I guest you call them secret shoppers, the secret shoppers made my husband and I cut or shopping trip short. They need to stop thinking everyone that steps into their stores are shoplifters.

Shop online with Walmart every week. I love bargains, and the first place I go is to their Clearance items, it is worth it and you get so much more for less.
