Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.

Stay away from cymax... Walmart.com. It's a scam company. Cheapest trash, return fee for a 900$ sectional is 550$. And you will return it, because it's a garbage! That's how they make their money! Horrible. I trusted Walmart before. I don't know how it became Cymax...

I've had a Walmart online account for over 9 years, spent literally thousands of dollars, mainly on groceries, all with the same credit card.

I tried to purchase a Straight Talk phone at Walmart.com, my card was rejected multi times. A call to the card company said there were no problems with my card, and it had a 5 digit credit limit. Walmart acknowledged it was rejected but would not say why. How can you fix something if you don't know what the problem is?

Walmart advised me to drive to the closest store, 50 miles, and try it there.
If it didn't work online why would it work in the store? They couldn't answer.

Checking my card statement next day I found Walmart had charged me not once but twice for a 'pending' charge. Not money taken from my account but over $900 against my line of credit amount. It took over 3 weeks to get the 'pending' charge removed.

I went to another vendor, bought the same phone in only a couple of minutes.

I regularly go on the Walmart.com or Walmart.ca Both are about the same... it is all right, but it is not always possible to actually find what you are looking for. Could just be me, but there are much better sites out there.

Exploiting labor in other countries that don't have fair and equitable labor laws is wrong and inhumane! Exploiting this just to get goods made on the cheap destroys any kind of real competition in the marketplace and is wrong. The companies with the most money, like Wal-Mart make it really hard to compete on any level. What's more, Wal-Mart doesn't even pay a livable wage here in the USA. This is the worst company ever and they are always skirting and breaking the law as many headlines have been reported in the news.

6 months later and i'm still trying to resolve this. I bought 5 monitors for my office. 4 were fine. 1 was cracked. I tried taking it back to the local Walmart. They treated me like a criminal and refused to take it back. I sent it via FedEx. They told me they never recieved it. And all this while, I'm out a few hundred bucks. With no TV broken or otherwise. I would never order off Walmart.com again.

Thanks Walmart ruined our vacation by canceling order for our tent day before it was to deliver. Very rude staff could not correct, said it was to protect my CC, bull crap, Walmart requires u to show ur I'd, if at that time it didn't match cc then so be it but it does and now we r left scrambling for shelter. I will never buy from Walmart again, in-store location never know what they truely have in stock spent our whole Sunday going from Walmart to Walmart being told ya come over we have in stock, never did. Total waste of time and fuel. They cancelled by my order I called to say what's up, they can get it moving again for another 3 days failure Walmart. I have I'll be sure to post this on Yelp and ever other site I can think of to warm folks that Walmart is subpar not to be trusted if u need something go to Amazon.com they are far more reliable.

I am a frequent shopper at Walmart, both online and in person. This last order had a few issues. I was able to return the item to my local Walmart without any problems.
I can always count on them to make it easy to return things.

Its alright. Not on the same level as Amazon. I don't like site to store-it sucks. The people there don't like to work and its frustrating waiting to be helped when you get there. Walmart.com has OK selections. Amazon.com surpasses them hands down.

Why are there items on the site that can't be shipped to your local Walmart? That alone just makes me want to give it a low rating. I want to buy this one item and the only shipping available is this "Standard Aug 22 - Aug 31 $5.95 per order". The item is $3.50... WTH!? I don't think you should be listing things on your site if you can't deliver. Otherwise it's nice to be able to get some stuff delivered to your local Walmart... The search is horrible though. I searched my local store for an item and I got 3 pages of items that were not related any to the item searched for (of which I KNOW is in stock at my local Walmart). You also can't put them in any kind of order, it's annoying. Only good side is some good prices and some local deliveries.

Browsing for merchanduse on Wal-Mart's website is really convenient. I get their sales and clearances via email. Picking up my order at the store pick-up with an associates help is fast and easy. Shipping is free when you have your order sent to the store, which saves me money. When returning an item, customer service in the store takes care of you with no problem. I enjoy searching for merchandise at home with ease. It is shopping made easy.

I placed my first order. Total fail. Everything they told me was wrong. Never got the order after waiting two weeks. They are no Amazon. I am confident that some day they will do better but till then I will count on Amazon.

I had another fraud charge to my account on Wam.com. The incompetence below my mind. You recognized it was fraud but still sent half the items. Walmart you have shown countless times that you are irresponsible in this area, you are also accountable.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware: I would consider this and other reviews of HOW hard it is to get in touch with anyone at Walmart when you have an issue, It's just like inside the stores. I deleted the App.

I'm chalking up my online experience with Wal-Mart as a first & a last.
Their 2 day delivery is at best a straight up scam.
Doesn't exist.
2 day delivery has now morphed into a 7 day delivery scenario.
I will believe it when I see it.
Wal-Mart.
You have just lost a 20 year customer.
In the vain of you could not pay me to ever shop your stores or online ever again.
Y'all a scam $#*! joke.

OK for starters it's Walmart. Love it or hate it Walmart has been proven to be one of the best business ventures ever. Sam Walton laid the foundation for a great company. How did this get better? Using the internet on Walmart.com.

On Walmart online you can purchase items, have them delivered either to your house or they offer a great service called site to store. Site to store ships your order to your local Walmart and you simply pick it up at there site to store department. SImple and easy.

I purchased a large amount of my Black Friday deals right online with Walmart.com. As many shoppers were fighting the crowd, I was using my wonderful computer to purchase great items online. It was a win win.

You can also use Walmart online to see if your local Walmart has a certain type of merchandise. Find it online and see if that item might be available at your Walmart.

Shopping at Walmart has become even easier and less stressful using there website. If you are like me, you will like it.

I went on line to order merchandise (not found in stores) and the delivery dates were not at all respected. The customer service and help functions are totally underwhelming: surely employees took my call and after 10 mins on the call to resolve my issue they hung-up on me. The next call with a manager I requested left waiting on-line for 35 minutes, and he was no help. My call was transferred to another individual. To date I still don't have merchandise though its been two weeks.

Word of advice to people who gets vaccinated and recieve the gift card of $100. Do not under any circumstances shop online with Walmart. You place an order and they take the money off your card without out your order being confirmed and then they cancel the order stating they fraud division red flagged your card. Now you have to wait 5 business days to get your money back on your debit card. The only fraud is walmart for raking money off your card without the order being confirmed. I used the same debit card at Amazon.com and the order went straight through with no problem. Shame on Walmart.com. They are the frauds.

My 2 year old was anxiously awaiting for her new slide to arrive, only to be devastated when I attempted to put it together, and quickly realized we were missing multiple parts. Since the box was too big to fit in my car, (the reason we ordered online in the first place) I couldn't take it to the store to return it. I called customer service and was told I would have a new one in 4 days. Here we are, 4 days later, and still no slide. I will not be ordering through Walmart.com again.

Why complete? Walmart Supermall offers a very wide variety of products, all in one building. I easily find what I need, from clothing to hardware to garden utensils, etc. Thus, after shopping at Walmart, I still feel energized in that the politeness and pleasantness of their ever accommodating staff add to my pleasurable shopping experience in most Walmart outlets that I've always gone to.

Tip for consumers:
Visit Walmart Supercentres esp. the one at Milner, Scarborough Ontario Canada. Take advantage of their items on sale which are always of good quality and absolutely affordable.

While scrolling through this horrible website on your phone, be prepared to not be able to browse because every 2 seconds a pop up to download "free apps" shows up and you continually will have to press the back button multiple times as the stupid app screen reloads. You barely can even view any items because how many stupid app download ads show up!

Ordered a cover for a smoker. The cover would be sent to my local store and they would email when it arrived. 2 weeks later no email. Happened to be at the store getting bottled water asked customer service about it. I admit I didn't have my official i.d. With me but I had my order on my phone and a photo of my i.d. On my phone and they refused to tell me if it was there. Asked for a manager. The "customer service manager" said I was an idiot for coming to the store with out an i.d. I admit her statement had merit but is the Customer Service Manager the right person to tell you this? For some reason I thought they are supposed to help solve the problem. Needless to say I have not shopped there since.

I love Walmart.com, prices are much cheaper than in store, and able to find the items needed. Just disappointed they don't offer a variety of coupons, guess with prices slashed there is no need. But all in all the service is great and like the idea of ship to home or store and items arrive fast.

I purchased my laptop there and the service was good, I think the service could be better, but it doesn't matter. According to my apreciation, the customer service has to change some aspects of kindness and support to their customers, they have to remember the fact that Walmart is a HUGE company, therefore we as customers deserve the best attention.
Despite that, I'm very happy with my new laptop.

Remember to be patience in every Walmart you go.

There is nothing good to be said about Walmart and the Walton family. They have made billions of dollars by cheating their workers out of reasonable wages, putting competing businesses out of business, bullying manufacturers, and influencing politics. Everyone needs to boycott Walmart! We don't need them. And we don't need most of what they sell.

Your site shows about 1/3 of a page, and never goes to the product being referenced. There is no way to make a choice as the page is very small and will not go to the product. The product is properly identified
By the system, but will not allow viewing or selection. How can you stay in business with no internet sales.
I seems like your advertising is hiding you working page. Ad proof the next block says, I can't get in to buy anything.

Tip for consumers:
A web site that sells products in stock instead of one that is 100% advertising. If I can not buy on your web site, why are you spending money to advertise and waste my time? NOTE (You waste my Time -- I get pissed off.)

None, the site will not let me order.

I have ordered items several times from Walmart on line. This occurred when I found an item in the store, but they were sold out of the size or color, or whatever specific. I found the experience of ordering on line to be very good. Items arrived in a timely fashion and if I changed my mind about the item, I simply returned it to the local store for a full refund. I especially like the photo service on line. Walmart on line is both reliable and trustworthy and no risks whatever.
