Constant receiving damaged products like smashed breads and snacks, broken eggs (a lot of broken eggs like 13 out of 60) Packages with holes in them, missing items that I was charged for...etc. Some delivery drivers are nice, but some are miserable and just should not be interacting with customers.
If you are disabled like I am and this is your only option for groceries at reasonable prices, you're screwed like me. If you have any other option at all then avoid Walmart delivery.
When a loved one incures an injury we reach out to assist. In my case this meant a simple low impact personal trampoline recommended by a physiotherapist to help strengthen her knee. Walmart to the rescue offering me an online trampoline. Order placed Nov 15 2023. Email confirmation received. November the 21 2023 I received an email declaring the product was delivered to my address. Hmmm... I have 2 active cameras on my front porch and a dog but no packages, no parcel thrives and no stopped vehicles outside my house on that day or even before then. I called Walmart and they contacted the supplier and promised I would hear back within 1 business day. 2 days later I called again because I heard nothing from anyone. They told me I would receive the package between November the 26 and 30 2023. Still nothing. I called again and asked for a refund as I have been charged for a phantom type product and paid the Walmart credit card invoice yet received nothing...at all.
I was told to wait yet another business day to repeat this cycle of avoidance so I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transfered. The phone rang immediately and after 5 minutes of listening to the phone ringing I have reached the end of my patience. In the mean time someone is not recovering. All I ask is to stop being mislead, refund my money so I can get this product anywhere else to help out another fellow human being.
They say it takes months or even years to EARN a customer and only seconds to loose them.

Order was never delivered. I waited all day, then called and was told it would be delivered when someone was available. No time frame, nothing. I am a single mom with two kids, one has broken leg. Shopping in store is not an option. I need the items to clean house with. Not the first time my order was not delivered. Now I get to wait for my money to be returned. This was delivery from store, 7.95 plus driver tip.
Picked up an online order today prepare to eat it looked at the date and it was 7 months expired...give me my freaking money back
Ordered groceries online, 12 of my items were out of stock and one item was delivered to the wrong address (not to my immediate neighbors,I don't recognize the house in the delivery photo) and this was of course the item I needed today. Went to chat and it looped me around many times before finally telling me I needed to call Walmart. I call and go thru all this crap about not my house, put on hold for a LONG time; then the person says I need to talk to someone else. So now I have to go thru this all over again. Wanted the whole order cancelled as I now have to go to the store anyway--they refused! All they had to do is look at my house on Google maps and it would be obvious it was not my home.
The topper is I cannot even review the driver who misdelivered the order. No wonder he just delivers orders to just any old house. I was charged an almost $8 tip for this crappy service. Walmart website says I saved 9.95 for this crappy service and a pretend amount for around $10 for items I have yet to receive by having this Walmart+ crap--REALLY. I had to get dressed and go to grocery for this great savings and buy the misdelivered item I neede immediately. Don't sign up for Walmart +, for a little more get Amazon Prime and make your life easier, I have very little trouble with them and when I do it is quickly resolved. Amazon Prime videos is much better than Paramount+ which Walmart offers. Amazon Fresh has great sales (you need to hunt for them though) and Prime video now has Thursday night football.
Oh found out that they only gave me a partial refund on the misdelivered item. It appears that they used walmart bucks as part of my refund! I guess this is to try to force people to use walmart if they want to get their money back! Very crooked business practice
My orders have been cancelled 8 times and no one can fix the issues. The bubble message reads order cancelled due to unusual account activity.
Lost package didn't correct, did not have the proper forum for customer to file complaint,on the edge of frounglents acttivly.

Website can use some improvement! I don't like the way I sometimes get kicked off of it. I don't know why this happens? I find I can't always narrow down what I'm looking for. It takes me awhile to do a search and find what I want. I LOVE the way I can get my goods as cheap or even Cheaper then Amazon w/o paying for Amazon Prime! My goods get shipped out rather fast! ALLOT FASTER then my goods get shipped on Amazon and thus I try to go to you Before Amazon! Shipping prices are BETTER then even Amazon Prime!
Grocery pick up is great service but bags are not provided. Be careful driving home with that glass jar of pickles Rollin around. Hope you don't have to stop fast with a child in a car seat could get messy not to mention dangerous. I called corporate 4 times over 10 days to discuss my concerns, each time being assured someone at corporate would call me back, never got that call. Safeway is my new store, they provide bags and don't blow off their customers.
Be very careful this year when shopping online with Walmart. They are specific to NO RETURNS for the Black Friday deals. And, if you fight back, they will "block" you from ordering.
My issue: Fed Ex has only ever delivered 1 package I ordered online through Walmart. This last time, it was baby items as I was just notified I will be a first-time Grandma. Only the car seat arrived. When I contacted Fed Ex, they told me to go get the package. When I called Walmart, I was told only one item could be refunded, the other 2, I would have to contact the third-party sellers. I "begged to differ" and was promptly hung up on. By my 6th call, I was livid. Long story short, they won't be refunding my money for items I did not receive, and I am "blocked" from ordering.
Bogus charges from Walmart.com on a regular basis. Finally had to block my card and dispute those charges. Walmart knows these are bogus bon't won't back them out so I had to block my credit cards and file a formal dispute. I will not longer be shopping at Walmart.com.
Beware! If I could put zero stars I would! Walmart somehow put a funds hold on my bank account without an order being placed! I filled my cart and went to check out and it said that I didn't have enough funds in my bank acct…so I go look at transactions and it's Walmart holding funds and my order hadn't even been placed! When I reached out to get help…They apologized and told me the hold would be removed in 5-7 business days…I was furious…I need my money now …they had no right to hold anything I hadn't even placed an order! I told them I needed the money now and if they couldn't remove the hold they needed to comp me the money for my order. They then went on to try to blame my financial institution…saying it might have been a glitch ….I said NO! Banks don't just randomly put holds on ppls accts and label them Walmart.com.A different agent asked me if there had been anything in my cart for longer than today….I said yes…I put some things in cart a few days ago and some today but that has nothing to do with anything….She then said that sometimes if u have items in your cart for a few days Walmart automatically does a funds hold….OMG What? No! That is not ok! This is fraud and now I don't feel safe shopping online w them! I left a review on their website but went to look for it and it's not there…which is why I came here! I didn't realize there were so many issues because I just see the reviews on their website…but today I see there are mostly bad reviews! I got ripped off. Paid for 8 12 packs zero sugar Dr Pepper. Never received and Walmart refuses to refund or replace. It is a policy because of the third party partner they have. I have filed with the BBB. Don't order from them. They steal your hard earned money!
I do not want to shop at Walmart again. I was headed out of the store and I was the only one exiting at the time. An employee stops me from leaving and tells me I have to go around through self checkout. I was really close to the door. That area was crowded with people and the only way I could go through there was to get too close to the ones not wearing masks. It really ticked me off. 62 years old and diabetic. I will not go back any time soon and I hope others follow my lead. Who the hell is making the decisions? There should be more than 1 exit and entrance. I also did not appreciate parking in the only handicap available and then being told I have to go to the other end of the store to get in. SERIOUSLY!
The production information panel indicated the 2 set Onn walk-in-talkies would come with rechargeable batteries(3 AA NiMh) per unit.

The 2 set were delivered with alkaline batteries(NOT RECHARGABLE).
I hope someone has not load the alkaline batteries in, and tried to recharge them!

My advice, Pay more for a set the cones with lithium-ion batteries already installed.
I will never shop or order on line with Walmart again. Ordered an item then deativated my account and the item was the wrong color. So due to me deactivating my account they will not take it back. I here they want to close there stores and become and internet seller this is no way to do your business, So have fun selling your junk from China in your stores and on the internet you just lost a customer.
