Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.
Walmart has now hit bottom in my opinion. When they sent me two of an item, I smelled "scam". When they sent me a refurbished product (Router) I will no longer buy from them online ever. First two times... Shame on Walmart. There won't be a third time. The refurbished sticker was on the inner of two boxes, so that the package had been opened by the time I saw it. Pass it on.

It's going to get a lot worse online. Keep your eyes open, but when they straight out rip you off, that's unavoidable.

Ordered something online at walmart and when I got it, something was missing. Someone probably opened the box, took some stuff out before shipping it to me. Refunded back and then got a new one in store because I still wanted it. Experience with online shipping = bad.
The return process for an online purchase through Walmart's third-party site is awful the store gives you the runaround and you have to find a way to contact the third party vendor and it's hard and they don't get back in touch with you so you eat the price of the purchase
I ordered a cat carrier from Walmart online and they did not even send it to the correct address. Someone else got my package I paid for! It is sheer incompetence when a business makes an error like this, buyer beware when ordering! If you get the run around call the Better Business Bureau and report them for FRAUD!
Order, submitted and paid for. Said it was at store and I could pick it up, then 2 hours later got test saying the items were unavailable and my order was cancelled. Then got a text stating two of the 7 items were available and got a new order number. It has been one week and looks 6 more days till items arrive at store. Don't know when money will be reimbursed to card. If I had known this would be my experience, I would have never went to their website.
I was trying to do a return online and they sent me a QR code for FedEx. Since I live in a small town, they do not have an actual FedEx store. I would have to drive an hour to get my package sent off. I needed an actual label, not a QR code, so that FedEx could pick up the package. They use people from overseas that do not understand your request. They continue to repeat themselves due to not understanding what you want, and then they say someone will call you back tomorrow. The entire time we were talking, the phone lines were screeching in my ear and cutting me and her off. Ridiculous! UGH!

Walmart has a severe lack of trained register people and floor service people. The store I shop at will have almost no service people on the floor and when I can find one, it seem to be a great inconvenience for them to attempt to answer my question. Most often, they won't be able to my question.
The register people have put food into bags with chemical cleaning products and heavy objects on top of bread or other fragile products. A little training would go a long way!
For foodstuffs and household consumables, will send several kinds of necessities that Amazon refuses to ship to my house. Be prepared to spend a lot of time to find 2-and-3-day free shipping items, "delivery" costs a lot more. Sent bad expensive coffee machine to me, got refunded including return shipping of nonworking unit so am pleased overall with the shipped items. Physical stores are so bad I have never been inside one and would dislike having to show receipts for everything.
Place a hold on my card after I cancelled a order no less than 5 mins I put it. Currently need to wait up to a week to see it back on my card. They existed and said it was on my banks finish not theirs. Attempted to make me jump thru hoops ie get out of. Will certainly never operate online with them once again.
Walmart is massive with countless customers They only have one or two cashiers no matter how busy they are. Their attempts to save money by cutting corners and refusing to replace defective/worn out carts will cost them customers as well. I get annoyed when my shopping cart constantly shifts left or right. There prices are often higher than discount stores. Treating their employees poorly results in employees who seem depressed and angry.
The mandatory smiling policy only makes this situation even more ridicules. I don't like to stand in line an extra 20 minutes because the customer in front of me wants to complain to the manager about a cashier who forgot to smile. Nobody with a real life cares if the cashiers smile or not! We just want to get our shopping done asap. I will boycott Walmart if I get stuck in line for such an absurd reason again.
I don't know why I even bothered with Walmaerts website. It took me forever to get a refund... I've always stayed away from the store so I'm not sure what I expected. Horrible service, My advice... go somewhere like Amazon... much better.
Convenient. That's the number one reason for using Walmart.com. Same low price as my local store, not at all inflated. Free shipping over $50 and that's never a problem for me (stock up on some paper goods). Especially great when ordering heavy grocery items, they get delivered to my door. My disappointment comes when things I want are "store only." Ran into this with my kitties' favorite canned foods, and occasional other purchases. If everything were available, this would be a 5 star review.
I've shopped at WALMART.COM for years and never had a problem. The last 2 orders got messed up and items weren't delivered. Not a safe place to online shop anymore. Something has changed. Wish they would change it back.
Who doesn't like Walmart? You can find pretty much whatever you're looking for at a great price! Only downfall is the 3rd party sellers that are now selling on walmart.com. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous! Can't understand why walmart would allow this nonsense!
Great prices 2 day free delivery. I use to send household staples - paper towels, coffee, tide, TP to my mother who lives cross country. Helps her avoid schlepping heavy grocery items. Arrive at her door
I have to admit, I prefer buying from small businesses, or large chains that don't have a reputation for underpaying their employees, but in rural areas, Walmart is often the only option, and has served me well.
Raising prices for no good reason. Waited the latest price hike until after Super Bowl weekend. Breaded chicken wing going from $9.97/lb to $15.47 FOR 12 WINGS. Just to rip off customers. I WAS a long time Wal-Mart customer but no more. I'll start buying groceries from local store and other items from Amazon.

Insisted on checking my 2 tiny bags while licking his food off his hands then pawing through touching all my items. So disgusting! Covid y'all! It's not like I could refuse or leave! So angry! Walmart Bartlett Tn needs better employees.
Six months ago I had to stop ordering any canned goods from Walmart.com because every single time ALL of the cans I received were dented. Instead of wrapping them in protection paper like they used to do, Walmart.com now either throws everything loose in the box or puts the air-filled bags on top, which do NOTHING to protect the boxed items. Today was the last straw for me! My order arrived with one of the shampoo bottles stuck inside a hand cream jar where it caused a huge gouge on the side of the jar. I am so sick of this! I've repeatedly contacted their customer service about this and I even tracked down CEO Doug McMillon's email address and contacted him ~ I never heard back from him and all my complaints about the crappy shipping have been ignored because nothing has changed. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from Walmart.com especially if it's made of aluminum or plastic because there's a good chance it'll be broken or dented when you get it.
Walmart has very poor communication with customers when they ask questions about a product. Trying to buy Great Value Diet Cream soda for a large diabetic group. It is as usual I will let them know my question but never get a straight answer back. I receive emails saying I will tell people but no reaction from Walmart. If they know a product is discontinued then tell us instead of sayin it just out of stock in your area! That is so false because I looked up the item in Walmarts all over the USA and unavailable. Why waste my time having me look for it and you know there isn't any!
I found a different brand from a different food chain and only $00.15 more so Walmart say good bye to my business.

I love Walmart in general. Although they could treat their daily employees better. I have lived in many different states and shopped at many locations throughout the USA. I hear the same thing repeatedly... poor employee treatment at lower levels. Anyway, I fell in love with a specific silver dolphin necklace that I wanted for a dear friend, when I went back to store(s) they were all gone... so hey let's go online... didn't find the one I loved, but she did find another, reasonably priced, in transit for order promised by March 9th. Let's hope it comes on time. Last order was in correct. Giving second chance.

It is well known that if a supplier will not Wal Marts price that they won't carry their product. This creates a circumstance where you buy what they have or plan on more shopping stops. Another pet peeve is filling missing items with whatever is close so they don't have empty spaces. It results in searching for an item that's out of stock.
My biggest criticism is the inconsistent pricing. They were the low price leader but no more. You better know what things cost elsewhere or be ready to deal with price matching which isn't much fun. DVD movies and most batteries for electronics are cheaper elsewhere. I returned a watch cell battery that cost $6.50 at Walmart for one at Menards for $3.25. No price match because they were different brands.

Horrible experience endeavor to get a refund for something that hadn't even been shipped. I don't purchase from them, nor go to the store after spending 5 hours on the telephone evolving $89.00. Not at all surprised they have lost so many lawsuit and are paying MILLIONS to employees and customers
So every time l go into Walmart they have moved things around for no other reason than to put the most bought items at the back of the store so you may impulse buy something else on your way there!
Also this mass self check out & being constantly monitored by cameras is just the last staw!
