On 2/13/2022 I put in an order from Walmart for pick up. The pick-up got redirected to a different Walmart without anyone notifying me (this is the second time that has happened) I was running late to the second store because it was so far away. I tried calling over 5 times before 8:00 and no one answered the phone. I called the front and the pickup. When I got to the second store at 1800 NE 12th Ave #3877 I was told they could not get my groceries so I asked to talk to the manager. Wanda, the manager said to me that no one could get them for me tonight. I preseeded to ask if she had a key or if anyone else was able to go back there and get it since I had already paid for it. She said no again at that point I got upset and she told me that she was thinking of someone who could possibly help me but no longer would help me because I was upset I couldn't get it. She said even if she could help me she wouldn't. I then asked for her name and she ignored me and would not look at me. I read her name tag and left. I had to call to get a full refund and I canceled my membership. If this is how Walmart runs their stores with no one answering the phones, changing pick-up stores with no notice, and such rude management then I no longer want to step foot in a Walmart again. And if nothing gets done to solve this then it is even worse than I thought.

Don't believe it when you order from the Walmart app thinking is coming from the Walmart store because it didn't and when I got it said came from a totally different store and it was like it came from WISH the purse set was like something you order for a kid as Barbie doll purse it was thin and very poorly made and small I will never order online from Walmart again! Be aware of them every one

Very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! Never have the items you're looking for and when they do try to replace them with some ole generic brand. (Valley) Quit to take your payment, but EXTREMELY hard to reimburse you!

I was shopping it Waxhaw NC all the time. Never had a problem with anyone. Today I went to return an item that I ordered online. I was never having problem with customer service any where to live in America 33 years. Tonya, the manager, when I asked to return the item, said give me your order number. I said that unfortunately I don't have it then she rudely told me that we can't do anything, only pick up the thing and return not the full amount. The amount is ridiculous but any money is money. I asked her if you can tell me how to return the entire amount. She said no, and for some reason she put my basket in another place. I told her that I needed it. I am doing shopping right now. When she left the Julia who works in customer service told me. I will help u. You just need to find your order by phone and I will help you return the money. I found the order, the girl explained to me that I will receive a refund in 5 days, because my purchase needs to be return in the main office. It all took maybe 5-7 minutes. The "great " manager left and starting to give instructions to the workers. Not nice way! I can't understand why Tonya spoke to me disrespectfully why did not she help me to make a refund right away. Why showed she her worse quality? What does she give signs for her employees. I never wrote before review but today I just want tell Walmart management that manager is face of store. Tonya Is not good representative for Walmart. Thank u. Anna Braverman.

Every time I go here the cashier have attitudes, you ask a question, and they start talking with their hands, turning screens and stuff. I don't know what their problem it's ridiculous when the reason they get paid is because the same people they try to catch an attitude are the ones paying for them to be there. What the heck. Its over simple knowledge a customer has a right to know. And if you can handle being nice and helpful, find another job.!

Ordered a $500 item from their website. Get a message order is delayed. Contacted customer support. They don't know what happened to my order. Cancelled order was told it would take 10 days to receive my refund. So now 16 days later I have to order from another company.

Walmart used to be my go to store for everything but in last couple years they have really gone way down hill. The in-store customer service is terrible. Their employees are so rude and unknowledgeable about everything, including the managers. Also the shelves are never stocked. Instead of paying people to stand at the door and hand out carts and mask, why don't you have them stocking shelves? I will go to any other store now just to avoid Walmart. Don't even care if I have to drive an extra 1/2 hour because Walmart has gone way down hill

Sent me a sealed empty shipping box

Walmart sent me a sealed empty shipping box instead of my iPad. I called their customer service, emailed them and contacted them via messenger. They refuse to acknowledge that the box was empty. The claim the weight of the box was 2.2 pounds even after showing them a photo of the FedEx shipping label showing it was only 0.75 pounds and a iPad weighs well over that. Their customer service sucks.

I ordered a TV December 28 and was…
I ordered a TV December 28 and was suppose to receive it January 10. To this date i have not received it.
I talked with there call services many times and get the run around every time. I have said some choice words to them. I asked them to refund my money and they will not do it. I will never have anything to do with them again. I know this is troubling times but if you can promise someone something and take there money you should be able to deliver.

Walmart policy states they will price match items from a variety of online retailers. However, they don't state that if the items being sold on Walmart.com are being sold by a third party seller that the third party seller issues the price match, and not walmart.com. I had to call Customer Care numerous times seeking a refund, and had to contact the third party seller because Walmart wouldn't. Of course the third party seller did not respond, and Walmart refused to honor the return policy. This shows the lack of Integrity of the Company and I'm severely disappointed.

Walmart online always says things are in stock and sell you these things, even when they are not. Walmart online is a classic Bait and Switch Scam! I order and item that was in stock. I received the wrong item and now the one I ordered is not in stock. They want to know why I do not want to keep what they sent me. The online customer service is rude, very unhelpful and would rather spit in your face rather resolve the issue.
Last, if the online says an item is in stock i a local store, you can safely bet it is not!

It's not amazon

My wife bought a WII switch online. We normally shop Amazon but she figured Walmart, Right? Has to have a good return polocy and they will stand behind the purchase.

We bought it for my Newphew and he had a console someone else gave him. So, we brought it back to Walmart Walmart says it was sold to us by a third party and basically your on your own. Contact them. I understand walmart uses third party vendors but unlike Amazon they won't help uou in the return.

To me its simple we bought this from walmart.com. We weren't transferred to another non- Walmart website! Walmart should stand behind a purchase made on their website even if fulfilled by a third party vendor. They are obviously making money from this purchase or its a conscious effort to sell their name inorder to for people to think that Walmart stands behind the purchases. Either way it's something to think about before buying. I rather pay a little bit more and have the ease of returning if needed.

Quick Shipping, Accurate Orders

It seems funny to review a big company like Walmart. Com, but I've recently placed a lot of orders through them, and have had a good experiences, so wanted to share my thoughts.

I actually recently took advantage of the free trial of their "+" program, which includes free shipping with no minimums. So I decided to order quite a few things! I ordered a TV and big bag of cat food, because both were heavy items and why not have them delivered to my porch rather than carry them home from the store, myself?

I also ordered a couple of items that aren't available in store. They were things I'd looked for in my local store, but couldn't find. So I was really happy to find the items online! They were smaller items that didn't meet the regular Free Shipping minimum.

I enjoyed the free shipping with the "+" program, but even if I had to pay shipping, my local Walmart is in the next town, so I'm looking at a couple of gallons of gas just to run there. So for smaller items where shipping is fairly cheap, it's a consideration.

Every item I ordered came quickly, well packaged, and every order was accurate. Most of them came via FedEx. So much easier getting a big TV brought right to your own porch, rather than struggling with getting it home from the store yourself.

I'm happy with Walmart.com and will be placing more orders in the future, even when my "+" trial ends.

I have a tent that I called about the stitching came apart at the top and the tent collapsed on me. They told me the poles have a warranty but not the fabric. Below is the photos of the conversation. What a joke walmart you guys are horrible. Don't but from them period.

Horrible all Walmarts are disgusting with lazy dumbass people that work there bottle returns are always full and when you ask someone to empty them they say ok we will be right there and nothing ever happens they go back to talking and having a good time in a circle with other lazy employees and their prices aren't cheap like they say is a bunch of bull$#*! the feed people $#*! this place I hope all Walmart go out of business
