I ordered 3 items to be shipped and to arrive on Friday and Monday, but later in the day receive email that the items will be delivered today (Wednesday) on my doorstep. They do not ring bell, but only leave one item (loose and unpackaged), but receive email that all three items were delivered. I opened the door probably a minute after the driver left and their photo of the delivery was only of one item. Spend half hour on hold only to be told that there is nothing they can do today and I will have to call back tomorrow. If I can't control whether an item is going to be just left on my doorstep unboxed with very little warning on a different day, then I don't want to order from Walmart.com ever again. Also, I could see a photo of the driver and where his car was, but it didn't help me or customer care at all. I should have stood outside for the extra 20 minutes it took for the driver to arrive (compared to the estimate) and checked to make sure he delivered everything. Buyer beware!
Walmart has good low prices, but the tradeoff is in service and availability. Ordering from the online store is just terrible, and half of the time, they dont accept your credit card on their screen but processes the payment anyway!
They usually have a very nice selection of products available in store for you to look at, touch, feel, and interact with before buying them,. Making it much easier to shop for some items. Whether they ship to you or you pickup in store, they are really handy indeed.
Wal-Mart is really a saving catcher as in thou can save $$$ from scanning your receipt from store and then compare it to their competitors, whatever differences they will give it back to you. I already save $$ from it.
Ordered a $500 item from their website. Get a message order is delayed. Contacted customer support. They don't know what happened to my order. Cancelled order was told it would take 10 days to receive my refund. So now 16 days later I have to order from another company.
I just received a delivery of a new lawn mower. Opened the box and numerous parts missing, no owners manual or instructions and the wheel house was broken so could not even start. What I got was a broken lawn mower with no parts put in an empty box. Was not even a box from the maker. Walmart should be ashamed to be associated with companies that have no quality control or employees that just throw a broken item in a box and ship it. I called Walmart and was transferred 4 times and finally got a hold of escalations. The name of the company they use is Joe's Factory Outlets. Now I have to wait up to 48 hours to be contacted? Help!
I made my first purchase on Walmart.com and it was great. I choose the ship to store option. My order was ready within the hour. There was a nice lady back in the pick up section who was very helpful and it took all if 5 mins in and out of the store. I will definitely do more shopping this way.
I've been trying to place an online order for 3 days already. The third party customer service keep advising me to place another order with a promise that my order "has been escalated and will get through this time". This time means 30min, 24 hours, 48 hours, depending on whom I m talking to. I reordered it 4 times and all 4 attempts came back cancelled. By now I have 4 holds for the amount of purchase on my bank account. The customer service reps just repeat the same rehearsed text over and over again, and then, when the don't feel like listening what you have to say, they just put you on hold, which is just plain rude. 3 hours wasted with the customer service and quadrupled amount hold on my bank account later, I still don't have my order placed and no sound solution offered.
I received text and email that my item was ready for pickup then after a rush hour drive I was offered a substitute product. Then they acted like refunding my payment was a big favor. This is Walmart located at Collins Hill Rd in Lawrenceville Ga. Do not fall for this joke of a service. Just order from Amazon from the start.
Walmart began this trek into the unknown world of online services. I worked for them in Connections and was a witness to the starts and stops as we helped customers get acquainted with the 'new way to shop'! It has become a strong competitor in the online arena and now has begun to offer a discount for picking items up in the store that were purchased online! Way to go Walmart!
I order a sofa to be delivered. The delivery date was changed three times. Which means I had to cancel the Salvation Army from picking up my old sofa twice and I refused to change it again so I cancelled the new sofa. Also, I ordered grocery delivery and the shopper got less then half of the items I ordered despite the fact I'm a good tipper. The heck with Walmart.
Walmart's website is barely adequate. Searching for specific items can be very tedious and time consuming. When I did find the product I was searching for not all of the pertinent was easily found. Things like shipping weight, country of origin and what materials the items was made from are not always readily available.
Walmart changes their prices sometime in one day and over a week you can watch a product go up 1.00 in some cases... Also, they have a LOT of mongrel sellers who have nothing to do with Walmart offering goods... Be Careful as their prices are oftentimes CRAZY and walmart doesn't seem to care.
I use Walmart.com a lot. I always check the prices against other retailers and go with the lowest price for the same item. I have received damaged merchandise from Walmart.com in the past, but the customer service was quick to replace or refund the item. I would recommend it. Here's a hint- even if you go to the actual store sometimes, you might find it helpful to use Walmart.com to ship the bulky and heavy items. I buy my cat litter and household paper products with Walmart.com and then add other needed items to get the amount necessary for free shipping.
Their service is satisfactory, providing list of products & grocery items at reasonable rate & thus providing discount offers too is good. The only issue is you required to wait in long queues to get your items done so if it is resolved it will be great for them to offer more good service
EVERY experience on Walmart's website is frustrating. How the world's largest retailer has managed to spend tons of money and end up with such an incredible POS (and I don't mean point-of-sale) is mind-boggling. Not only are they completely failing to leverage their primary competitive advantage (vs. Amazon) -- their retail stores -- but they fail to simply deliver a simple shopping site. (Their search results are an absolute mystery. Maybe their programs need an SQL 101 course.) If they were trying to put together an example of how NOT to program a website, they couldn't end up with anything worse!
I ordered 2 tires for my pickup Tuesday morning from the North St Joseph, MO WalMart. The on-duty manager gave me a full price (on his calculator) and told me it would take 2 days to get the tires. "Do not call or come in until we call you" he said. I wander in Saturday evening to check on whether they came in they had (on Thursday). No phone call and the bill is close to $20 more than what he said :( I know whoever works the desk is not overly taxed they couldn't get a call or text message out announcing the arrival of my new tires. I will think long and hard before I deal with them again.
Ordered a solar panel controller from Walmart.com. The third party vendor shipped to an address in New Orleans - my address is in Florida. When I contacted Walmart - they told me to contact their third party vendor - B. S. - I purchased from Walmart not their vendor! My first and last purchase from Walmart.com - stick with Amazon for great service and no hassle returns / refunds!
I love Walmarts prices, and the website offers even more than the store which is great. But... I have had issues with the shipping several times. I just placed an order on 6-13-2017.( Today is 6-21-17) Shipping info says delivery 6-28-17!
I'm in Oklahoma. The item is shipping from texas. Someone could WALK it to me in that time!
I can always depend on Walmart whenever and for whatever I need. I shop there at least once a week because of the wallet-friendly bargains, trendy fashions, (I'm such a Fashionista)! And friendly and courteous associates. P.S... If you haven't seen someone for a long time, shop your local Walmart and you just might run into them because EVERYONE shops Walmart! LOL.

Answer: Contact to seller on moderno kids good reviews seller. Walmart feedback not working well
Walmart's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating its wide product selection and competitive pricing, which enhance accessibility and affordability. However, significant concerns arise regarding delivery reliability, order accuracy, and customer service quality. Many reviews highlight frustrations with unfulfilled orders, inadequate support during issues, and negative interactions with staff. While some customers express loyalty and satisfaction with the overall shopping experience, others report feeling undervalued and dissatisfied, suggesting a need for improvements in communication, order management, and customer support to enhance overall service and restore confidence among shoppers.
