I ordered a tv online and received a confirmation email and a delivery date of 11/18. Then on 11/14 i got a email saying "great news" your order will be delivered early on the same day... 11/14. Well after sitting around all day waiting for it to arrive i get an email saying my order has been cancelled and i have been issued a refund. No explanation as to why. I order things all the time and have no credit issues. Clearly Walmart is at fault here. This is whay i tell everyone to buy from Amazon. They take care of their customers.
I ordered online on 11/13 and when I when to pick up my order, after receiving the text that it was ready, the employees had no record of my order even though the money was taken out of my bank account. I was informed that I will not get my money back for 3-5 business days. When I talked on the phone with customer service (for about an hour), they placed the same order for the following day. When going to pick up my order on 11/14, the same thing happened. So, I not only was not able to get groceries, I am now being forced to wait 3-5 business days for double the amount of money. I am now unable to feed myself or my 2 kids for another week because my only money is being held for groceries I never received. Since no one on the phone was able to help me, I was forced to go into the store and put myself at risk (even though I am high risk for COVID-19 complications and should not be out in public). I spoke to a manager there to try to find a way to feed my family for a week since Walmart wasn't able to fill my order and is holding my money. The only thing they were "able to do", after another long conversation on customer service and a heated argument with the store manager, was to provide me with a $25 gift card (which will not feed my family of three for more than 3 meals). I am a frequent customer for online ordering and expected to be treated with more understanding and respect. I have worked in customer service for nearly 10 years and I have never seen/received such poor service, management, and helplessness, especially from such a large corporation. I am extremely disappointed in Walmart and am now more stressed than ever. I am most likely to never use Walmart to shop at ever again. If I could give Walmart 0 stars, I would.
I ordered a TV and the price was good, that is where it ended. The delivery date was three days before the birthday celebration. Then it started delay, delay, delay, delay. Birthday celebration came and went NO TV, not sure when it will arrive. I am on the six day of delays.
I love Walmart. I especially love their affordable fashion that seems to be trendier every year. This year has been the first time I've ordered clothing from their website and I've learned a few things. Walmart is now trying to compete with Amazon in this space which means lots of third parties sell on their website now. This gives you more variety, but unfortunately means there is inconsistency in quality, similar to my buying experience on Amazon. When I have ordered brands they sell in store also, such as Time and Tru, I typically get great quality; however, it's a mixed bag when it comes to unknown brands. I've received both poor quality items (not the worst, but definitely not the best) and excellent items. I would recommend never buying something with few or no reviews to lessen your chances of getting a poorly made product. Or sticking with brand names you've heard of or know they also sell in store. This photo is of a beautiful coatigan I recently bought from Walmart. It's the Time and Tru brand which they also sell in stores so I knew it would be great quality and it is. I was also able to snag those Time and Tru shoes for only $3! You can't beat that. The shipping usually takes anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on where it's shipped from. I've found Walmart brands typically ship faster than other third party brands on their site. It's also easy to return items in store instead of shipping them back if you'd rather. Their website is usually pretty easy to use, although I find can have an overwhelming amount of products to look through now.
List "Free Delivery" and shows that in the price before ordering; later email adds a substantial delivery fee. Customer support says not sure we can fix this and nothing I can do. Other items are listed and then repeatedly turn out not to be available. Amazon has NEVER done this, Instacart has occasional errors but rapidly corrects them. What is the problem that Walmart can't manage online shopping in 2020?
Walmart website ordering is incompetent! I tried to check on my order status... my order number is invalid... Walmart sent me an email with a FedEx tracking number... FedEx says it is an invalid tracking number... help center is a joke... some offshore foreign outsourcing... have no clue... Walmart beware... AMAZON will eat your lunch!
Tried all day to place an order on there website for the new playstation 5 on there black Friday sale (11.12.2020). EVERY TIME when you get the check out the sorry having difficulties page comes up or you get a deer. For a large company that will not allow instore orders one would think there site would be solid. I believe it was just a scam to get people to sign up to email them spam! They offer 4 different times and the out come was the same - no playstation for the kids - THANK YOU WALMART - next time don't offer to sell a product your site cant support! Also I am not sure ANYONE was able to order!
I got the ps5 in my checkout when I go to pay it tells me its sold-out. I think they really should figure out how to sell things online.

This company advertised that they were selling the XBox series x and playstation 5 on separate dates. First on the day they were selling the XBox, I sat ready and waiting for the noon sell time. At noon, I put it in my online cart, clicked on my payment info and clicked by now, only for it to then say 'this item is no longer available.' It was less than a minute after the sale began! How is this fair to customers? For the Playstation 5, I said ready to buy, and 2 minutes before noon, the walmart website freezes and says error until 12:02, then says item is sold out. This is false advertising and something should be done. The way they are handling these game consoles is a disgrace
I want to return a Schwinn bike that I bought 30 days ago because the gears fell apart and the bike is total garbage. I am trying to get a refund and they tell me that they can only refund to the original payment method. Problem is I do not use that bank anymore. I than asked to provide me with store credit or a online gift card balance like Amazon does on returns. They said they do not do that. That is ridiculous, how can a store the size of Walmart not provide store credit on a return or at least a gift card online. They said they have never hear of that. A department store has never heard of store credit or gift cards? They are idiots! I am only shopping on Amazon.com Hail to Jeff Bezos King of Retail!

Twice, on two different occasions the orders were lost in transit, one time the order came almost two weeks after the date range given... this was PRE- COVID!
This is my 3rd and final time EVER trying to order through walmart.com
Both times the orders were lost, I asked the representative, "Okay, well I am showing that the item is available at my local Walmart for pickup. Can you please select pick up in store for the replacement of my item lost in transit?" Guess what... NOPE, they "can not" do that. That would be too easy. That would only create a slight inconvenience for the customer... This is the biggest national chain but yet they can not accommodate the customer? Awful.
Thinking I could avoid the menace of shopping at Walmart, I began ordering online for home delivery only to find that my purchases were NOT delivered, and I was forced to spend hours trying to get a refund. Walmart's customer service, or what there is of customer service, is located in India and Pakistan. There's no way to win when you deal with Wal Mart. Well, maybe the formal complaints have worked as Wal Mart has stepped up to do a better job. I upgraded my review accordingly. Since the death of the last of the Waltons, Wal Mart has been taken over and is run by China/CCP. There are less choices than ever and the prices are no longer even competitive. None of the employees have any fluency in English. The employees hate Americans, and are using the fake mask oppression to scream and yell at American customers, grabbing power in their commercial setting. Good bye, Wal Mart. I'd rather shop elsewhere. I ordered an iPad from Walmart for an event the following weekend, because they promised fast delivery. They lied. It was delivered late, so I didn't have it for my event. I returned the product once it did arrive. The third party seller refunded the money to my Walmart.com account, but Walmart didn't return the money to my card. So I contacted them. So far, it's been five times I've contacted them, inquiring about my money. An all five times, they claim they were going to "escalate" and "prioritize" my issue, and get my refund. And five times, they have failed to respond to me, and let me know when I'll be getting my money credited back to my card. It's been a month, and I'm still waiting. So I recommend you stay as far away from Walmart.com as possible. It's a big brand, but the site is a scam! Use Amazon, and avoid the hassle. And don't be like me, and lose your money because you used Walmart.com.
Gotta be freaking kidding me- 13 employees standing in the middle of the check out mosh pit- and customers trying to figure out how to get checked out and leave- Walmart has jumped the shark and spit in it's eye- won't be back- the most cynical business move I've ever witnessed - much less had to participate in.
I placed an order about one week ago and reached out on Walmart chat to confirm my daughters bed would be delivered. I was assured my child bed would be on time. I hired a handy man to help me put the bed together. I received a delayed email so reached out again online and phone call to see how long the delay would be. I was rest assured again that my product would be here the next day. I just got off the phone with the supervisor and was advised the shipment was held up on Friday so speaking to the lady on Monday should have told me and not charge me card or give me false hopes and promises something that was incorrect. After spending $1,500 on all the bedding and decorations for the bed, I am left empty handed and false promises!
I gave away my child's bed and now she has nothing! Beware of these scammers and stay away! Go elsewhere.
