Walmart

Due to Walmart's address mix-up, I've had to pay about $60 to return my item. Although the correct address was listed as the "preferred address," their system shipped to a previous address. Customer service was not helpful. They blamed the mixup on the vendor, yet their system handles the address. I use Amazon a lot for my current home project (>$1000 in the last 4 months) and have had no such trouble there. I strongly recommend against using Walmart.com.

I have had a ton of stuff shipped to me. The items are always well priced and shipping is always fast and if not free, then really cheap. Always fast shipping and just what I wanted. It is so convenient, could not ask for more! 5 Stars from me!

Slave Factory that works their employees to the core with minimum pay and horrible customer service, to no fault of their own. It is the company, not the workers. Treat your workers better and maybe I'll shop there one day. NOT.

While Wal Mart may have a large selection of items and be one-stop shopping, it is ALWAYS understaffed. The huge line of check out registers is chronically empty with maybe one or two open registers. The stores have now added U-Scan registers which is supposed to cut down even more on their staffing costs, but those lines are now always full due to having no manned registers open, and who wants to scan an entire cart full of items themselves when there are constant problems with the U-Scan process as well? Wal Mart has certainly become "cheap", but not in a way that benefits the consumer. Wal Mart is a corporate Scrooge.

That's it! I hate Walmart. I had a very bad experience with them in the past and i'm not going back there. I'm done with Walmart. I rather pay more money elsewhere other than shopping at this crappie store.

I hate the Walmart store--it's huge with so much stuff. I suppose a good thing for a shopper, but I find it overwhelming. The website is good though, shipping at no additional cost after $49.00, I think. Which isn't hard to do. They don't have the huge variety of Amazon, but they have the basics at good prices.

Needed the shocks for my car (combination shocks/air cushion). Couldn't find locally, and the shipping was several days by Amazon and others. Walmart had it the next day, and at a competitive price. Shop there regularly, and no complaints.

I made some purchase at their website in the past with no problem. A year later I received like 8 e-mails showing purchase of some computers that I did not purchase. With my credit card and some other person's name. Thank God i had paid off that credit card and closed the account before this happened. I don't trust their website anymore.

I ordered a photos blanket off Walmart.com and got someone elses blanket, I got my money back and was told to just throw away this blanket. I dont really want to do that, I would like to try to find its owner. I know its a long shot but I seen a review from a Janet G on here who also said she received the wrong blanket. It wont let me send her a message or reply to her so if you see this Janet please email me and maybe we have each others blanket. *******@gmail.com

I am disabled and order a lot of my grocery non-perishable items online to be delivered to me. Sometimes, Walmart lists in store price and shipping price. But today I was going to order HP60 ink for my printer. When I added it to my shopping list online, the price jumped by $5.00! Lately I have noticed they have changed their list so that it does not reflect the price all the time. What is up with that?

Practically every time I order items online and request delivery, I receive a message advising me to come to the store for my items.
What is the point of having the option if delivery ic they won't deliver? I am disabled

I found some excellent deals on the shoes that I liked, that weren't in the store. I am happy with the way they feel and look. My only issue is that I had a difficult time checking out online because the page kept freezing. Let me be clear, this is the only website in which I had this problem. If not for that, I would have rated my shopping experience with five stars instead of four.

I needed another mailbox and so I went to this site before I visited my local Walmart. I found the box I liked visually and price wise and decided to go get it. I was in the store longer than I anticipated looking for someone to help me. I finally got pointed in the right direction and of course the mailbox on the site was not solved.

I ordered 2 types of cookies (3 boxes of each) as gift for mother-in-law. 1st) no way to request a gift receipt to hide price, 2) split order into two ship dates of 2 boxes of each type on first shipment and 1 box of each on second - no notification, 3rd) the product was past the sell date - no excuse for this. I wanted to try out the Walmart home delivery but will stay with Prime

This is a review of four items I have ordered over the past year. Most times, they have come as ordered and in the approximate time frame as promised. When there is a problem, however, I was stuck dealing with a 3rd party. One was apparently from China and the texted English was broken. The solution was for a 10% refund on the item due to excess shipping costs for both parties. Amazon has the returns worked out much better. If Amazon has the item I want, I will order there. Walmart on line I will reserve only for those items that Amazon does not have.

Personally, I hope Walmart can improve as it seems hazardous to have only one large online ordering service. I wish Walmart the best in this.

They sometimes have free next day shipping and second day shipping. Just makes it so much easier when you have a little one at home I can just go online choose the option to see what is next day shipping available. Purchase all of the items that I need to be able to get in a timely manner and the stuff is delivered to my home. I don't have to pack my child up and try to go out to the store especially with the virus going on. It has been the biggest blessing being able to utilize the shopping online

Walmart, store, website, app... They are all terrible. Shows different prices for items depending on if you go on app or website. Items supposedly not in stock for pickup that are in store. Shipped items going missing on a regular basis. Pickup items being expired or opened... Mystery charges on my account. Non existent customer service. Why is this company not investigated?

I made an order for Christmas from Walmart.com. They sent me the wrong item. I went into my local store to return it and I was told they can't return it. It was a market place order. The clerk told me the Chinese will take several months and try to offer lower prices and I may not even get my refund. I said Walmart needs to get a better grip on the Chinese like Amazon does. I will be writing a bad review everyday until I receive my full refund. December 1,2020 day 1

I go to Walmart every month. I like their prices but this one needs cleaned up. ANd the people that go to this store need the lower prices. I don't like the pharmacy. My friend needed her he'd he medicine and she was told she could not get her medication cause they were low. Well I told her to get he meds sent to my pharmacy. If you have a headache and your prescription med is what help it upsets you that the store did not keep up on stock. Then you had to suffer with your headache.

I've ordered twice on Walmart.com and will never do it again. The first time i found out that I was actually ordering via a reseller and waited a month for my package. The second time I actually bought a TV from Walmart (I checked the reseller part this time) and it didn't arrive on time. No idea whether I'll actually get it or not. All I can say is to run away run away! Any place else is better

I will never order from Walmart.com ever again. I have been a loyal Walmart customer for over 25 years; however since my recent experience i will never order on line from these people again, as no one cares if you receive the shipment. Additionally i will never step foot in a walmart either and i use to go there 2 to 3 times per werk.

I used to check out walmart.com to price check other stores. They used to be the "We'll beat any price" store. They quietly faced out those policies. Despite that they've adapted and you can have anything delivered from their site, or if you need it faster ordered and waiting for you when you get there. They've pioneered this feature and have caused many of the other big box stores to follow suit.

So I brought my brother a NFL Madden 18 Xbox one games! When he got home there was no game inside! Well I took it back with the receipt! They there was nothing they could do! They said It was my fault for not checking the game case! So Im out $60 dollars and a game! Im going above yall head! This will be fixed!
