Although I have been doing this since well, four years now or more. I have had more missteps than consistent boxes. Recently I contacted them again about the Fall box to let them know I did not get the fall box I did, however, I receive a second summer box. The emails were relentless of questions what was in it, and I replied, replied no it was this, and I replied NO it was this I still have the box do you want a picture? They replied I was mistaken. What? I have a picture, I contacted you in good faith it happens at least once a year. It's not like this is a free service! I pay for you to mess up, and when I have proof you blow me off. The emails continued until I broke, it was unprofessional and annoying and I wrote as much. I tried to talk to someone on the phone it has been two weeks with no reply. Don't do it, try another service this one is not dependable on a consistent basis and rude customer service emails are not my thing.
