I was browsing for solar panels on Google and stumbled upon Wasserstein. The reviews on Sitejabber are indeed very bad - but then I checked on Amazon and ratings for their product are actually really high (4 stars+). I bought their Solar Panel for two of my Ring Stick-up Cam, it arrived in 4 days. The packaging was pretty good, but the actual product exceeded my expectation; the build quality is very good for a 35 bucks panel. Been using it for almost 3 weeks now and still looking good - also had some neighbors complimenting me about it, cool stuff.
Don't bother ordering these from this seller, because it is a complete waste of time and it's not worth the aggravation or the frustration that they put you through. I initially placed an order for these several months ago and never received them and demanded a full refund because there was zero communication or customer service or support but they held onto my payment. I saw that they were advertising them last month (May) for the Blink Mini, so I immediately ordered two, hoping that they would be shipped out right away, regrettably I was wrong because nothing was shipped. I contacted Wasserstein because this is the second time they put me through this. The representative responded promptly this time which was shocking. I was informed that they had none of these in stock and the advertisement was an error, and that it would be several months before they received replacement stock. I told the representative that I really wanted them and have been trying to purchase them for month and that I'd patiently wait for them and to hold my payment so once they come in they would ship them out. I thought that I made myself perfectly clear or understood and a week later my order was canceled by Wasserstein and my payment refunded. I've had dealings with this company in the past that were absolutely perfect and I honestly don't know what is going in with them now and I feel they are not honorable, reputable or trustworthy and may use bait & switch sales tactics and practices along with false and misleading advertising and sales campaigns because this is the second time they pulled this crap and they will not be given a third chance or opportunity to shaft me.

I am disgusted with Wasserstein's "customer service" that I have experienced over the past few weeks. If you actually get a response at all, it is exceedingly slow and generally disappointing. Their website has errors that advertise wrong prices, too.
Further, I am dissatisfied with the quality of my purchase relative to its cost and plan to return it for both reasons. Also, it's ridiculous that customers are expected to pay return shipping especially in situations like this. Their website promises a "no hassle return policy"... paying to return an item is a hassle.
I found a similar product for a third of the price and bought that at Aldi. I won't be shopping at Wasserstein again.

I would not suggest suggest shopping at Wasserstein to anyone for any reason. Their customer service is awful...they don't respond to emails, and only occasional emails do get answered. Their website lists incorrect pricing, but they won't honor the prices shown, when provided with screenprints of their own site. Their website lists "no hassle returns" but then specifies some bizarre statement about how they can't guarantee they will receive your return, nor give you a refund.

I purchased a bug zapper that charges by USB plugin. I found a similar product at Aldi for a third of the price with far better customer service. I won't be back to Wasserstein.
Decided to buy a product(floodlight minus the camera) directly from the website. The site let me purchase & add a Canadian address. 2 days later I got an email saying that the product was not available in Canada. This was a full 2 days later & after I purchased the device (camera) to go with it. At this point I thought I was having a conversation with their customer support agent on how to resolve this issue when the agent just went ahead and cancelled my order without my consent. There's been no apology up until now from their end for their mistake. Their products might be ok but the customer support is probably the worst I've encountered. Now I'm stuck with a camera I cant really use on its own. Never buying from them again. Never buy from a company that treats its customers like this.

I have ordered several of their branded products. So far all of them have been horrible! Absolutely horrible! The biggest is their flood light with remote for Google Nest Outdoor Camera. (This is not the Google nest floodlight). Their floodlight comes with a remote that is suppose to allow you to control it. However it doesn't work. You can set it today and tomorrow it's back to default. I bought 3 of these and they all do the same thing. Once it gets cold it's off and on and off and on. Super annoying! No settings change it. Contacted customer service since buying them in April and no support! I would advise looking elsewhere!

If you are underwing name brand products from their site then you should be fine. Just use caution when buying their branded products.

I bought a total of 5 lights. Tried returning two but it became such a hassle that I ended up ordering the new remote ones. After contacting support several times over the last 9 months and received no help I took them down today. So I am not using any of them.
"This one must first charge itself before it can begin charging the camera. I plugged it in right away, expecting to see the active charging button, as I had with the Arlo models, but it was not charging. Not until I reached out to their customer service and read the other reviews here, did I discover this additional requirement. Once I charged it, over two days my camera battery went from 60% to 100% and is staying that way. So far so good! We get plenty of sun so this is perfect for my Wyze Cam outdoor."

Beware if you're ordering from Canada. They accepted my order in early November. Even sent me an order confirmation email. Today, a month later, I asked for a tracking number as my order hadn't arrived yet. I was told they don't ship to Canada. Thanks a lot. Terrible.
Bought a Wasserstien dartwood rechargeable hand warmer last year in December used only a few times. Now does not work. Company does not publish warranties. Send them an email and they say "oh So Sorry only 3 month warranty. If you can only warranty your product for 3 months its JUNK.
I've bought 3 of the Arlo charging stations and ALL 3 did the same thing, after the 3rd charge, dead, nothing. Tried changing cables, plugs, batteries, dead, no blue lights nothing. Avoid if you want quality, no way to talk to the company only email or messenger, takes forever!

I bought two Wasserstein Weatherproof Outdoor Quick Charge 3.0 Power Adapter for my Aro Pro cameras. One of the adapters worked fine, charging the battery as expected. The second adapter did not. Instead, on the Arlo Pro camera status page, I received a notification informing me that the source I was using was inadequate to charge the battery and that I needed to get an Arlo power adapter. I sent Wasserstein an email informing them of this problem. Within a couple of hours, I received a very courteous reply from Wasserstein telling me that a new adapter has been sent to me. I received the replacement, connected it to my Arlo Pro and it works great. A great product and great customer support! I would readily buy from Wasserstein again.
Wasserstein has the worse return policy. The panels I received are not compatible with my Arlo cameras. I got a return authorization. Sent the items with the authorization email. Wasserstein refuses to refund my money or exchange my items. Terrible service. I am now out of a product I could have possibly sold on eBay and my $80. They have my $80 and a product they will now resell. Complete rip-off!

I purchased 3 solar panels from this company and when the package arrived there were 3 light switches in it which were used and NO SOLAR PANELS. I contacted them immediately and got a response of it will take 24/48 hours because we have to review where the lapse came from and they needed pictures of the product and the shipping bar code which I promptly sent. I waited 48 hours and had to contact them about what they had decided to do and go they needed more clearer pictures of the barcode on the box and items. I promptly replied that there wasn't anything wrong with the pictures I sent and now they aren't responding to me. I contacted PayPal and want my money back

Customer service is worthless. Don't bother purchasing anything from this Company. If there is an issue, they give you the run around instead of trying to remove it. Very disappointing.
I purchased because of the good reviews, but was a bit suspicious since no one have that high a % of good reviews on all their products. I made a mistake purchasing from them. In retrospect, I think they are offering people perks for writing 5 star review. Not a good product AND horrible customer service from Wasserstein Home.
Also, note they have different pricing on their website, on Amazon and Target. I ordered on Target. I received my order from Amazon AND THE PRICE WAS $2 CHEAPER there.

I tried to buy a product on their site and the price increased when it was in my cart. They have no live support, so I reached out to email support with screenshots to show what had happened. They responded asking for details, but then I didn't hear back. After reaching out again, they responded the next day and said to go ahead and place the order and they would adjust the price. I did. They then sent a second email saying "I was advised that we can no longer do price adjustments since the promotion has already ended. Kindly disregard the earlier email." Since I had already placed the order, I did as requested and sent the order number and explained I had followed their earlier instructions. Still, they stuck by the second email and wouldn't price adjust (a significant increase) I asked them to cancel the order, but they refused and shipped it anyway. What a waste of time! I should have recognized their bait and switch pricing earlier. I'd give them 2 stars instead of 1, but then they refused to cancel the order shipped it anyway. Buyer beware.
I ordered a product from the Website. At the time of order, they sent an confirmation email stating an email would be sent when product is shipped. The confirmation email states the product would be at my door within 6 days The website states:
"Usually you will receive your items in 1 - 4 days after placing your order."
On the 6th business day, I had not received the package nor any information on shipping. You can only contact them via email (they have no phone #, chat, etc listed), which I have done twice to no response. They say they will respond in 24 hrs. Well, its been well past 24 hrs.
Anyway, I am thoroughly disappointed.
UPDATE: on 3/24/19, the merchant sent a message stating the product was being shipped. This was after I contacted my card company to file a dispute. The product arrived today (overnight shipping), 3/25/19. Although I have not tried the product, my initial concern or no product appears resolved. However, the 2nd concern of no response to the only method of communication (email) this company offers) still stands.
I would suggest avoiding this retailer unless you have patience to wait with no idea of time of delivery.
Bought two solar panels for my Arlo cameras they don't charge. Not compatible. I feel I was taken. What ashame
I bought 2 cameras with solar panels, they arrived but were defective. After being told over and over again how to install the camera (I have 10 others, I know how to install them). Their reluctance to accept the return concerned me so I sent them a photo of their no hassle 30 day return policy, I was finally sent a prepaid UPS label but I noticed that they shipped me a package weighting 6 lbs. (according to the UPS label) but the return label they emailed me was for 3 lbs. which I though was weird. I went to the UPS store to send back the return package, I tracked it and 2 weeks after they received it, I emailed to find out where my refund was, I received a refund for about $70 less than what I paid. When I asked why I was told that the package weighed less than it should have and items where missing. I hit the roof and emailed back and said that, Wasserstein sent me the label with 3 lbs. weight. After I calmed down, I emailed them again, since they use a logistics firm, I told Wasserstein that I wanted a copy of the video of my package being opened, a list of everything they SAY was missing including the serial numbers of the "missing item(s)" and I told them that if I didn't get my full refund I would contact their logistics company and let them know that any complaint I make will include not only Wasserstein but their logistics company. I then found the UPS drop-off label I got when I took the return package to UPS store for shipping, it showed the weight of the item as 6 lbs. and emailed a copy of that label. They refunded the entire purchase.
This is not a reputable company and I would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone, they not only tired to rip me off but they are also ripping off UPS, since a 3 lbs. package cost less to ship then a 6 lbs. package. I have a feeling that this is this companies modus operandi.
