“Ordered a T-shirt for Xmas present on 12/13, site says...”

Ordered a T-shirt for Xmas present on 12/13, site says allow one day for processing before they ship your order. Mine was not shipped until 11 days later, and, needless to say, did not receive in time. Called customer service, they had no explanation re: why it took so long to ship out my order. Disappointing!

“UNRESPONSIVE "COMPANY"”
December 12th, 2018

I ordered a book for Christmas on 11-29-18 to send to my grand nephew. I still have no response from WB Shop nor do I have an estimated ship date. I will NEVER do business with this "fly-by-night" outfit again. STAY AWAY>
