I ordered products from this company nearly two months ago. My credit card was charged, but no product has been received. Naturally, I have emailed and called them a number of times, but to no avail. Judging my the amount of complaints I have read on this site and others, I am certainly not alone. I guess I learned a valuable lesson about blindly trusting a website to be above board, without consulting a site like this one.

I ordered products from this company nearly two months ago. My credit card was charged, but no product has been received. Naturally, I have emailed and called them a number of times, but to no avail. Judging my the amount of complaints I have read on this site and others, I am certainly not alone. I guess I learned a valuable lesson about blindly trusting a website to be above board, without consulting a site like this one.

I should have read these reviews before ordering (for a lot more that some of the other reviewers) and now awaiting to hear from them. I called a number that was provided thru an Amazon web site and that directed me to a very strange number that I don't plan to call. Looking to go and report to CA Consumer Fraud. (since they claim that they are based in CA)

I have ordered from this site in the past - prior 2009. They did back order products and I had to bug them to get them shipped. Most recent order has be outstanding for almost 2 months without any notification of shipment or reply to my 2 e-mails. I've contacted my credit card company and they are working on a refund for me. This is now the last time that I'm going to deal with this web site. Prices are good, but if you never receive the product or have to hazzle with them everytime, the total cost goes way up.

I experienced the same as everyone else. Placed order, they took the money immediately and I never received products. Tried countless e-mails but no reponse. I got their phone number after talking to my bank. Just got voicemail. What a SCAM!

I ordered $50 worth of product a month and 7days ago. I received an email from them confirming my order. I tried to email them 2 weeks later and received no reply. I went on vacation, came home and still did not have the product I ordered, or a reply to my email. I looked on their web site for a phone number, but they don't give one. I emailed them again saying that if they didn't reply to that email quickly, I would have to take action. It is now 2 days later. I have contacted my credit card company and am looking for good places to state my experience so that others are not taken by this company.

I ordered products almost two weeks ago and they told they will send a letter so i know i would be receiving my order. Nothing, nothing, nothing, i send an email lets see what happens so far i would never order again from this company!

This site also operates as beautystoreinc.com and BeautyStorePro.com. Be sure to read the BBB report where they receive an "F". They have $175.92 of my money. They sent me an order confirmation, also, but never shipped. Several calls and an email and NO response. I have my credit card company working on it but have little hope since 120 days have passed.

I ordered $50 of waxing items, received an order confirmation saying I will receive another email confirming the shipping. I never received this second email, so I emailed them to know when my order will arrive, they never replied... The items never arrived... I guess I just lost $50.

This has to be a bogus website. I ordered almost $30.00 from them, have not received my order and they will not respond to e-mails. They do not have a phone to use for contacting them. DO NOT order from them!

Takes credit card information to make a purchase, but I never received the product. I got an e-mail confirmation about my order, however when I have tried to reach them at *******@webbeautystore.com I do not get a response. I have had to go through my bank to get a refund.

I ordered back in 1/29/11 and $62.04 was taken out of my debit account immediatley. Received an email saying they received my order but I have still yet to receive it. I have numerous emails, sent paypal request to get my money back and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I got cheated and am sure I won't get my money back. I mailed a copy of my BBB complaint and my email order confirmation to the address that the BBB gave me today. Pretty sure that will fall into deaf hands but I want my money back! Stay away from this company.

I too lost about $70 with this crook. I wish FBI already found him.
This Vernon guy from WebBeautyStore.com is just another stinky pig that lives somewhere in a singlewide on the plains of California, who is doing nothing but digging up ideas how to frawd people. Since most of the crap comes from CA why not this one. I guess... "Hasta la Vista Baby"... how typical!
