The experience was smooth from start to finish. They took the time to understand what I needed instead of just delivering generic content. The copy felt clear, engaging, and aligned well with my brand voice. Communication was easy, and revisions were handled professionally. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of work and how straightforward the process was.

Stay as far away from these guys as possible. They keep changing people/PMs on you. They stop communicating with you if you ask for refunds. Their office address is fake. This company should be flagged everywhere!

I needed an app, so I called Web Design Stop (WDS) in San Jose. Their website is webdesignstop.com *******775. I talked to * for a couple months. I then had a zoom with *, who did NOT activate him camera. He did NOT want me to know what he looks like. * sent me their banking information and I wired them a $4,000.00 deposit. I never heard from them again. I stopped by their "office" at 2880 Zanker Road North, Suite 203 in San Jose. The Executive Manager of Regus, who owns the building they claim to have an office in has never heard of Web Design Stop. She red flagged them as "fraud" in their system. I called the number on WDS website and it was disconnected. The number and business address on webdesignstop.com are both bad. I called another number for WDS and spoke to *, who now goes by *. He tried to convince me they had an office in San Jose. But hung up when he knew he was caught. I contacted * and said that they were fraud and I wanted my deposit back. He said that they charge between 30-40% cancellation fee and I would get the rest back after 30 days. That was over 80 days ago. After some research, these guys are actually a group of SCAMMERS in India. The LLC they use is TEKNOBYL DIGITAL LLC, their bank account is Chase JP Morgan, Chase Bank, N.A. P.O. Box ******* Columbus, OH. *******-2051. These felons are NOT in the US, never have been. These scammers go by *. Theses criminals will take your money and disappear on you. PLEASE SHARE WITH EVERYONE!

All you get after you pay them is the run around and false information. They sell you something and then try to tell you they need more money! Their packages are a sham and I am going to prove it in court. I have all the emails, phone calls and texts to prove my case! I have NEVER been given access to my own website to change my own inventory even though I asked and was promised it many many times! See files below. Believe me, I do not want to be in a law suit with this company, but they are total scammers. I should be asking for damages and lost income, but all I am asking for is my money back!
