I am very stressed out. I moved after putting an order in for my contacts, but due to them not being in stock I had to wait two weeks... But had filed a change of address weeks prior... Well long story short... The carrier they used to ship my contacts decided instead of forwarding my package to my new address or better yet... Leave it at the local post office... To return it to sender... Which ended up being a whole different location not the location where it was previously sent from... Yea confusing I know, what's more confusing is I have reached out to this company 3 times in the past week and a half... And heard nothing! Then I just call them and get placed on hold for over ten minutes... And now being told the ESTIMATED shipping day is tomorrow, and will take ten days to even reach me. I just wanna cry... My eyes are in so much pain!

Order wayyyyy ahead of running out of contacts... Don't wanna be getting a run around and chasing down answers when you are totally out of contacts and can't see a thing.

USPS does show that they attempted to forward your package on July 26th. It does not say why that attempt resulted in the package being returned to us. Unfortunately, we have no control over the processes of USPS. We do recommend, in the future, advising us of the new address so we can update your order prior to shipment. Our system shows a replacement order was requested on August 3rd when you advised us of the package not being received. The replacement order is also on backorder as your brand and prescription combination are not readily in stock for shipment. We have advised our shipping department to ship the order as it becomes available so you may receive multiple shipments of varying quantities. We requested the replacement be shipped with next business day air so once it does ship you will not need to wait the 10 business days of your original shipping winodw. I found this site through Google Shopping. Hadn't heard of them before but prices were great. Sometimes this cam be a bait-and-switch. But everything went smoothly. No gimmicks. Free shipping. Fast delivery. Text notifications. I even had a question about the arc which got a speedy response from their care team. Will definitely be back for more!

This date had a great price. Put 2 boxes of lenses in my virtual cart. Hit checkout. In SMALL print, it said I would be charged $40 and some cents for "handling" oh this order. Their response when I called? "Everyone else does it"... I'll find a more straightforward and trustworthy site to order from.
Webeyecare.com has been my go-to site for ordering prescription contacts online - always quick deliver and exactly what I ordered. The few times I have called customer service my questions have been answered efficiently, or requests to edit an order was always done quickly and correctly as well. No complaints. Their low pricing is also pretty great!
They have always been the lowest price. Their rewards program makes them even less. If there is a problem, they have always corrected it and made it right. I usually allow two weeks lead time just in case my contacts are not in stock to avoid paying excess shipping costs.

I used webeyecare for a couple of years and because I am so busy did not realize I could have purchased same lens for much less somewhere else. Also, I wear the monthlies almost like dailies so went through my last order within 3 months and noticed that my vision had changed. I was convinced was due to getting older or vision problem and did not look at what they had sent me. Finally visited my eye doctor to learn webeyecare had made a mistake and sent the wrong power. When I brought to their attention, was told can only refund the remaining lens (which I unfortunately suffered through using). Poor company, does not care about the customer, overpriced.

I was sent the wrong contact lenses even though they had my prescription, they were nice enough to replace it promptly, however - then the replacement was not shipped overnight due to a technical communication I'm told with their warehouse. I will give them thumbs up for nice customer service people, but not two too many problems!
WebEyeCare has the lowest price for my contact prescription out of all the websites that I've checked. It was easy to complete my order and have my prescription verified. Oftentimes they offer a $5 coupon which is another plus. Great experience overall.
I've been ordering from webeyecare.com for a couple of years at least. Their prices are competitive and their customer service exceptional. There was a glitch with my most recent order and they resolved the problem immediately. Can't ask for more than that!
Contact lens I purchased from webeyecare.com did not work me. I rarely return items purchased via Internet, but with their banners of 100% satisfaction guaranteed, etc. I called customer service and found that in fact it's not 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I can only return unopened box, I pay for shipping, no return label, and worst of all a surly customer service rep. I'm going to buy a new contact lenses but not from this company.

This site was relatively easy to navigate. My order shipped to me within the expected amount of time. They do have low prices, and they are a Google Trusted seller which did influence my decision when deciding where to buy my contacts. I would likely order from webeyecare.com again.
I ordered from web eye care thinking it will be much faster than my eye doctor. I was clearly mistaken. I sent a copy of my prescription with my order and six days later it was barely being shipped. Why it would take six days I have no clue. I understand the weekend but by Tuesday they still had not shipped. I can go to my doctors office and that day it will be processed. My contracts were shipped in two separate boxed and arrived days apart. Overall slow service has me convinced web eye care is a poor choice
While they didn't overcharge me for my purchase, they did pretty much everything else poorly.
It took forever for me to receive my contacts, communication with them was extremely difficult and they made false promises regarding shipment and returning my calls.
I will never do business with them again and suggest that you avoid them. Trust me, a few dollars saved is definitely not worth the hassles and headaches.
I paid for an eye exam for a contacts prescription. I waited two weeks, and nothing ever came. I had to contact customer service, follow up after I heard nothing, and then finally got a refund with no explanation as to what the heck happened. It was a let down.
The transaction was painless, the customer service agent was agitating, and the first contact I opened was irreparably damaged. So far, not off the a great start aside from the ease at which my credit card was charged.
