I am very stressed out. I moved after putting an order in for my contacts, but due to them not being in stock I had to wait two weeks... But had filed a change of address weeks prior... Well long story short... The carrier they used to ship my contacts decided instead of forwarding my package to my new address or better yet... Leave it at the local post office... To return it to sender... Which ended up being a whole different location not the location where it was previously sent from... Yea confusing I know, what's more confusing is I have reached out to this company 3 times in the past week and a half... And heard nothing! Then I just call them and get placed on hold for over ten minutes... And now being told the ESTIMATED shipping day is tomorrow, and will take ten days to even reach me. I just wanna cry... My eyes are in so much pain!

I always find WebEyeCare to have the best price for contact lenses. Although it takes them a while to ship and receive the order, it is worth it for the price. I am very happy with the lenses and will continue to order from them.

I get a once a year insurance purchase of 200.00 for lenses. Last year I got 2 boxes for my 200.00 at my eye dr. This year I got 4 boxes for the same quality same brand lenses. My Dr said she cant buy their stock for that price! I will be back!

I ordered my contacts and I didn't have my prescription with me. After I attained my prescription I just emailed it to them and they had everything processed with a couple of days. I actually received them before my scheduled delivery date!

I tried to order from them. First I have to re-enter everything I wrote on their form about me and the contacts I need just because I made the mistake of using a non alphanumeric character in my password. (They didn't say not to and of course using non alphanumeric characters is the way to make your password more secure.)
So I reenter everything and they give me a total due -- Yes, there is no shipping fee but there is a $13 "processing fee."
Sorry, I don't care to deal with a co. That's misleading from the start. Bye.

I order my contacts and once my subscription was confirmed the contacts was sent out. I received them before scheduled. My order was correct and I would recommend this company for fast, expedients deliveries of product.

It was easy & the cheapest by far. But not lacking in service. When they called my eye care provider to verify my presciption they found a discrepancy. Believe it or not my eye care provider had issued us the wrong contacts. Now thanks to Webeyecare we have the correct prescription.

WebEyeCare made ordering my contact lenses a breeze. Their website was easy to navigate. They had a great price. I uploaded my Rx with no trouble. They confirmed it with my eye care professional for me and mailed out the lenses. It was easy as pie!

Goal: Order a year supply of contacts (8 boxes). If you use Google Shopping, the link directs you to $18.74/box of Acuvue Oasys (6 lenses), but check out will tack on $29.98 processing fee during checkout. Start over and go directly to the webeyecare.com, order the same Acuvue Oasys, and now the cost is $22.95/box of Acuvue Oasys (6 lenses) with a $18.36 processing fee. So, which price is it? Two different costs before even calculating the shipping costs.

I received exactly what I ordered, at a great price. My only wish is if the shipping didn't take as long as it did. I know I ordered the free shipping, but it seemed like it took a very long time from the time I ordered, until I received them.

I placed my order and faxed my prescription and when I received my order, one of the boxes was the wrong prescription. I called the next day and the person I spoke with was rude and was trying to say I ordered it wrong and I told her I faxed the prescription and it had the correct info on it. She asked if I had opened the one that was wrong and I told her no. She finally said she would replace it and I asked if I needed to return it and she said I would get everything in an email of what to do. It has been a couple of weeks and I haven't received anything telling me what to do and haven't received the replacement. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. I need my contacts that I paid for!

I received contacts for my daughter in a timely manner and great pricing. In an order I had to cancel the service was prompt and since I was getting promotional pricing I was told I could still get the promotional price when I was able to complete my order. Web Eye Care obviously cares about their customers and providing good service.

I have been ordering contacts from WebEyeCare for almost a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love their selection and their prices are the best. I always get my packages way earlier than expected and they are always exactly what I wanted.

Ordered the 1-Day Acuvue Moist Multifocal 90pk. It was very easy and simple. Uploaded a copy of my prescription. I had contacts a week later. They offered the lowest overall price to anyone else I checked with online. I will order from them again.

There was a slight delay due to getting my prescription verified, which was mostly my fault as I didn't realize I could have just uploaded it and sent it to them. Otherwise, once product shipped, the order came quickly and the product was exactly what I ordered.

I've ordered from them in the past with 0 to no issues. This time my order took over a month to ship with no communication from Webeyecare that my contacts were backordered. If I hadn't emailed/chatted so often I would have never found out what was going on. I would have been much more understanding had I been provided any info. I asked for this order to be canceled 2 weeks ago as I paid another company 20$ to expedite me an order and they still ended up shipping the order and not issuing my refund. Unfortunately because of how this was handled I will not be ordering through them again.

While my order was successfully completed, I received an email a few weeks after my order that it had shipped (in full). When I received it, there was only the right eye in my box. When I inquired about the left eye lenses, I was told after 3 days of waiting for a response that it was on backorder. I did not receive another email saying it had shipped (that took another 1-1/2 weeks to receive); it just showed up in my mailbox. WebEyeCare, your service could be much better.

Filled my order right away while another company couldn't do it in over a week. Very happy with the ease of uploading my prescription and their immediate acknowledgment of it ant the delivery of my lenses.

Only suggestion I would make is to communicate the shipping process more efficiently. I was on a tight schedule and wasn't sure I would get my order before I had to leave for a two week trip. Didn't get any notice of anything until the day before it arrived; almost bought more locally to be sure I wouldn't run out.

I had ordered contacts and the first order was delivered to the wrong address by the Post Office not Webeyecare. I told them about not getting them and they sent another order. It came after the post office found their mistake and delivered the first order. I sent the 2nd back. I then had some issues with the contacts (new type) and asked to exchange them for the type I had been using before the Doctor talked me into trying a new type. Webeyecare did an exchange without any issues. Very good customer service.

Great prices, expedient prescription review and shipping, and they had what I wanted. There's only two downsides: 1 - I get a better price if I look up an item on Amazon and then use Amazon's link to the site, rather than looking up an item directly on the site. 2 - The site asks me to log in to my account on pages that do not appear to be encrypted, requiring me to manually change the URI scheme from http to https in order to feel comfortable.

Great prices but I ordered my contacts on Nov 6th and still have not received them and today is nov 27th. My RX is a bit extreme but 3 weeks and still no contacts. Make sure you order a month ahead of time.

WebEyeCare.com was great. I placed my order on Friday of last week and requested 2nd day air shipping. WebEyeCare verified my order with my doctor that same day. I had actually made a mistake in entering my prescription, I reversed the signs and WebEyeCare caught it and corrected it. I got my correct lenses yesterday and put them in today, they are perfect. I am definitely using WebEyeCare again in the future and am going to recommend them to friends and family. Thanks WebEyeCare.

The lenses I ordered for my son were half the price of 1800Contacts, where I previously had ordered, so I was able to buy twice as much. The site was easy to navigate, and the order #******* arrived on time.

I uploaded my prescription to the site at the time I placed my order. I then received an e-mail days later stating that my eye doctor didn't respond with my prescription asking if I could e-mail it. I did that and waited longer. Finally I had to inquire what's taking so long. I was told they still couldn't reach my eye doctor and they couldn't send me the contacts I ordered... only the ones my eye doctor named on the prescription which I don't like. I've never had a problem with any other online retailer reaching my doctor or being able to sell me the contacts I prefer. What's the difference? As long as the prescription is correct the contacts are my choice. Now I've wasted time dealing with WebEyeCare when I could have had my contacts by now with someone else. Nice job at losing a customer.
