I am very stressed out. I moved after putting an order in for my contacts, but due to them not being in stock I had to wait two weeks... But had filed a change of address weeks prior... Well long story short... The carrier they used to ship my contacts decided instead of forwarding my package to my new address or better yet... Leave it at the local post office... To return it to sender... Which ended up being a whole different location not the location where it was previously sent from... Yea confusing I know, what's more confusing is I have reached out to this company 3 times in the past week and a half... And heard nothing! Then I just call them and get placed on hold for over ten minutes... And now being told the ESTIMATED shipping day is tomorrow, and will take ten days to even reach me. I just wanna cry... My eyes are in so much pain!
I have ordered from Web Eye Care in the past so they had record of my orders. I simply had to choose which products I needed to reorder. I was updated as the order was processed and provided with a delivery date.
Almost ordered the wrong contacts, but the company noticed it was different to my prescription and checked with me before they sent them out. Thank goodness otherwise I would have had to return them and not had my contacts in time! Thanks!
This is the second time I ordered from webeyecare and it was convenient & quick. They sent me an email with my last ordered items so I could simply click that and reorder. They had my prescription on file so there was no need to resend my paperwork or doctors information. A simple click, payment info and submit. They actually shipped my order that day and I had it in less than 2 days! Love this site, I will continue to buy from webeyecare.
Ordering online with Webeyecare is so easy & fast. Plus you earn points for each order & I just saved $20.00 on my last order. I tried another online site as they were less money but they got my order wrong the first time. So i am loyal to Webeyecare.
Then as you go to check out. They charge a "Processing fee" of $118. On a $179.order LOL!

The low rate on the same brand of contacts I have used for several years was great. I was a little confused to see that there were so many other languages on boxes, but the contacts are the same. The contacts arrived a day earlier than expected and I'm very satisfied with the experience.

I received my order in 2 days and the service was great. I'm ordering another box soon. I saved $40 ordering from here opposed to my eye doctors office. And that's pet box!
This was my first time ordering from this company and was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a better price than the usual contact website I order from and that my order shipped faster than expected. A couple of months after receiving my order, I opened a new pair of lens to find 1 single contact damaged in the package. I notified the company to see if they offer a replacement. While I didn't hear back from them directly, I was very impressed that they did send a replacement package. WebEyeCare has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend.
The price was the best I could find anywhere, even with the included S&H charge. Delivery was quicker than I expected (less than 5 days). I will use them again and be very happy to recommend this company.

My contact lenses are quite complicated - toric, high power and multi focal. Yes, my eyes are really bad. So my lenses are very expensive because they are hand made by Cooper Vision. My eye doctor usually sells them to me, but I decided to go out on my own and ordered them from WebEyeCare. Not only did I save quite a lot of money, they shipped out very quickly and I am completely satisfied.

Fast shipping. Great prices. Purchasing from the website is easy and the prices are so much more affordable than purchasing from eye insurance company (Kaiser) which is way overpriced as well as from Target Optical which I purchased on sale and these were still cheaper. Yay!
It's great to have this option when your children get low on contact lenses and they tell you the day that they run out! When you already have your prescription filed with them you can order any time for a year and it's a quick turnaround!
I recently re-ordered my contacts on 3-22-17 order # ******* and it arrived so quickly. This is the only place that I want to order my contacts from. The prices are great and you received your order so quickly. This beats the price the doctor was originally charging me for the contacts. I will no longer pay the full price at a doctor's office.
I've placed an order and paid $30 for 2 days of shipping sent my prescription and a week later they saying they still wanna hear from my eye doctor. Like wtf? I'm here sitting waiting for my contacts so I can see. My freaking prescription is legit what's the point of asking for your prescription and attached it with your receipt? What happened to my $30 for 2days shipping? They just wanna pocket it. Scammers!
Hello. It looks like the order was placed for a brand other than what is prescribed to you. As contact lenses are considered a medical device, per federal law we can only dispense the same brand and powers as prescribed to you by your eye care provider who we attempted to contact for your most recent order before it was cancelled. We do suggest removing the image from your review if possible as it contains your private information and is visible publicly.
I was Running late getting my order into the eye doctors office then my husband suggested to order online. Not only was the delivery expedient, the whole process was extremely smooth. Not only did the contacts arrive prior to the estimated delivery date but saved $50 in our families pocket instead of someone else. Definitely will order again!
