I am very stressed out. I moved after putting an order in for my contacts, but due to them not being in stock I had to wait two weeks... But had filed a change of address weeks prior... Well long story short... The carrier they used to ship my contacts decided instead of forwarding my package to my new address or better yet... Leave it at the local post office... To return it to sender... Which ended up being a whole different location not the location where it was previously sent from... Yea confusing I know, what's more confusing is I have reached out to this company 3 times in the past week and a half... And heard nothing! Then I just call them and get placed on hold for over ten minutes... And now being told the ESTIMATED shipping day is tomorrow, and will take ten days to even reach me. I just wanna cry... My eyes are in so much pain!
I used to just order my contacts when I got my eye exam. It would end up being a very expensive day costing hundreds of dollars. Now I upload my prescription and order my contacts at a cheaper price and as I need them.
Im still waiting for my contacts. After 10 business days the original package was sent back to the supplier. According to USPS tracking number my contacts were somewhere for days. I still dont have my contacts and webeye showed no interest
They are not the lowest price for Contacts!
There "Guarantee Lowest Price on any Contact Lenses" is not true.
They would not match lower price that I found elsewhere. Even though they said they would beat any price.

Not sure what all the reviews are about but my experience was seemless. Placed my order monday morning had my tracking by Wednesday and my order by Friday! I selected the free 5-10 shipping expecting the USPS delays but WebEyeCare shipped it UPS ground getting it to me soo fast! So glad I didn't let reviews stop me from giving them a try!

Order #******* - I was so happy to find this site. The price of the FreshLooks Colorblends lenses are all of a sudden twice the price everywhere else. I will get my lenses here from now on since I am not being ripped off. The lenses came in a timely manner and I am very satisfied.
I Love WebEyeCare.com my order is always shipped ASAP and they verify my RX in a day or less. If you cant get a APT with your doctor right away they even provide online eye test and doctor reviews and give you RX. Save time and money with them, whats not to like?
Contacts from WebEyeCare were misdelivered and I never received them. They refuse to refund and resend, despite me alerting them that the address they were shipping to was wrong. Very unhappy.
UPDATE - after posting this notice, I reached out to them again and finally they reshipped. I up the rating from 1 to a 3... but why does it take constant complaining to get good service in first place?
ZERO stars... The WORST customer experience I have ever received online. Yeah the prices are good, but the communication is spotty at best. I scanned and sent them my prescription, paid extra for expedited shipping and they sent the wrong contacts. I can only assume I am required to send them back the old ones, after filling out some archaic paperwork with my order information and prescription information AGAIN. I say I can only assume this, because I am now at 2 days with NO RESPONSE to my persistent questions via email. Really, how hard is it to say, no sir, we can't do that without charging you. The point is, I don't care, I'd pay for the right set cause the credits are all going to work out anyhow. I am on vacation, and now have 2 days of contacts left (dailies) and cannot get any reply out of them whatsoever. I will GLADLY pay my optometrist more money to GET IT RIGHT the first time... Never again!
My contact lens prescription was updated so i thought I would try WebEyeCare. It was very simple to order, the price was fair and delivery was prompt. All in all, it was a very good experience and I would definitely order from threm again.
Webeyecare has prices similar to [a department store that sounds like it sells walls]. I like their clean, easy to use website - but mostly their prices for their brand name contacts. Some of the softest contacts ever, by the way, are the Acuvue Oasys.
Apparently the first Rx I sent was for glasses not contacts. WebEyeCare contacted my optometrist, but when they didn't receive an answer they sent contacts from my old expired Rx. Perhaps they could have called my optometrist (who told me they never received the inquiry). I had to get new contact Rx In person and upload it. Then it took a few weeks to get the new contacts. Apparently they were waiting for me to mail back the wrong ones ( which I did the very day I was told to). If I had known they were waiting on the return I would have told them to charge me for new ones and send them ASAP. They could have then refunded me when the old ones arrived. Miscommunication all around. WebEyeCare is normally not like this.

Placed order for $519, and they added a $219 "processing fee" because other companies "hide their fee in the product price..." This company is a joke!

On various search platforms, it's typical for sellers to have the product price listed separate from any handling or processing fees. We do try to be as up front about ours as possible with listing the charges separately in the Cart. Signed up and placed my first order for contacts earlier this year. Found the best price here with WebEyeCare.com, and the order was completed and shipped quick. Had a small glitch with getting an Rx change updated with them before they shipped out my next order, but they have been working with me to get this resolved. UPDATE: Dropping down to 3 STARS, but just wanted to note 2 things: 1) Their website could use a little upgrade. It doesn't really have a communication\issue resolution section to it, such as like a Messages Menu, which would be kind of nice and they don't have an Account area. For example, if you send in a return, there is no place in the online system to see the status of the return or the status of your account/credit card credit. 2) There seems to be a lag between an order being processed and when it is actually shipped. I just placed an order on 8/26, and it's been showing as "Processed" for least 2 days now and still hasn't shipped. No other updates available on it. One more thing. They have this "awards" system that you get $5, or $10 etc amount that you've earned based on your orders. However, if anything is on sale or has a "special" which seems they have a lot of them, especially for the contacts that I want, you can't use your credit on an order with a sale item. Which, IMO, is kinda dumb. You've supposedly earned the credit because you spent enough money with them already, so then let a person use it!
I have used other websites like 1800Contacts and ShipmyContacts and I felt that this one was at least as good if not better. The ordering process was easy to understand for my first time and I received the contacts quickly.

I went to order my contacts and was surprised by how cheap my Air Optix for Astigmatism were. So I started to place my order and noticed the $10 processing fee (I rounded up) AND then the shipping fee. What was going to be an $80 purchase turned into over $100. It wasnt worth it to me, esepcially with some of the negative reviews about shipping issues. I went back to my old place. Contactlensking.com. They have free shipping (although its snail mail, but I got my contacts within a week). Their other shipping fees aren't too bad. $6.95 for priority and a little higher for 2 day and overnight. Their overnight shipping was only $3 more than what regular shipping was for these guys.
Experience was great. I accidentally ordered the incorrect contacts and when I called to explain the errior, the WebEyeCare staff were excellent. I also was able to get someone on the phone quickly without waiting on hold, which I greatly, greatly appreicated. I will definitely use WebEyeCare again and recommend it to friends.
There was a delay with my contacts but they still got here quicker then I thought.
And they kept in great contact with me the whole time, making sure I knew exactly what was going on.

I ordered 2 boxes of contacts on June 1,2020. The box I received they sent the wrong script in my order. When I called, they said it wasn't their fault, so I ended up with the shipping charge. When they shipped the order again it was the wrong script again. When I called, said they would overnight the correct contacts but I never got them the next day. When I called again, they finally shipped the correct lenses. I got them on June 25th which is totally unacceptable.

WebEyeCare called my doctor and verified the prescription with them and caught the error.
