I am very stressed out. I moved after putting an order in for my contacts, but due to them not being in stock I had to wait two weeks... But had filed a change of address weeks prior... Well long story short... The carrier they used to ship my contacts decided instead of forwarding my package to my new address or better yet... Leave it at the local post office... To return it to sender... Which ended up being a whole different location not the location where it was previously sent from... Yea confusing I know, what's more confusing is I have reached out to this company 3 times in the past week and a half... And heard nothing! Then I just call them and get placed on hold for over ten minutes... And now being told the ESTIMATED shipping day is tomorrow, and will take ten days to even reach me. I just wanna cry... My eyes are in so much pain!
I called customer service and got a real person, and he was pleasant and helpful.
However, the reason I had to call is because the website is difficult to navigate at times. It also was asking me in one place for my prescription and in another place, it was stating that they had received my prescription.
This site will not allow me to give zero stars, but that's what they deserve. I cannot believe all the good reviews of this site. Are they all relatives or are there that many ignorant people out there. I thought it was a great price so I thought I would order some. I searched online for a coupon code also, but found that there are multiple prices out there for the same site. Then when I went to place my order they added on $20.90 for processing fees which I though covered shipping, but noooo when I clicked to continue $12.95 was added to my cart for shipping. OMG! Really! The price ended up costing more per box than I paid at COSTCO for my original order. Rip off!
Easy to find the product, order and received my order quicker than other sites that I had placed an order with previous to this one. They have some of the best prices and easy access to answers to questions. Will order again definitely.
They shipped me the wrong prescription (their mistake) and refused to send replacements until they received the wrong order and I called multiple times to request a replacement. I'm still waiting almost a month later.
I have been searching high and low for cheaper contacts. I was paying $42.99 a box and I think that's crazy. I found Webeyecare and was beyond excited to see how much cheaper my contacts were so I immediately placed my order! I placed my order but was very disappointed when I saw the shipping cost, it was almost $13.00 to ship two small boxes of contacts! They give you a great price for the contacts but get you with the shipping costs!
Other then the shipping cost I was very happy with how quick they confirmed my prescription with my provider and shipped my lenses, it was less then a week from time I ordered to when I received. The website was also very easy to use.
I work for a Dr. and would like to let everyone know to beware of this site. They will not let you return product and will not honor a Dr. remake if something needs to be changed. Before you order check out the return policy.
The website was straightforward to use. I like how you can simply upload a prescription without any need to enter values by hand. As I said, it was a solid experience, but there was nothing I have not seen elsewhere.

Be careful with sales. During the Black Friday, there was a sale, but the "original" price that was crossed-out was significantly higher than a typical everyday price. Be vigilant.

They will advertise a very low price and get you to pay - then tell you they cannot provide your contacts unless you pay more. They issue your refund 3 days later holding your money and making interest off of your money. They charge elevated prices for merchandise you can get locally
Affordable contacts that arrived on the date promised! I did not input my confirmation number on the email with my prescription. They figured it out! And my contacts were sent out before I contacted them about my error. Love WebEyeCare!
WebEyeCare has the best price I have found. They were easy to order from, I only wish there was some contact when they were shipped and when the prescription was obtained. After the order, I heard nothing. I signed into my account to find out where my contacts were. Other than that, they were great.
Sent me defective lenses and customer service was horrible. About 50% of the lenses in my package were blurry and completely unusable. They wouldn't help at all. The manufacturer took them back and said the lenses were improperly stored. I will never shop with them again.
This is my second time using the webeyecare.com website and I have been satisfied both times. On this particular transaction I did experience an error brought on by my own doing. The order was placed but I had forgotten to add my prescription correctly. I was able to use the chat function and was assured that my prescription on the order would be compared to the prescription I had scanned and emailed to webeyecare.com. Within the week I received my contacts with the proper prescription, satisfied once again.

I compared numerous sites to find the lowest price and webeyecare had it. I placed my order online and faxed over my prescription. I received an email the next morning stating that my order had shipped and had my contact lenses 5 days later. Smooth transaction and you can't beat the prices.
I just received my contact lenses from webeyecare.com. This is the second year in a row I've ordered from this site and both times I've gotten a one-year supply of contact lenses for less than the price of a six-month supply from my eye doctor's office. Shipping was free and my lenses arrived on time.

I purchased contacts for a second time on 8/15/13 from this service and there will not be a third! First of all, returning customers pay MORE than if I just Google 'contacts' and buy from the site's 'special offer' link! That was disappointing but I ordered through the link and saved a few dollars. Then I got my contacts after a week only to have some issues with the contacts for my right eye. I went through half of the box to make sure it wasn't just one contact. I still had an existing contact for my left eye. I spent two days trying to view tv, drive and work from my desk only to conclude that the distance vision in the right contacts was not adequate. It is not my prescription as that is current. I started a chat to see if they would do an exchange since the box appeared to be incorrectly marked. The online chat rep said that I needed at least 4 contacts in the box before they would do an exchange! BS! DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!

Nothing but positive satisfactory experience! I placed the order over the internet on Sat Mar 23, and received the lenses on Sat Mar 30. I received email updates on the progress of the order and notice of shipment. My prescription is just enough out-of-the-ordinary that the lenses had to be obtained directly from the manufacturer. Even so I had them in a week.
The first time I used WebEyeCare I ordered the wrong contacts. They reached out and told me the situation and corrected it for me -- no hassles. The "fix" cut my bill in half. I greatly appreciated the attention to my order. The next time I ordered it took all of 2 minutes.
WebEyeCare does have better deals that other contact lens site when you do a comparison.
But they grab you in with a really low Online Promotion rate of $11.95. Then when you check out you're charged a $70 processing fee. The fee varies based on how many boxes you ordered. So if you order 4 boxes at $11.95, they will charge you a $47.80 "Processing Fee" with some fake schpeal about how their competitors hide their fees. Well, they hide it until check out. However, in my case when I did a cost comparison per box, it came out to $23 per box (instead of the $11.95, I thought I was getting), but was still cheaper than their competitors. So you still get a better deal but they scam you on the promo to lure you in. Their customers know what they are up to, they should give us more credit instead of pissing us off and giving us an icky feeling at check out.

When you get to check out and get hit with the huge processing fee, so a quick search to make sure you are getting the best price.
