This appears to be, primarily, a Halloween costume site. Says it is based in Michigan. I ordered a simple Halloween hat/ mask (Angry Birds) to fit my family's theme for this Halloween. I've got a wife and two kids that have their costumes. I placed the order on Oct 17 with shipping times listed as 5-10 business days. When Oct 28 rolls around, I look to get in touch and notice there is no number to be found. Uh oh. I get an email to them (and to their credit, I did get a response in 15hrs or so) asking to check on my order because it's about to be useless. Their email states that the item is on backorder and they'll ship it when it is back in stock! UH... hello, that does me no good. Thanks a whole f**kin lot. Steer clear.
