They issue an invoice for renewal, and if you don't pay on time they increase the price adding some dollars as a delay fee or something, their service is below the accepted level, slow, and sometimes out. Their billing department is the worst and customer support are just keyboard clickers, stay away from them if you want to have a proper business.
