I have designed many church websites with this host. They are great, provide 24/7 online chat service and MANY different templates and backgrounds to choose from. Nice thing with this host is that you won't have to be set in stone with a certain template. Your site can be very dynamic with background audio, youtube videos, etc. Really for the price this has everything you could ever want for a web host. 5 stars!

This website is fairly easy to use but the support is non existent, dont run a business from here or you will loose money, webs.com really dont care, I quote"lets hope your problem self heals" also dont get sucked in buying add ons that are free with other sites.

This website is fairly easy to use but the support is non existent, dont run a business from here or you will loose money, webs.com really dont care, I quote"lets hope your problem self heals" also dont get sucked in buying add ons that are free with other sites.

I've been a user of WEBS since almost from the start. I created my first website with them somewhere in 2002. Never had a problem until the end of 2016.

My website has been suffering outages and completely all my images and photos have been corrupted or disappeared.

Their services just simply acknowledges your queries, and then forget about you.

Try and find another web host, this one does not work! > :(

Ive been using webs to host video game cheat codes for years. At first they were ok. But as of last year ive noticed they haven't maintained their site at all. Things on my site disappear or are completely broken now (such as forums links and videos) and i cant do anything to fix it. Heck im surprised i can still sign in. Ive had of issues in the past with webs such as site locking (nothing i did they just screwed me there) and the limited tabs and bandwidth. Its like they simply left the building and left the servers running. Webs is a terrible web host never EVER use them trust me! And webs... Please just close your doors.

Once they have your domain, you're screwed. Their support is terrible, they'll just run you around for ages while your web presence suffers. Take my advice and use someone else! Research them before you buy, their fb page is full of complaints about their poor service!

Worst hosting site ever. My website is never stable and when I complain all I get are canned responses. They have the worst customer service possible. Not to mention he billing is on automatic renewal they billed me 4 times!

My father's website was very important to him, and he placed all of his life's works there. He paid monthly just to keep his website active and now that he is deceased, I'd like to take over but customer service seems to be nonexistent since I do not get any replies from an actual person. Every reply is automated and does not understand my issue.

What is happening with your web site builder. If i am lucky enough to access the editor I then cant do any thing with it, like posting HTML code onto it. Is there a problem like your going out of business or something. Use to be a damn good site and user friendly. andy-coleman.com

The only thing webs.com does is waste your time. Support is non existent, mobile version is unstable. I really can't say anything good about this company. My company is fed up and asked me to moved everything over to Godaddy.

When we first designed our business website a few years ago Webs was definitely the best option. There are now MANY better template sites one of which we'll be switching to ASAP. The Webs interface is annoying and clunky - strangely difficult to work with colors, fonts, photos, etc. They recently changed their dashboard and all of a sudden we noticed a mailbox for form submissions which we had set up to forward to our email address. Upon looking at the messages we realized that MANY of the submissions were never forwarded to us causing us to lose (literally) thousands of dollars worth of business and damaging our reputation/image. Upon reporting the problem to webs and informing them that they would lose our business ASAP they first tried to blame us and then when they realized it was their fault the response was basically, "oh well. Have a nice life." Avoid them at all costs, especially if you are trying to run a business!

Useless service with robotic, incompetent and useless "customer service" agents who know nothing about what they are doing and do not care about customers' needs. If you ever read anything positive about webs.com, must be a paid review. They are complete trash! Design, service, everything is RUBBISH!

They don't even deserve 1 star really. VistaPrint took over more than 2 yrs ago and was supposed to migrate websites. Nada has happened though I have asked several times. Almost nothing on Webs.Com works any more as they obviously aren't maintaining or enhancing it. I just had to renew. They charged my credit card for the website builder PLUS Domain registration but it's IMPOSSIBLE to renew the DOMAIN as that portion of their site is non-functional. Their support said to contact them 2 days before the Domain expires and they would renew it. So they want me to make this my problem. I do not trust them. I told them to process the Domain renewal now as they have my money and I don't want to wait. What the hell kind of criminality is this anyway? VistaPrint, I hold YOU accountable as you now own this piece of crap called webs.com

I have been using webs.com for a few years and was satisfied until now. After renewing my subscription for another 2 years, I discovered that my website had disappeared. When I tried to access my account, my password was no longer recognised. I tried to get a new password using reset password, but I did not received any reset password emails. Afterwards I tried to contact support and only received automatic responses. Customer service is very poor indeed. If my email were not good, then why did they send me a questionnaire just the other day?

We recently paid up for our site, and have never been able to access it even once. The site allowed us to publish our free site (... webs.com) but when we type in our site address we get the message " sorry, site not available". We emailed the site owners several times, and they suggested we contact "support" ( on the menu bar). Of course, in order to contact support, you need to pay more. This is pure, unabashed robbery

They made a mistake in processing a monthly payment plan set up in paypal as an automatic payment. So they sent me a threatening email stating that if I didn't pay within 48 hours they would close down my website and post a nasty message. I figured they had made a mistake so responded to their email but received no reply. They closed the website with a nasty message about not paying my account, all over the front page for everybody to see. So, I removed all my content and posted another message on the front page, underneath their nasty message about the website no longer being active and have now moved to a more professional server after being with them for 6 years. Absolutely disgusting.

My website is always loading I can never see my pictures I post and sadly neither can my customers! I loved the ease of building a website, they had all the tools and layouts I needed and my site with them was beautiful but what good is it if it never loads? I even deleted half my pictures in hopes that would help but no luck. I tried reaching out to support to no avail.

For many years Webs.com has always had technical problems, sites do not work properly or are not accessible at all. Horrible site builder. And they keep trying to get the users to upgrade to a PAID service. NO WAY would I pay for such a horrible service provider when I know that my site would not be accessible half the time.

I pray that people see this post before they waste any of their time or money at Webs.com. It is a complete joke and should be taken down forever. The entire builder is VERY buggy, usually deleting information even though it says it saves it. Even the images uploaded won't even show up half the time. The last straw was when i just typed out a couple hours of information only to see it get deleted out of nowhere and was completely irreversible even though it said it had been saved. Never again should anyone be subjected to the incompetent nature of this terrible website builder, you deserve better people. If I could I would give Webs.com a negative 1 billion stars. They probably could win an award for the worst website builder ever created. Again, please do not wast your time or money at webs.com, you will be disappointed.

The site, no doubt, has a good support service. But once your free site gets reported for abuse (Even if t is not true), your site become frozen. You do not get reply from any support team. Even live chat people ignore you. You won't get any reply to your emails to them. At that moment, it would appear to be the worst hosting website.

This company is costing us all money to loose us money, so much on the site does not work. Cant add new members, cant email existing ones. Class action lawsuite should be established to make these people supply a decent product.

I pay for two websites. Today I sent them a ticket for a problem, and they have not even acknowledged receiving it. I have problem after problem trying to use this website. Today I wanted to change a theme--but the themes won't display. They have gone from okay to bad to deplorable. Every improvement... hasn't been... it has just made everything worse. I am getting out as soon as I decide who to go with next. They will get no more of my $$$$$. They are not even worth even a penny of your money.

We used webs.com for our businesses and our church, it was pretty good at first. Over the last 10 years it has gone rapidly downhill. Repeated announced changes to sitebuilder and features resulted in a lot of downtime. Most of the best features are gone now for no good reason and support is unapologetic and not very useful. It is not easy to migrate sites away if webs.com holds your domain, otherwise we would move. Users tried a major petition drive to restore original features but it was ignored. There are lots of good alternatives now that weren't around when we started, pick one of those!

Site was down yesterday, and still down today. Can't revise existing web pages because the "pages" page won't open up to allow edits. I would move my site to another provider, if the pain of doing it wasn't so high.

This is a site that let's anybody build a web site for "FREE" yes totally "FREE"... You can have a site up and running within minutes and the best part is it's all free. Even if you already have a web site like I do, you just have to check this out you may even build yourself anther site just for the heck of it like I did... www.photosbykeith.webs.com not bad for a free site... I had it up and running within one hour... You can even have a store and sell stuff (like photos) and get paid thru Pay Pal
