“I believe this may be a fraudulent website”

I believe this may be a fraudulent website. Their contact information is not valid and they have sent something to me in the mail having setup an account for me (without my permission) and stated that they will be charging my phone bill. I need to do some more investigating but if anyone has any information for me. I could use it! Thanks,
