“When site advised I would be charged $2.95 and $4.95...”

When site advised I would be charged $2.95 and $4.95 S&H only for product. I confirmed my credit card was being charged at least $79 before I returned product I had no choice but to receive and would be charged a restocking fee of $9.95 along with the cost of mailing the product back.
