I've tried so many coverings for the veins on my legs and hands and nothing ever had such lasting coverage as Westmore. This product is where the road ends! I will continue to purchase this product. I first thought it was too expensive but guess what, who cares. When a product works as well as Westmore, there's no price that's too much! Btw, I'm 69.
I placed an order for the body coverage. I received the wrong item. Ok, so I was told a new order would be sent to me, the new replacement order arrived. Again, the wrong product and color. Feeling frustrated I called again and asked for a refund. They did issue the refund. I really did want to try this product but for some reason the organization couldn't seem to get a simple order right. Recently on Instagram I made mention in the comments of how hard I tried to get the product and someone from customer service responded. I was delighted that they cared a year later, she looked up my account. However the response I received was basically, "why was I complaining I received a refund, what more do I want"? Now why would you reach out to a dissatisfied customer and give such attitude? I explained to her that a good customer service experience would have tried to get my business back by offering to try again to get the right product to me and for my trouble here's a coupon( or something) on my next order. But she couldn't care less about my business.
Westmore beauty is not a one time purchase. They trap into a monthly automatic payment subscription. When you call to cancel they still try to sell you products. I finally got through cancelling my subscription returned their product and still didn't receive a refund. And to top it off they still charged me after my cancellation. I hope this information helps, they are not a honest company.
I ordered product with no idea I was signing up for auto delivery. Offer it as an option, don't hide it in the fine print! When you try to call their Posted number, it's out of service, so you're forced to Chat with Xena online. In the end you have to pay for a second order you never wanted and deal with their so called 90 day money back guarantee. Deceptive marketing is not necessary when you have a decent product. Now you'll never get another order from me and I will warn everyone to stay away from this company. DECEPTIVE!
Finally received the product that was advertised to conceal all defects and smooth the look of
Your whole body. Well, couldn't wait to try it as I have some brown spots and other stuff that need to be concealed and wanted to use on my vacation. It was so darn thick I couldn't even spread it around my chest without adding cream and even then it was tough. Only lasts until your next shower, so at the cost - not worth it when I can buy lotions for much, much less that gradually tan you and stay for weeks and help hide the spots.
I just wanted to order 1 bottle of coverage perfecter. However, they told me that I had to sign up for a subscription every 12 weeks and that I couldn't just get 1 bottle, but they were sending me a bunch of "free" gifts. Ok, I figured that I had plenty of time to cancel. So when I went back in about 30 days later, I saw that there was an additional order placed for OVER $200! Yup. I contacted them and it takes 7-10 days for them to send you a return shipping label and then another 14 days to refund your money... Anyway, bottom line is that it's not worth it. Too much hassle. Too many deceptions. Do yourself a favor and never do business with them.
Order an item on May 17,2023. Never received item as of June 5,2023. Called company *******722 several times only to hear " someone will call you back with order status"! Each time I call the same person answers the phone- I am beginning to think I was scammed out of $40! I do not recommend ordering from this company!

I returned the Westmore, legg make, and today I received a partial credit, for the one they shipped to me with out my permission. I shipped the first tube along with the second one, because I sent them in the same box with the information on both, they can only give credit for one! What a bunch of crooks! The makeup looks like paste on your legs! I will tell everyone I know this is false advertisement!
Wanted ONE bottle to try - Did not like - before I knew it I had another shipment and charged a total of $91.26! I sent everything back and cost ME $20 in shipping -- they would not refund that. STAY AWAY! Rip off!
Scam. Apparently if you buy one product, you are signing up for a subscription. If you call to ask, they say that you willingly signed up for this sham. There is no supporting documentation to back these claims up. I am flabbergasted. This company needs to be investigated and penalized for their dishonesty.
NEVER ORDER THIS PRODUCT! They will keep sending this product to you and keep charging you for it! They will not let us cancel! We've been trying for months! At first, they said, "Fill out the form online to cancel." We called back when the form didn't work, stayed on hold for too damn long, and never got any help. That was a month ago. We called back today, stayed on hold for 30 minutes. We told the representative what was going on, and then she hung up on us. That was after we finally got their phone # through PayPal, because the phone listed online didn't work.

This company gets you roped in and then keeps billing you even after you cancel! Wish I would have read reviews earlier! Do NOT order this product. The product is yellow and does not blend well and even though they say it's a money back guarantee, it is not! They don't even try to make you happy when you are clearly unhappy. It is a scam to get you roped into a company! Do not join!
I have tried four times now to cancel. I just got another order! I love the makeup, but I can't keep buying something that I am overwhelmed with already! I am going to look into pressing some kind of charges!
Good luck trying to speak to a human at this company. I had to text chat. They don't tell you in the advertising that you can not use any moisturizers for 24 hours before using. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company. Hype!
Westmore Beauty conducts fraudulent activities every single day - I don't know how they are still operating. I've purchased one item after watching their infomercial and instead of just being billed $30, somehow got enrolled into auto delivery of not one (!) but two subscriptions totaling over $100 per month. I've been trying to cancel since May 2020 (they confirm on the phone that everything is cancelled) and yet, like clockwork, they keep charging me every month and just charged $69.95 for October. I had to dispute with my credit card and get charges reversed while they investigate. This is unbelievable, how a company has no reservations of wasting people's time and just taking their money. Do not buy from Westmore Beauty!
Thank goodness I read the 1 star reviews, which are many and enough to not ignore. I was ready to order the 7 oz.! Sounds like BOTH the product and the company's customer service are a buyer's worst nightmare.

I liked the product but when the pandamic hit they sent the kit without notification and charged my account, I tried to cancel and they gave me a hard time and are sending two more kits that I didn't authorize them to send, I will be returning them regardless, very very pushy! Big turn off for me
The product is great but when I purchased my second order of Westmore's Magic Effects concealer it did not come with the sponge applicator, which can be used to apply concealer and to keep the product in the base. It even says it with the instructions that came with the product. I have called 5 times only getting an answering service plus I sent an email asking for them to send the sponges( I order 3 colors and none of them had the sponges) I am very upset that they do not respect their customers to return my calls or email or send the sponges to me
They keep on taking money from my account for products I didn't order. They are a fraud. I had to call and visit the bank for the same issue and if I can't stop them I'm forced to close up my account.
Fist call I told her I wanted to cancel I did not the shimmering shine it had so she said she would send me something that would had no shine never got it called back a month later they said there promotion was up well that figures then they tried to get me to spend more money on product's kept telling them no on every thing had to finally hang up so don't do it rip off
I ordered the Golden Radiance and was skeptical. I don't like my legs - they have sun spots and wanted something that would cover and give an even color. I don't go to the pool or wear shorts but I have a sun dress that I have not worn because of my legs. So far I've applied it to my arms, shoulders and back with the help of my daughter. I love it. It gave me a beautiful sun kissed tan look. It feels very light on the skin. After one application I decided the color it gave me looked so nice - it minimized my sunspots - that I did not feel the need to do more applications to totally cover the spots. I am hoping it will work as well on my legs. I exfoliated then applied a thin coat and allowed it to dry completely and had no issues with it getting on my clothes. I told a few of my girlfriends about it and they said they thought I was tan from the sun... I will send an update after using it on my legs to see if I am happy with the result on my legs...
It doesn't stand up to it's claims. It doesn't give the coverage that they state in their infomercials. PThey put me in some monthly program that I didn't ask to be in. They took 160 bucks and 2 boxes of the junk. Now the won't return my money because it's over 60 days. Scam. Don't fall for it.

I bought the dark formula in large tube. They sent me the light formula. Does not work. They mailed me a tiny tube of dark formula. I returned large tube and they say they never received it. Stop billing me for $130.00.
The color shades were not to my liking and I called to return after going on Covid iso and they said I called a day too late. I told them I'd been laid off and didn't have the money, they said too bad pay it... this was 6 or so months ago and they sent it to collections. I borrowed some money from my sister to pay it. This was the last payment and I haven't used any of the product due to my initial reason. I just think they are hard core and would never do business with them again. I'm not going to share any pics because I took some and the coloring just looks so odd. Buyer Beware!

Buyer beware... they won't let me cancel! I no longer want the membership and when I called to cancel they said they couldn't cancel me until my next box arrived. Why? Then they charged my credit card AGAIN for another box of items I don't want. They hit my credit card twice in two days! Terrible!
