I love Whatwaist products! I have ordered a variety of bands from them and always recieved them quick (Within 3-5 days). Due to the compression, the bands can fit a little tight but not to the point where I can not breathe or feel uncomfortable. The more you wear it, the more you get use to it. It contributed to weight loss for myself (Of course I exercised and ate a healthy diet as well). The bands are made out of strong material and have held up. I do not understand all of the negative reviews. I have never had any issues with this company what so ever.
I will never purchase from this site again, there is no return policy and the company does not reply to your emails at all. It's like they don't care as long as they get your hard working money they can careless. I should've checked the review first before purchase that would have saved me a headache. Not worth your time. This is a horrible company. I placed an order with this company and the item was way too small. I had already sized up by two sizes and still had to Returned it for being too small. When I called the company about my refund 2 weeks after returning their merchandise. The operator advised me that they don't give refunds only store credit. So now I'm stuck with their crapy merchandise. They sent me an email stating they need to send me an invoice to paid for the shipping. I'm out of $70 plus shipping cost twice and a useless garment.
Besides taking over 3 weeks to recieve it, I followed their chart sizing and alas... too small by about 2 inches. Now I waited all this time to be out all this money because they don't except returns either
The products are quite expensive. My problem with the company is they only do exchanges or give store credit. They will not refund your money! I received a product that did not work for me. I paid $11.00 to ship the product back to the company. I ordered another product using the gift card they gave me. I have paid shipping fees to this company 3 times. I will not be ordering from them again. Proceed with caution.

Do not order from this company! I received my corset today and it is way too small. I ordered a Medium which is supposed to be for someone between 130-150 lbs. I just had a baby and am at 150 lbs but this corset is still way too small and would not fit someone even at 130 lbs. the website does not offer returns or exchanges which they only state in their terms and conditions, however most people do not read the terms and conditions. They do not state this anywhere else on their site. This site should be sued for false advertisement. Their sizing chart is completely wrong. They named this site correctly though "WHAT A WASTE'.
I am unhappy with this company. After trying two sizes (despite taking the size quiz), neither waist trainer that I received fit me. I have now returned the item twice without receiving a product that fits. I have now spent well over the amount that I spent to purchase the product as I have to pay for shipping each time I send the waist trainer back AND each time I purchase the new size to be sent to me. It's been months and I have spent well over $100 with still no properly fitting waist trainer. This company also does not offer refunds; You only receive store credit. Highly disappointed.
I placed a order for one color but received another color. I'm trying to exchange it out and I don't feel as I should be responsible for paying for shipping and handling. I paid for you to ship to me, and now you send the wrong color and want me to pay. My last time ordering with this company
I bought a waist trainer about 2 months ago I spent about 120! And two weeks later received a 3x I needed a medium so returned it I paid 50 to get it returned. I got store credit so I ordered another waist trainer this time the right size and guess what I got in the mail. An empty bag! So I reached out to the to let them know what was happening they asked if the packaged was handed to me obviously not it was put in my mail box! And then no response so I wrote them today and they said they would do an investigation and left it at that! For such an expensive waist trainer and for it to be known world wide it has been the worst experience worst customer service! HORRIBLE!
First off the size chart is OFF! I followed the size chart and got a size medium! When the product arrived I tried the trainer on and couldn't get it to zip up. I decided I wanted to exchange for a larger size. However, they have to inspect the product before going through the exchange process. A part of that process includes the packaging it came in. Unfortunately, the packaging got thrown away by one of my roommates, so I didn't have the packaging. The tags were still on the trainer. Since I don't have the packaging it won't pass inspection even though the trainer itself is in perfect shape. They also do not provide return labels. Given that this company is popular you would think they would, but they don't.

The reviews are true! This is my first time having an issue where I ordered something from a website. I actually pride myself on being able to figure out what is legit or not. I guess Shaderoom and celebrity promotions got the best of me. Ordered the waist trainer in October, never received it, no one followed up so I began reaching out to them on instagram and email. Slow communication. It's December 1st and still no waist trainer. I regret not using Keshia Ka'oir like I typically do.

I usually wear a S-M. So I ordered the "recommended size" which was a (S). When I received my order it was way too small. I had to return it and pay for shipping. About a week later I received "store credit". I ordered a (L) this time. When I received my order I couldn't believe it, it still couldn't even go around my waist! Second time I have to return it and pay for shipping. This is ridiculous I wish I could just get my money back!
I ordered the product according to the weight/height guidelines listed on their site and was in for a surprise.
I received the package and it was the size I ordered. Excited! Tried to put it on... huffing and puffing trying to pull up that zipper and the #*$& didn't fit! Can't get your money back. Nope! In order to exchange it, you have to pay for shipping both ways and plus they have to look at it first and determine if you can even exchange it. I'm not chancing the return team to say it wasn't worth a return when I know the tag is still on it. No oils or any creams weren't put on the trainer. Just so they can resell the thing and make double for the same trainer to someone else. I didn't and wouldn't give What Waist a Dime! I don't trust the return process... no way to track a return. What waist has lost two packages that i have order! I have not received my packaged and i order two EXPENSIVE waist trainers! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOT ONE I am disappointed because i heard they have really high quality, for this website to be very expensive they should also have refund polices! I am extremely UPSET. Horrible company, Horrible customer service. EVEN AFTER THE tutorial my vest still did not fit which was very frustrating considering I spent almost $100. Never again will i go with this company. Vest doesnt even fit and you will have to come out of your own pocket for the return. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Please save yourself the stress and money and go with a better company.
This is the worst waist trainer. After 5 wears it became moldy. I had to return the first & second trainer, paying for postage 3 times. No matter what. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I believe this company makes money off of shipping their product back and forth! They clearly know that! I received a small product and was told to order up a size which still wouldn't have fit causing me to go 2 sizes up! I paid 69.99 for product received 30% off and had to pay 12.00 to ship product back to a front porch. It's 6 days later and I'm still waiting on this "invoice" to pay more money to have my product sent back to me! I'm LIVID AND WOULD NOT EVER USE OR RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! So I ordered my waist trainer and I was so excited. I'm not very big ( 5'3 and 160) I just wanted to get my stomach flatter. I ended up ordering a large after doing the size chart. I got it in and I promise you I broke down and cried never in my life have I worn a large unless I was pregnant. So I sent it back via fed ex! They ask you to send it through the post office but I wasn't going to do that. I sent it back within a few days I received my credit from the store... y'all I order the waist trainer I really wanted because it wasn't sold out anymore. This tome I order 1x mind you I'm not big at all. I received the waist trainer. I almost got in my car to drive up to Atlanta hours away from my house to slap all them wenches! No way in the world I struggle md that bad to put on a waist trainer. I'm so pissed off. That crap fits but I can't breathe. My Walmart trainer could've saved me the headache and hassle but I wanted something good and black owned. I want to support my people but never will I order again. This mess is ridiculous! After reading the other reviews my experience aligns with why has been said. In an attempt to exchange my item I jumped through several hoops just to get a response. I was then instructed to print and completed an exchange form which required me to state the reason for my return and select the item that I would like to get in exchange. It was pretty simple (or so I thought). I was simply exchanging a brand new item that I had received 3 days prior with the same item but different size. I had to pay to return the item. No one ever confirmed that the return was received and what the next step were. I verified with Fedex that the package was received. Instead I tried tirelessly to reach someone but there was no number listed, no response to email, and finally I reached out via IG. Someone finally responded to my message only to inform me that I wouldn't be getting an exchange instead I would get a store credit in about 30 days If it's approved. Everything about this process was very unprofessional and very disappointing to say the least. I waisted my money and my time a small business who clearly doesn't appreciate my patronage. In response to my dissatisfaction I was told "I'm sorry that you feel that way" I do not see longevity in this company's future and while they may think that they are capitalizing they are really missing opportunities.
After I put in my true weight and size they recommend I purchase a 2x. I received the shipment and I can't even get the waist trainer to meet in front for me to zip it up. I couldn't even wear it. Then they tell me I can't even get an exchange, and I didn't even want a refund. PLUS THEY MADE ME PAY FOR SHIPPING, JUST FOR THEM TO SHIP IT BACK TO ME. THEY DO NOT HONOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a waist trainer during Christmas time. I never received my order. This is a horrible company, that takes people's money.
I wrote this company a month ago asking if the corsets were adjustable. No response. At all. So I went on the site today and there was no phone number to call so I tried their live customer service. After waiting for an hour and a half w the timer saying 6 minutes the entire time, I FINALLY get this chick named Victoria to "help" me. I asked a simple question - is it adjustable. She kept asking for my bra size. Why do you need my bra size to tell me whether or not the garment is adjustable? It's a yes or no question! Still, she insisted that that's just how they do things. Please explain to me why you need my measurements for a yes or no question bc that makes no sense to me. Either the garment was created adjustable or it wasn't. Period. 23 minutes after my initial inquiry I finally gave up on the incompetent person they have working for their customer service department and decided to purchase my garment elsewhere. For $140 you'd think they'd at least have on the website whether or not the darned thing is adjustable or, at the very least, hire someone who has decent enough communication skills to handle your customer service needs. My bra size has nothing to do w whether or not their product is adjustable and I feel more than agitated at having been jerked around and left hanging for nothing. I shouldn't have to quit the conversation, walk away from my computer and purchase through someone else simply bc your customer service is so terrible. :o( I REALLY wanted this garment, too. I talked about it non-stop for a month bc I wanted it so much. Now I have to get from someone else and who knows if their product will work as well. Not cool!
So I ordered from what waist to Canada and I had to pay for duties and taxes. When my waist trainer came, it did not fit (the size guide is misleading on their site). I emailed them and told them I needed to return my package as it did not fit. They didn't get back to me with shipping details till I had 10 days left to return the package and that's after I emailed them countless times. So I had to pay $72 for express shipping (they do not include a return slip in their packages). When they received the waist trainer back on their end, they gave me a reference code to use. I used this reference code to order a new trainer that fits. At check out, there is an option for paying taxes straight away which is $65. I paid for this option. When my package arrived, I received an email from DHL saying I have to pay for Import taxes and duties keep in mind I have already paid this. I emailed what waist and told them and they have not done anything about it. I even called DHL and they said my shipper has to pay in order for my Package to be delivered. IF YOU ARE GOUNG TO OREDER FROM THIS SITE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE A BIG RIP OFF.!
