Whifly

I ordered a set of 3 bras, supposedly designed for the older woman. The wide size chart indicated my size and I ordered accordingly. The company seems to be based in Singapore and the goods come from China. I tried on 1 of the bras and it is just too big! I have now tried 4 times to get a return address and I get fobbed off as I received the correct goods that I ordered. I have been told I can have $3 refund and can keep the bras. If you read their refund procedure it doesn't fill one with confidence. I cannot comment about other items the site might offer, but I have seen these exact bras under another company's name so buyers beware!

I will never deal with Whifly again.
Had to claim money back from my credit card company for dreadful bras that do not give any support whatsoever, and actually made me very sore, as the 3 hooks and eyes at the front doubled over to inside, and gave me a sore rash.
Disingenuous pleas that any refund given would be deducted from their (Singapore based) wages and they couldn't afford it.

I feel very guilty about falling into this trap. The website looked amateurish but I went ahead and placed an order for a bra. I immediately regretted it but the bra eventually arrived. There was a slip of paper in the package full of misspellings. The bra was of rubbish quality but I couldn't go through the pain of trying for a refund. The whole set-up looked so suspicious in fact that I cancelled the credit card which I'd used. Sorry, it won't submit with zero rating so I'll have to give it a 1.

My wife ordered some bras. Obviously they were the size she usually wears and Whiffly refused to refund because there was no product fault. She quoted that they said no quibble return but they still refused - weirdly offering £5 and saying it was to expensive pay for the return of the product. A strange attitude to customer service.

When the bra I ordered came it did not fit. Much too big. It was bot good quality either. I had used their bra chart to order so I asked to return it. I was refused but offered £3, then later 4 and later £5 which I was told was the maximum they would give. I was never given a return address. I had paid by pay pal and after they looked into the case they refunded me.

I purchased a 3 Bra set from Whifly online clothing store. The goods were not as advertised of very poor quality and very poor fit and support. The Bra's are not fit for purpose. The contact details of the company are non existent to return the goods

My bra never was delivered. Hadn't realised it would be coming from USA, waited weeks for delivery which never happened. I DID however get a refund which I was thankful for.
