Recruiter Rooga did not deliver Right to Represent (RTR) before submitting a resume to the client.
Recuriter Rooga submitted outdated resume from a job board to the client without my permission.

I asked to speak with Recruiter Rooga's Manager and she refused to transfer me or give me his contact information. She admitted her error, but then said she was going to tell the manager that I was not interested - which NOT TRUE. When I insisted on speaking with the manager, she abruptly terminated the phone call.
