Ordered a SSL certificate and paid for it. Their system had trouble and could not generate the SSL certificate. The service could not be used. Requested the refund for it. But they denied the refund.

We got a domain locked out because of false, unfounded reports. We collaborated with the relevant authorhies and almost 2 weeks in we did not hear anything. No proof of the accusations which brought our domain to be suspended and WHOIS still wants to keep our domain suspended.
This is harming us very baddly in terms of domain potential, search engine visibility and potential income.
WHOIS seems to prefer to entertain corrupt systems, scams and most probably also corrupt authotiries.
We reached out to WHOIS support and abuse team and all they do is play around sending over and over the same email with unclear instructions and broken links.
Stay away from WHOIS - we're moving all our domains to another registrar following this mishap!
UPDATE:
We tried to reach out to WHOIS support again and:
- the agent started talking about another domain (he confused everything)
- the agent soon after we pointed that out decied to end the chat

Nothing this is a domain we bought and which is suspended - can't use it.
I often use VPN for work. This resource always defines the location very accurately, I feel comfortable working with it :)
