I have been shopping with wholesale 7 since march last year and I've had no regrets! Wonderful pieces of clothing, good customer service and delivery times. New clothes daily, cant get any better than that. Also love that you can see actual photos of most items! Xx
I am beyond pissed. This is my first time ordering from this company. I placed a small order just for trial and error. Guess what? I received the wrong order. Nothing was mine. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and my bank. I will be writing another review with updates. Also, the quality of the clothing that was shipped were okay and shipping took about 2 weeks.
If you reside in an apartment building do not attempt to purchase items from this place. They forgot to include my apartment number and I never received the package. It has been over 2 months and they are refusing to acknowledge that there was an issue. When I received confirmation of payment my apartment number was listed in the shipping address however when the package was shipped there was no apartment.
For a building without concierge service this means that Fed Ex would leave the items in front of the building and for a game like steal the bacon, whoever sees it first gets it even though I'm upstairs in my apartment waiting for the doorbell to ring. There is a serious lack of integrity with how this company deals with its own errors.
For transparency I will give you my complete address.
Tip for consumers:
Do not order from this place if you reside in an apartment building without a concierge.

I love this site. This site gives good deals on clothes and good quality. It's on you to make sure to review clothes in description before purchase. Some are hit or miss but from all my orders I have received there have only been 1-2 things I didn't like. Great communication, tracking takes a bit long than most but sometimes I don't mind because I know I'm getting it cheaper here with all the discounts.

I paid for two items none of which has arrived and about 70 days have already passed. I tried to apply for a refund three times and was only asked to be patient and wait while they were check things with post office though each of those times I did not get any answer. Needless to say, the money was never refunded! Do not buy anything from wholesale7!

Absolutely horrible. Not only was everything not the size it states on the order but customer service was rude as $#*!. Will never be shopping there again i recommend actually buying quality clothes because you definitely get what you pay for.

As per thier sale offer... I ordered 2 dresses from thier sale and one without sale... it cost me around 2000 Rs. But you guys cannot believe they are big frauds. Firstly they charge too much shipping charges then 1100 custom clearance extra which they have not mentioned on thier site... so guys don''t purchase anything from this site... its very bad or worst experience of online shopping from this site.

wholesale7.net is a legit website but they won't tell you if their inventory is out of or not. Even if you choose fast shipping they still take the whole 1 month and half of another month in easy meaning 45 days. There customer service is poor too I purchase their total of $140 and choose fast shipping on September 25 it supposes to be here by October 7-9 but it's October 28/2021 and I haven't received any update from them. Guys don't buy their quality is so poor. Ross and Burlington are far better. Don't be cheap and get fool.

Stay away... order 1 or 2 articles, pay in advance... log in and site says order cancelled... damage €20... you will probably never get your money back... you forget about it... and so do thousands of others... wholesale7 criminals get richer and richer... and if the ground under their feet is getting too hot... they simply start a new site!

I think what people need to realize about this website is that you pretty much get what you pay for. The quality isn't amazing, or else the prices would not be so low. I've ordered twice from this website and I've been very satisfied with my order. Delivery is relatively quick too (I had my packages delivered to Hong Kong). I'm definitely going to be ordering from this site again.

I will not order from them again. The first order took two weeks just to order everything I chose they would send me a message 3 days later saying it's out of stock. Such a headache that I just told them to ship what was in stock and cancel the rest. The second order they waited a week to tell me that they didn't have non of it in stock I'm so done with this company a total of a whole month trying to order. I could have had it from Alibaba buy now without the bulls**t.

I have ordered a few times already and I'm never disappointed. They really have nice clothes and Shipping is very quick too which makes it more awesome!
Only little negative comment I have is that they should update their website more regularly when it comes to out-of-stock items so that people don't end up wasting time paying for items that are actually not available anymore. But overall, is a really nice boutique and will recommend it to anybody!

I wish I can post minus star because they're rib off business. I ordered 6 items but just received 4 instead with full price of 7 items. I had tried to contact them too many time but haven't receive any reply from them. I need my money of 2 items back. I have never write any review about my shopping online because sometime the picture will look different from out side. I do understand that.so I never complaint about the quality of clothes. But I can't stand with a rib off business like this. Whoever read my review please be aware from this website. Because I did post some review on their web but it doesn't show up. I think they are select a good review to post it.

I have been buying a couple of years and the quality has been good 95% of the times. My main problem is the processing time, lately it has taken two weeks to ship an order. While other sites ship in 1-3 days, here it takes almost two weeks so paying for express shipping means you will get the items probably in 3 weeks. Most of times is better to buy somewhere else.

Is this website really legit because they do not respond back to you to save a life. I've been reaching out to them since Monday for a n order made on Friday but nobody have tried to reach out or anything. This is horrible because I wanted to use them as my vendor. I read a lot of reviews about them and thought they would be a great fit but I don't think I can work with them after this.

I ordered 3 bear jackets from wholesale7.net and they all arrived safely! The only weird thing is that the quality of one if kind of different than the other two... the fur felt slippery and such on the brown, while on the white and black coats it was perfectly comfy, furry and fine. But all of them are comfy and people envy them and always want to touch my bear jackets ;) Will definitely buy again!~

DISHONEST business run by the Chinese. Half of the shipment was defective and they refused to give me a refund. Instead, they offered me a 4% "discount" on my next purchase and requested me to keep the defective clothing because "they still look very cool".
Worst shopping experience online with these people. STAY AWAY.
Clothes are nothing like the pictures. Measurements are inaccurate. Colors are inaccurate too.
Wasted almost USD$200 on these dishonest, unscrupulous people!

Wholesale7 sent me a poor quality dress that looked like a mediocre seamstress made it. Upon return, I was told that I would only receive 20% refund, and pay shipping and taxes. Shipping for an opened package is normal but there are no taxes to pay on a returned item. Tax usually applies to a purchase, not a return. I will not do business with Wholesale7 again.

Didn't get the item, told me its out of stock after 4 days and didn't refund my money. And they say they will send any item of their choice for my money. I'm gonna do marketing for them free of charge about how bull$#*! they are. On Facebook, on twitter and warn as much as people I can. I wanna give them ZERO or negative star.

I use this website for my boutique and I love it. Outfits are cute, I always have to keep something for myself. My orders take about two weeks from purchase to arrive, which for me isn't too bad. Customer service is amazing. Cherry always keeps me updated on my orders. I love it here!
