I have been shopping with wholesale 7 since march last year and I've had no regrets! Wonderful pieces of clothing, good customer service and delivery times. New clothes daily, cant get any better than that. Also love that you can see actual photos of most items! Xx
I am beyond pissed. This is my first time ordering from this company. I placed a small order just for trial and error. Guess what? I received the wrong order. Nothing was mine. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and my bank. I will be writing another review with updates. Also, the quality of the clothing that was shipped were okay and shipping took about 2 weeks.
I love how fast and attentive the reps are here. Even with a 24 time difference they always responded. They even refunded me $ when they found an item cheaper. They are for their customers. I look forward to being a long term customer.
Tip for consumers:
Ask as many questions as you want and make sure you understand. Also utilize your points they have serval ways to accumulate points which are discounts for you. Keep your notifications on they have flash sales often.

The only issue I have is with processing and not knowing what is or isn't in stock until its too late. However customer service is amazing about getting back with you and finding other items, or compensating the loss with credit to your account.

Overall, I'm really satisfied. I ordered 3 pieces only to try them out and I'm not disappointed. All items are of excellent quality (even chiffon dress!, to be honest, I didn't expect it to be that nice).

I ordered a pretty cheap pullover with a fun a print. I actually I'd wear it couple of times and that's it. But it turned out so way better than I hoped for! The material is super nice, it's pleasing to skin and the color is so vibrant. I already washed it several times and it turned great!

I ordered my items and a week later they message me saying they haven't shipped it yet because one of the items is out of stock so I got my refund for that item and told them to ship the rest. 5 days later I get my tracking number. Every time I track it, it's being saying label being created for the past 2 weeks. It's been a month now and now its saying tracking number unidentified. I spent $101 and I've just been asking for my refund and now they can't message me back. I'm just fed up with the poor customer service. All the outfits I ordered was for a trip for May 20th through May 26 2021 and now I have to find other outfits and the trip is 3 weeks away. I'm very frustrated and just want my outfits or money ASAP.

I ordered and was very skeptical because of previous reviews. I still ordered anyway and had a pleasant experience. Cherry stayed in touch the whole time and made things clear and easy for me, compared to other vendors. I made a second order and will continue to use them as long as I can. Material was good and everything looked like the pictures.

I have some issues with my shipment and package. The staffing from CS where always in the pro of helping me out. They provide different solutions on my matter and we manage to take the best one.

This was my first purchase I have a resale license and a legitimate business and the items I wanted most are sold out. I keep asking to cancel my order and just get a full refund and they are giving me a hard time. My order is not even done processing they haven't shipped anything so what's the problem with returning my money it hasn't even been a full 7 days since placing my order they need to return my money

Every item I have ordered has been out of stock, yet their happy to take my money first THEN inform me it's out of stock after. When given the option to change stock I did this 3 times and all items were out! Update your website and check your stock levels before you take money off people! I use to order shoes from here all the time, but never again. Too much hassel

I have bought things from American sites for cheap via wholesale and the quality was good for the price. I bought three items from here all terrible. If I could post pictures I would. They are not resellable or wearable if you consider yourself decent. No one would wear these except to give to their children to play dress up or maybe a costume for themselves. If you have ever bought fabric costumes this is the same quality as their clothing. Also they over charge on shipping if you check your package you will see how much it weighs and if you compare it to how much they charged for weight of shipping it's different. My advice is stay away because of the quality. They shipped it out fast and it got here within two business days (I did express) but it's not worth it. There are plenty of youtube reviews as well saying the same thing as well.

I don't know why there are so many bad comments here and I find most of the shopping websites have lots of bad reviews, like yoins, sammydress. To be honest, this is my 5th shopping experience in Wholesale7. I have become their old customer. Each time I have problems in the products, their staffs can solve it perfectly for me. I've been shopping with W7 for a few months now and I usually buy with the mind of the items being a hit or miss. To my surprise, majority of the items I've purchased have been great HITS! The quality of my items have been true to the reviews and pictures I seen prior to purchasing. The shipping cost can be pretty high for larger orders but the shipping usually takes no time. Unless there's items that aren't in stock. I'm which, they offer quick assistance in those situations (either refund for the item or delay your delivery until it is back in stock and can be processed with your order). I am very pleased with the staff, the platform and the inventory.
The only con I have would be returns are nearly impossible to do and can be costly. I recommend the company looking into free returns within a specified time period.

This is the first time wholesale7 screwed up so badly. After giving them replacements, it is still oos. And, since no full refund is to be given, I did not even have a choice to get another replacement despite 2 emails i sent in. After the whole day, then i get an email back saying that their staff overlooked my email and my items are sent out, no actions is done to salvage such service. Only after complaining, then I was offered 2% off my NEXT purchase. After such an incident, would anyone still have a NEXT purchase?

This is one of the Best vendors I ever used! The clothes come super quick the material of the clothes are awesome and on top of that I love love love how the communication on what's app is handled! Emailed me on a thursday to tell me one of the items I had ordered was out of stock. So I changed to another item and paid the difference (extra) for the item and shipping, then 3 days later they email me on the same order telling me another item is out of stock and either substitute another item or cancel that item. I told them to cancel the item and ship my stuff. PayPal needs to cancel this sellers account this is crazy! Will never order from them again and will tell paypal they need to deal with this seller. UPDATE 7-31-2012 1 full week and still no refund in paypal, was told on 7-23 she was refunding me. Not a honest company.

This is a first order. We had a package delivered to the Netherlands. Not all the selected items were in stock. However we were notified and could replace this with alternative items. The shipping costs were quite steep but only 3 days later it was deliverd by DHL. Everything was there and of the described quality. To conclude: excellent service, good quality, reasonable prices. However you have to pay quite a lot for shipping to Europe.

Contacted the website 4 times, they completely ignored and did not reply my emails at all! Very rude and dissatisfying service. Would never recommend this website!

I placed several orders for dropship. The changed an orders address and gave me a run around for over a week stating they will refund me just to say no never mind no refund. Another order, the product was not as shown on the website. I disputed with my bank and got both refunds. Jaden and Izzie is the worst.

Make sure you have a good relationship with your bank just in case you have to dispute!

I had order some clothes from here for my birthday and never received my items. I reached out to customer service to let them know and they did absolutely nothing to help me get my package back and did not refund me my money afterwards. This website is a scam to get people out of their money.
