I am beyond pissed. This is my first time ordering from this company. I placed a small order just for trial and error. Guess what? I received the wrong order. Nothing was mine. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and my bank. I will be writing another review with updates. Also, the quality of the clothing that was shipped were okay and shipping took about 2 weeks.
The quality of the clothes I received are so amazing! I am now ready to start my business! My vendor kept in contact with me and it came in a timely manner.

I have ordered 4 items from wholesale7 im in South Africa. I was not aware of extra hidden cost so i have contacted them to cancel the order and return it back to there warehouse and i have requested my refund. Chocking responce sorry to here that we cannot refund you. If you do not accept the parcel it will be destroyed.and who's money are we talking about here i have not receive the parcel i paid full amount. But i cannot get it back. This is trap i have never seen i always order from other companies but this is so irritating. They are advertising false information why they have refund policy if they do not follow them.the only thing i need is my money back and i am done with this company it a realy scam.if the parcel is not returned in 14days from. There warehouse as i have cancelled the order i will have to reffere the matter to legal.

This is a BAD website and it has the WORST customer services! Just DO NOT buy any clothes on this website, they are so CHEAP and BAD quality! Not even worth the prices which are already low! STAY AWAY from this website! And you are NEVER going to get your money back!

I am very impressed with the shipment the clothes got here so fast and the quality is excellent will br repurchasing from this vendor the shipment is high but the materials is well worth it I was assigned an customer service rep and she kept in contact with me the while way through even after receiving my package they stayed in contact with me to make sure I loved all of my items I purchased even when one of my items was out of stock they gave me a refund and replaced the item with something that I liked even better and cheaper than I wanted this is definitely a go to site if your looking for different but sexy and the jeans FIT perfectly! I don't have to worry about rather they are too small they are true to size definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND‼

I always have to message asking why the processing takes long then they hit me with the ‘out of stock’ items & it’s frustrating. Overall they return the money to you & ship out the remaining items/ you have to replace which I think is nice.

I have yet to receive my order, I payed for expidited shipping, they waited a week and a half to tell me the order was out of stock, after I already paid for the item, so I ask for my refund then all of a sudden they are back in stock, now I'm still waiting and extra week after u paid for expidited shipping this website sucks complete assss

I bought 5 clothing items, a handbag and 2 pendant necklaces. The parcel came reasonably quickly, and their customer service answered my e-mails promptly. I placed an order to try them out. I also like the style of feminine clothes they sell. As some other bloggers have mentioned, they make copies from Korean and Japanese fashion magazines, therefore the item you receive is not 100% identical - different material, more see through, less buttons, shorter, different colour ribbon, lace etc, but reasonably close for a copy. Most clothes were nice, similar quality to any made in China items sold in Australia. An occasional thread hanging, the material is of average quality. The little zip of the handbag's internal pocket broke off immediately, but it doesn't really bother me.
The clothing sizes are quite limited, most come in one size only. You would need to be on the skinny side to fit in. You know, model size. Their L for the pantsuit I ordered was really size 10! So they consider me L, and I'm size 8/10 in shop bought clothes in Oz.
One dress I ordered was out of stock, so I'm currently chasing up the refund from them. I will post again, if I have a problem with that.
I would use them again, the clothes are cheaper than bought in the shops and if you are not after designer quality, this will do. You get what you pay for.

I bought many items from them because the items are so good to sell in my country. However, i have to go thru pain in dealing with them.
1. lack of customer service
2. Do not update their out of stock item in website.
3. mislead customer to order and to make payment
4. Did not confirm that the item is out of stock when they receive. The order - they confirm the status of order and wait until you make pay
5. They only apologize via email after you have made your payment and ask you to replace other item
6 no initiative to suggest other appropriate item with similar cost that you paiyment
7. They cleared the order without sending the items and they only refund when you ask about the money another pain to go through to get them in refunding
8. Do not care attitude
9. Serious game they play to suck people's dollar
At this moment, when i am writing this to this review, i received their email that the items paid have been out of stock.
I lost more than i gain.
I lost my patience
But my customers love their items... how do i get same item with different good supplier?

If you want quality dresses, I do not recommend this website. The customer service is decent, they do reply to your questions very fast but the material on the dress I got was horrible. I paid them around $28 in full because each dress including shipping was around $14. The money went to them and they took days to prepare the order in which they told me the second dress I wanted was out of stock.
I wasn't interested in the items after, but then they told me they cannot refund my money because my order was already prepared. Why would anyone prepare an order and then tell a customer last minute that one item is out of stock and then tell them that a refund can't be made? I let that go and asked them to ship me one dress.
It finally came and I was excited to open it and see it. I was pissed off. The material on the dress felt like a black cape of a Halloween costume that you can find in those party supply stores. It was AWFUL but I paid for it.
I applied for a refund for the other $14 for the dress they said was sold out. And this was more than a week ago and I still haven't heard from them.
Overall, the pictures of their dresses are deceiving. That dress I got looked beautiful on the model in the picture but when I got it, the material was horrible. And also, if you want a refund, you're either never getting one or will be waiting for a long time.
I should've just shopped locally and spent an extra few bucks for a better dress. This was the most disappointing purchase I've made and I want my other $14 back.
