In the past we have been pleased with the service we received from WF. Some arrangements were complicated but always done to our satisfaction. We never have written a review saying how pleased we were with our past experience with WF. Most recently we encountered some problems when the airline we were using changed our departure schedule resulting in a missed connection. This was no fault of WF. However, after a couple of months we became very dissatisfied with the lack of communication we received from the WF agent we were working with. Without our request the CEO and CFO of WF became involved with our problem, put our minds at ease and exceeded our expectations in resolving our concerns. How often today, do you see a CFO or CEO of any company send you an email to put your mind at ease and give you direct access to them if you need it. Finally, all of our flights and connections are confirmed and the communication with the agent we were working with improved.
Ensuring customer satisfaction is something many company's say they are committed to, but their actions don't match their words. It is clear to us that these two officers are committed to ensuring their customers are completely satisfied with the outcome of how a problem is resolved. We are more than satisfied because our expectation of how our concerns would be resolved was exceeded. We have recommended WF in the past and will continue to recommend them and use them in the future.
