I had ordered 1 fitted hat and contacted them to know about their return policy in case the hat wouldn't fit, specifying I didn't want an adjustable one as they suggested; after a week I received 3 adjustable hats, one similar to the one I had ordered and 2 random ones. After asking for a refund, these clowns apologized about the wrong order and suggested I simply accept them or sell them to a friend. I've bought the same hat from a normal website that takes Mastercard (theirs doesn't) and told them to go have intercourse with a broom backwards.
Most unprofessional and ridiculous transaction ever.
