The worst service ever. There is hardly any response back from team. I have made my full payments. But when it comes to talking to the case manager, since more than 1 month i have been following up with her (Shivani) absolutely no response and i requested her multiple times to have a small call so that we can discuss on the way forwayd. SHe always responds put on an email Not all things can be jotted on email(especially certain sensitive concerns). Wrote multiple emails/whatsapped her, called her...no reponse. I tried contacting the initial advisor team who were responsible for payments and initial process.They initially took the call but never responded back. Kept on callings /whatsapp tehm but no luck. Never any response.Only thing i was told yes you will get a clal back. Dont waste your single penny.the service i would rate is negative. Anyone needs proof i can forward you emails and screenshots.
