“Poor Customer Service and Thieves”

Poor Customer Service and Thieves - On 1/6/09 I placed an order with this company, and did not receive the order or a refund. They refuse to respond to any emails and phone messages. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This company is also listing Marysville IL and Chatham IL for their PO Box locations.
