Use this website for cycling attire- always the best price and they award customer loyalty by giving additional discount on what are already great rates. Excellent cutomer service, super fast delivery and very good on returns. Highly recommended.
Having ordered a product for £50 on sale from £90, I waited in anticipation for its delivery. Unfortunately the item never arrived and instead of sending a replacement the answer was "here's a refund" "too bad, you can now purchase it at full price". Customer service is very poor, there's no phone contact available and the chat app is awful. The chat app crashes constantly on a mobile device, it takes for ever to connect with someone who generally cant do much to help. I have ordered products before for my bike crazy son from this site, but the customer service received when something goes wrong is abysmal. SHAME ON YOU!
A week after making my order I received a completely different item.
Two weeks later, after dealing with customer service and returning the mistaken item, I was contacted by Wiggle just to be told the item I originally paid for was out of stock.
I wouldn't recommend Wiggle to anyone. There are similar more efficient merchants online with better service.
Bought an expensive EVOC cycle case. The wheel fell off within 2 minutes arriving at the airport. I asked for them to help, but all I had after a month was there was no spare parts and i just needed to wait. No offer to replace the bag. I had to chase up twice via email and a third time to ask for a replacement bag. They have no one you can call or talk too which makes ever interaction painfully slow. Go to ChainReaction cycles, they have a call centre and resolve issues very quickly.
I sent a faulty watch back to Wiggle and requested a refund as I had been unhappy with the watch while it was working and was going to purchase a watch from a different brand (at over twice the price of the original watch I purchased). I have now been without watch and without a refund for almost a month despite hounding them constantly to get this resolved. I would have ordered the new watch from Wiggle, however this has dragged on for so long that I've now just ordered one from elsewhere.
What now a rubbish company with customer service, since merged.
Before brilliant, now not interested in the customer, and the returns process now is like chasing a F1 car in a Mini.
Avoid these & chain reaction (sister company)
I order a wetsuit from wiggle, it arrived with a small tear in it. I contacted their customer service department who requested photos of the tear. I was refused a refund and accused of damaging the wetsuit myself, I sent a complaint to their complaints department who were rude to me on the phone, told me to "prove it was them and not me" and left it at that, any attempt to contact them has resulted in them ignoring me. I am now £160 out of pocket and I couldn't participate in a triathlon I had paid for as I had to send the wetsuit back unused.
I will never shop with wiggle again and will encourage everyone to do the same
Purchased a mountain bike for Christmas. Within 6months (bike only used for 3 months) the gears were not changing properly. They advised to get a bedding in service which I did at a local bike shop which cost £30. (The bike shop offered free bedding in services to their customers that purchased bikes from them) I had to get a new bracket fitted because of clunking (£25) and the reputable bike shop said this would of been down to poor manufactiring and quality control. Wiggle said it was not covered under warranty. So my advice is never buy a bike online and if you do check out the warranty first. I will not return to wiggle for further purchase.
I ordered a few tubes of rehydration tablets on the 28th May. I still haven't received them on the 15th June. They haven't replied to my email, except for a computer generated response. I've had to ask PayPal to retrieve my money. This company used to be the best until it merged with Chainreaction Cycles. Won't bother with them anymore as I've had this bad service a few times now. Absolute rubbish. Don't waste your time or risk loosing your money.
I ordered a £100 coat that didn't arrive. Contacted wiggle who told me that it had been tracked and that delivery had been successful, even though they had no proof and the delivery wasn't signed for. I have been told that I will not get a refund. Disgusting.
I ordered a Huub Anemoi Triathlon suit from Wiggle. When it arrived it was not the same model as what was advertised on their site. After contacting them they admitted to the error and I responded to them that I would like to take delivery of the item that was advertised but they refuse to do this. They also said they would update their webpage with the correct pictures.
Now almost a month has passed and they are still using what they admitted was wrong pictures for this item so they are still basically continuing to scam clients even though this has been reported to them.
Be careful when ordering items from Wiggle as it might be a huge waste of time and money as you might not get what you ordered.
Tip for consumers:
Order from different store if you want less trouble.
Wow! What a terrible transaction with Wiggle! So I made an order, updated my address details and made payment with my current address, so I gets the confirmation email and sure enough the order is shipping to my old address. For some reason my old address remained as the shipping address (kind of easy oversight when ordering on phone right?) No fewer than 05 minutes after the email landed I mailed Wiggle to let them know that the address is wrong. Their response. We cannot change it once the order has been placed, we cannot refund, if the person at your old address takes in the parcel you need to go there and get it! In a global pandemic where we are staying home to save lives IM ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED sooooo bad!
I have placed 3 orders in the last 3 months. The 1st was cancelled because the item was discountined although the website still had it. The second I paid next delivery and never received it. On the 3rd they sent the wrong item. The WORST online experience ever.
Ordered an item and paid extra for next day delivery. They used Hermes as their courier for next day delivery. Really, I mean really, fcuking useless Hermes lost the parcel and fcuking uselss WIggle for using them.
Wiggle customer services weren't the slightest bit interested.
Seriously, take your money elsewhere. They used to be good, they're $#*! now.
I made a total of 4 orders from them, 3 with problems (one canceled *******721, one with diferent configuratin on components *******789 received in 3 weeks inside EU, last one *******497 with small problem: the rims have no eyelet/caps like in description and pics). I do not recomand!
The customer service team at Wiggle are great! I shop at Wiggle regularly and rarely ever have any issues, but when my parcel was lost they replaced quickly on next day delivery, happy days!
Prioritising company policy above the customer needs, waiting for answer (e-mail) too long (a week), ignoring customer feedback. Don't buy anything from them, waste of time and money.
Bought a food product that arrived rancid - customer support is non responsive. I have sent multiple emails and have tried to contact them on their Facebook page but I can't get any helpful reply.
I bought a Wahoo Kickr Snap from Wiggle. Over £400 for a turbo trainer but the winters are long and my derrière isn't going to shrink itself. All was good in the land of virtual cycling until I plugged the Kickr in and sparks flew from the power supply like Jennifer Beals was doing a bit of welding behind me. I contacted Wiggle to see if I could return just the power supply rather than the whole trainer with its incredibly weighty flywheel. You'd think given that this was a matter of electrical safety and a potential threat to life, since there are 240V going into this faulty power supply, that Wiggle would want to get to the bottom of it. Apparently not so. They refuse to call me, provide a phone number where I can call them, or reply to my emails. This beggars belief. I've passed the matter to trading standards since there's a very real safety issue here.
Love the product range and the prices, but the delivery times are just insane! You need to find a better delivery service Wiggle! Over 2.5 weeks, still waiting for my pair of shoes I ordered.
So this is my situation with this website, Saturday 14 I place an order of 156 pound pair of shoes and pair of Spd cleats with a next day Delivery, on Sunday 15 at 11:18 an update from Hermes, were sorry your parcel has been delayed, from that no more update I can't contact Hermes because apparently is another company made by robot, from Sunday evening wiggle said, no we are not responsible for this, thank you wiggle for leave your customer alone after purchasing something, no more money for this rubbish and ridiculous website, better to put the money inside a rubbish bin, last thing for your CEO sir or lady, instead of running a website go to work as a cleaner for hotels or public toilets I think is better for you, and leave this business to serious people
Absolutely shocking company. Ordered a jacket which, unfortunately, was too big when I tried it on. Returned it immediately by Collect+, at my own expense. After numerous emails and attempts at online discussions', finally received a refund today - nearly 3 weeks after sending the item back. It is totally unacceptable to hang on to customers' money for so long, especially when Collect+ tracking confirms that the item was received by Wiggle over 2 weeks ago. The jacket in question was supposedly reduced by £10 - by using an online code - however, I subsequently found it at another outlet a further £10 cheaper than the reduced price offered by Wiggle. Fair enough, I accepted that this was my own fault for not scouring the internet for long enough prior to purchasing; however, when you factor in the delivery charge (which other companies do not charge) and the original Wiggle jacket price, Wiggle turns out to be £24 more expensive than its rivals for the same item! Do not use Wiggle, they will overcharge you for items that are available cheaper elsewhere, charge you for delivery and hang on to your money when you return an item (having paid for the privilege of doing so).
Dreadful customer service. Won't be using them ever again. Absolutely awful attitude from them! Replies are so patronising! Generally items are advertised but never in stock!
Fab site with all the biking kit you could need - at very good prices. Very fast dispatch and you get a little packet of sweets with your order - cute! Would recommend
I ordered on line a saddle that was confimed to be shipped with a certain delivery date. As the saddle was not delivered at the delivery date, I requested an update on the status of my order. The reply that I got was that something went wrong with the scanning and that the saddle was sold out. It must have been sold to someone else. Wiggle did confirm my order. I went for a shipment FOC, did this trigger that they sold my saddle to somenone else? This was my first order with Wiggle and at the same time the last one. I just expect a delivery after a confirmed order.

Terrible customer service when it comes to returns - painful, time-consuming, not commercial at all and most of all, they charge you to return wrong items!
You cannot contact them except by email they send generic "holding emails" back. That's it. Take your money then your own your own even when goods don't turn up. AVOID.
