They charge me 250$ and sent bad quality iam trying to co tact them but no way phone not in usa amd they are mot reply the emails since i returnd the wig they did not ewfund my money back inspit they said we will defuct 100$ from the amount and i accept that bit they disapear. Wigsbuy is online advertising themselves to be the Best Wigs, with Nowhere to read reviews! I've been scammed by this business and it was a nightmare! Their wigs were more expensive than ones I've tried before. I was thinking if they cost more most likely they are better. That Was Not The Case! The wig took forever to come in. It was coming from China of course! When I finally Did get it, it looked nothing like the picture! It had No part whatsoever! It was Impossible to put on, it just hung in Your Face! Customer service was awful too! I bought it through PayPal, so PayPal was involved in trying to solve the dispute. Contact the merchant first. They never replied to any of my emails! They used a different name on my PayPal receipt and I never got a receipt from Wigsbuys at all! I ended up having to send this wig back to China, the addresses in China are Crazy! It took Forever and they never let me know if they received it or not! I got a partial refund. This place needs to be taken down! If I could have left 0 stars I would have! Please put this place out of business! It is 100 percent a Scam! It looked like something you would get from a gag shop for Halloween! I made the mistake of buying before reading the reviews, Now they Have No Reviews To Read At All! I had to Google this business to leave this review which most people won't do that, allowing them to sale more of these crappy wigs!
I order some wigs from Heihei. Shop and haven't received my order yet and when try to check your status on where your order is it's saying oops began shopping Very Poor response
This company uses false advertisement to get people to purchase their cheap products. When you complain they offer you just $15. Do purchase from them.
I got a great real human hair wig from Wigsbuy for a great price. It was far cheaper than I have found anywhere else. I think this is the best site out there for a nice quality wig.

I read the return policy before I placed my order. Nothing was mentioned about not being able to receive a full price. If you decide to use this site I hope you have better luck than I did.

I ordered a human hair wig from wigsbuy 12-9-2021. Finally received the order 2-5-2022. It is NOTHING like the wig I ordered. Wrong style wrong length, wrong color, has bald spots and has netting hanging down 2 inches below the hair. When I contacted the company for a refund, they said it looks like the wig I ordered and it was nice wig. If I wanted to keep they would discount $25.00. I paid $185.12 they also told me they would refund me $95.00 because it was raw material and labor costs. I replied that I wanted a FULL REFUND and stated that I should receive a full refund because they didn't make the correct wig. And that I shouldn't have to pay for their INCOMPETENCE. Now they will not reply. I sent another email today and will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission and Federal Bureau of Investigations. It is a serious crime to commit fraud over the internet. This company needs to be shut down immediately. I cannot afford to lose $185.00 or even $95.00. I ordered this wig because thanks to Covid all of my hair has fallen out. Had I know this was a Chinese company I would have never ordered from them. But on the website it had an address of London, England. Such fraudsters. And I am beyond mad! If I could give a ZERO star I would. The pictures are nothing like what you receive. The color does not match what you receive. The quality is poor. They sent the wrong color and I requested to return immediately for my full refund. I paid 140.00 for the wig and they wanted to offer me 75.00 for the return because they stated they have to pay for their labor. That's not my problem. You didn't send me what I requested and their policy states a full refund if they send the wrong color. Because I was persistent and would not accept their offers they then stated would only give me 25.00 for the return. I disputed the charges with Paypal and Paypal determined that I would be refunded my full refund. DON'T LET THIS COMPANY BULLY YOU BY THREATENING TO KEEP DECREASING THE REFUND AMOUNT TO GET YOU TO SETTLE BECAUSE SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING!
This product was of high quality and arrived sooner than I thought. Color was exactly like what was shown on the website. Higher quality than other products at the same price.
