On 1st June 2022 ordered 2 air conditioners, payment taken on 4th June 2022. On the 29th June 2022m cancelled order due to non delivery. Kept getting emails saying sorry but higher than expected volume. On 5th July I contacted my payment provider and sent a claim form, they have taken this matter in hand and refunded me. BUT I have now finally stopped receiving emails from them and there has been no sign of the goods as at todays date 26th July 2022. They do not deserve any rating but I had to give one to warn others.
