I have been waiting for my hard copy and decided to go back to the purchase... where I read that it was a digital book. There is no information on their website about it being digital only. Is the digital copy even legal?

Do not purchase from this seller. I ordered what I thought was a book but it turned out to be digital only. They would not refund my money!

Item was falsely advertised as a book but was a download link that did not work. Attempted multiple times and received file unsupported errors. Seller does not respond to questions.

I thought I bought a hardback book and after purchase the site informed me it was digital! The site refused to refund my money!

Site advertises pictures of hard cover books and makes statements leading you to believe you are purchasing a tangible item. They even have "return" and "shipping" policy listed which is not needed as it seems they do not ship anything, only provide digital copies. When reaching out the same day as purchase they denied the refund. Terrible company & customer service.

I would have given this company a big-fat-ZERO, if I could have. I ordered a book online, and was advised
I would get a confirmation. They wanted only PayPal payment (red flag), I purchased what I thought was a book, but instead, received a download good for 30 days. I immediately called the 2 numbers and emailed both emails, and the numbers didn't go thru, and the emails were never answered. Luckily, I had my PP account linked to my Visa, and they stopped payment immediately. Still no response. After reading reviews, I see this is their MO. Show books, and send downloads. Buyer beware!

I purchased what I thought was a book. Nothing in the description or cart indicated that it was a digital copy. I have screen shots of my purchase and the product page, and not until I confirmed/paid did I find out it was a digital copy! I responded within moments of purchasing, after seeing the confirmation that for the first time indicated this was digital, that I wanted my money back and that I had not opened the digital copy. The company refused! I paid via PayPal, and they promptly returned my funds. Yay PayPal! Does this company even have the Right to sell digital copies? Beware of this company!

The site is not clear that the books are ebooks.
I don't/can't use ebooks.
When i explained myself to the company, they said "sorry, all sales are final."

This company is a huge SCAM! I ordered a book online, and was advised I would get a confirmation. They only accept PayPal (red flag).
I purchased what I thought was a book, but instead, received a digital download via email. I immediately emailed them and was refused refund due to "no refund available for digital goods." I advised (multiple times) that nowhere on the webpage is it indicated that this was a digital good (quote the opposite) and that their website specifically states that refunds are available if product is not received in "as described" condition, and received the same form response about "no refund available for digital goods." I have reported to the BBB and intend to report to FTC.

I thought I was getting a real book but I got NOTHING! When I asked for a refund for my
Nothing', I got an email saying that I had gotten an email about my ebook and there would be no refund. I had gotten NO email before this. So $14.95 was STOLEN from me! VERY BAD SITE'

ON 8/30/2023 I PURCHASED 2 HARDBACK BOOKS WITH EXPECTATION OF DELIVERY IN THE MAIL BY 9/15/2023. I NEVER RECEIVED. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY ARE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS-NOT WHAT I PURCHASED AS THESE ARE GIFTS-ONE PERSON THE GIFT IS FOR DOESNT EVEN HAVE A COMPUTER. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND THE $29 I PAID FOR THE 2 BOOKS. I PURCHASED THROUGH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL. I LEFT VOICEMAIL FOR WILLZOOL TO CALL ME-OF COURSE THEY DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS!

Fraudulent website. They are selling digital copies of books advertised as real books. Won't refund money either be very careful.

Company says these are physical books - they are not. Plus never even received supposed "link". Have already reported to FTC.
